Jordan and her team at Big Time Creatives were amazing! I cannot express enough how grateful I am for all of the hard work they put in to making our wedding perfect. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner than Big Time Creatives. Jordan and David from BTC are extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also down to earth and fun to be around. They are exactly the team you would want to be supporting you leading up to and on your big day.

On the planning side - Jordan and David from BTC have an incredible creative eye which they used to help me align on the overall aesthetics for my garden wedding. They easily adapted to incorporate my endless input or changes (though I'm sure I was sometimes unreasonable). They also have an extensive community in the Austin area which helped me to find the perfect team of vendors for my wedding.

On the execution side - When it came to the day of, I never had to worry about a thing. I mean, I did worry, because I'm anxious, but I also felt so supported. Jordan and the BTC team had been with me every step of the way, understood what I wanted to have happen, and I trusted them to execute my vision as I personally would. From directing the vendors during set up and clean up, keeping everyone on schedule and on pace, and handling all the complexity and last minute hiccups. Down to the smallest detail - they had it handled.

On a personal note - Jordan toes the perfect balance of being there for you for a smile of encouragement or a laugh, but also transitions to invisibly managing every small detail. She was always there right when I needed her.

I always heard how stressful and intense your wedding day can be, and it is. But with BTC by my side, I can look at my wedding and honestly say that I was able to take a step back from the schedule, endless details, and questions to actually spend time savoring what a wonderful and special day it was. Both my husband and I agree that it was our favorite wedding we've ever been to.

If I had to get married 100 times, I would hire BTC to be my planner 100 times. You cannot go wrong hiring them for your big day!

Jordan and David were absolutely fantastic to deal with. My husband and I's wedding was directly affected by COVID and the Big Time Creative came through. They were responsive, professional, and had excellent attention to detail; which made our special day stress free and absolutely perfect. On top of all of that the design element of the wedding was world class. If you're looking for an event planner, they should be your first call.

Jordan and her team are phenomenal! We absolutely loved working with them on wedding planning and execution for my sister's wedding. as a planner myself, we took extra caution in hand selecting the perfect planner for them because this personal is your voice and confidant with a big investment and one of the most important days in your life. She stepped in part way through planning and got right to work coming up with unique ways to make things work with different vendors. she connected with us and our vision right away so we felt at ease during a hectic time and then they executed the day of look and details wonderfully! We couldn’t have been more happy with their service and everyone who attended agreed that they did a superb job!

Jess and Jordan were day-of coordinators of our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! we completely underestimated what a tremendous effect can event managers have when being highly professional as Jess and Jordan were. They handled all the obvious things: making sure everything is on schedule, running the event - and I'm sure you can read more about their great work in other reviews. In this review I want to focus on the less obvious things (at least to me) that were absolutely day-savers for us!

Communication - we had a pretty complicated event, every item or service was provided by a different vendor and people, some weren't very communicative. One of our biggest fears was that some services won't show up (on time or at all!), that they won't do what we agreed on - Jess really helped to sort that all out as we got closer to the event.

Problem mitigation - we had a few things that didn't go according to plan (due to other vendors) and Jess and Jordan did a fantastic job in resolving situations as seamlessly as possible and moving on with the event.

Trust and advisory - Jess and Jordan gave us recommendations and shared with us valuable knowledge. We had A LOT of questions as we never planned an event before, and they answered everything thoughtfully and at length whenever needed. We felt like we're getting a personal treatment, which proved to be so important. We trusted them to pay / buy things as needed throughout the event so that we won't need to handle it, and they did a phenomenal work that really showed common sense.

To wrap up - after talking with multiple event managers and being highly skeptical of the value that they will add to our wedding, we are so happy that we chose Big Time Creatives as they were really down-to-earth and professional.

We hired Jordan and David to do our month of coordination for our wedding and they were perfect. As a planner myself, I wanted to get my hands dirty in the planning but needed help with the coordination of vendors and day of set up. When I got into the planning myself, I realized I did need a little bit of help with choosing vendors. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect team to put together our dream wedding. When it came to our wedding day, Jordan and David executed our plan to a T and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a beautiful and memorable day. I cannot recommend Big Time Creatives enough for any event that you may want to plan. They will make sure your day goes off with out a hitch and is as perfect as it deserves to be!

This past weekend was the wedding for my only daughter. Having never put together a wedding before several friends had highly recommended hiring a wedding coordinator. Not hiring one was the one thing they all deeply regretted. We hired Jordan, the owner of Big Time Creatives to coordinate the "month-of" and "day-of" details and she assigned Jess to our event. Even though they clearly told us what they would do for us, for whatever reason, I didn't fully know what to expect. But the results were truly "off-the-charts" above my expectations, and I was blown away at all Jess did for us. It was worth every penny, in fact it was the highest "value-add" of anything we spent money on for the event. During the month prior to the event, she coordinated with every vendor to ensure they were clear about the schedule and expectations, prepared a minute-by-minute timeline for the day of the event, and coordinated all the little details we requested. The day of the event went off like clockwork, and without a hitch. Logistics were perfectly coordinated - analogous to a conductor of a large orchestra - timing was literally perfect. Other than walking my daughter down the aisle (which of course I was proud to do!!), Jess did it all. They have my highest unconditional recommendation.

Where do I begin to explain how this dynamic duo makes dreams come true. The team at Big Time Creatives are a perfect compliment to one another. Jordan is detailed and extremely organized and David sees the big picture and will guide you in the direction that will make your dream a reality. They were so easy and enjoyable to work with, always ensuring the stress of planning a wedding was kept at a minimum. We worked with them on a full planning basis. It was so great to have their input from the beginning to ensure that all vendors worked well together and were exceptional as well as reliable. Every facet of the planning process was seem less...from creating the look, to selecting the vendors to the actual day of the wedding.
