My daughter and I had most of the major vendors—venue/food, music, and photographer—secured for her November 2026 wedding, but as the planning progressed, we started to feel overwhelmed and knew we needed help with everything else.

Bettina carefully reviewed all of our existing contracts and offered thoughtful suggestions and options whenever needed. She created a vision board that helped us define and refine the look and feel we were going for, while also making sure all of our vendors were on the same page. She was also great at helping us distinguish between “wants” and “needs,” allowing us to stay mindful of our budget and focus our spending on the things that would have the greatest impact.

Most importantly, we trusted Bettina completely. We knew that she and her team would handle any hiccups behind the scenes without us even knowing about them—and they did! That peace of mind was absolutely priceless.

This became even more apparent when my son got married out of state last month. Their planner seemed great, but there were so many little details that should have been anticipated, and the communication between the planner, vendors, and family wasn’t what it should have been. The result was a stressed bride and a stressed family. We kept saying to each other, “This never would have happened on Bettina’s watch!”

If you're debating whether to hire a day-of coordinator because of the price or thinking friends and/or family can help, I completely understand, I felt the same way at first. But now that my wedding is over, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I made. And I am extremely happy it was with Busy Bee’s Events. From the very beginning, the process with Busy Bee’s was great. I first spoke with Adriana, who walked me through everything, explained how their coordination process works and answered every question, which made me feel comfortable moving forward.
At the six-week mark I started working with Becky, my lead coordinator, and from that point on she was absolutely on it. Becky and I instantly vibed and I knew I was in good hands. She helped guide me through the final planning stages, attended a venue meeting with me, and was also there for our rehearsal to make sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing. I was able to talk with Becky anytime I had a question, a stress attack, or just to run something by her to get her opinion since she has experience in the business. On the wedding day, Taylor, my bridal attendant, was simply amazing. She treated me like an absolute princess the entire day. She was my hype girl, helped with anything I needed, and stayed by my side from getting ready all the way through the reception. She truly made me feel calm, supported, and excited throughout the whole day. She even brought food to the groom that was staying in a different room. Meanwhile, Becky was behind the scenes making everything run perfectly…coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, handling setup and breakdown of my decor, and making sure everything flowed smoothly. Because of her, I was able to just relax and enjoy my wedding day without worrying about logistics. Becky and Taylor also stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire day and reception, always checking in and making sure I knew what was happening next so I never felt lost or overwhelmed. I truly LOVED working with both Becky and Taylor and I’m so grateful for everything they did. They made my day so special. If you're considering hiring a coordinator, I would absolutely recommend Busy Bee’s. They were worth everything and more!!

If you’re considering hiring Busy Bee's as your wedding planner, take this as a sign. HIRE THEM!!! I could go on and on about how amazing they are, but I will try to be concise. Both Bettina and Becky helped plan my husband and I’s wedding and our rehearsal dinner, but Becky was our main planner. I worked with them starting in March until our wedding in May the following year. Every single text and email I sent during those 14 months were answered immediately and thoroughly. Both Becky and Bettina clearly love what they do and have perfected their craft. I live in Indiana but had a destination wedding in Florida, and Becky made it the easiest destination wedding to plan. She sourced all the local vendors (which were all amazing), was our vendors’ main point of contact, and would loop me in on the important things. She was able to visit anywhere I needed her to and did everything geographically that I couldn’t. They both helped me create a budget and explained each stage of the planning process thoroughly, so I never felt like I was forgetting anything or felt behind.
Becky gave me so many options that I never even knew were out there. Her advice on wedding dos and don’ts was spot on, and she created a wedding I didn’t even know was possible. My wedding was the most incredible day, and it was all thanks to Becky and Bettina. My husband and I still look at pictures and wonder how a wedding could possibly be so beautiful and perfect. Becky and her team of Bees the day of the wedding were crucial to the seamlessness and success of the day. They took care of everything from coordinating all the vendors to keeping the schedule of the day on track to fluffing my dress going down the aisle. They handled everything, so my husband and I weren’t worrying about a single thing.
On a personal level, both Becky and Bettina are just beautiful people. They were always so kind and patient and never made me feel like a request was too much. They both have extremely warm energies, and I’m convinced they could be friends with anyone. From my first information call with Bettina, I knew I wanted them to plan my wedding. I loved working with them and was genuinely sad after the wedding when our zoom calls had ended. If you want your wedding to be perfect, everything you dreamed of, run smoothly, and have the least stressful planning process you can have, hire the Busy Bees! You will not be disappointed!!!!

We truly can’t imagine the day without him.
We’re honestly going to miss the planning process — which sounds wild after planning a wedding — but that’s how special Busy Bee’s made it. They turned a potentially stressful experience into something joyful and exciting.

Great experience working with Busy Bee for our wedding. Becky was fantastic to work with from day 1; she was organized and helped us tremendously through the process leading up to the big day. She made sure our vision was executed, no matter how small the detail. On our wedding day Becky and her team (Stephanie, Jasmine) were on top of all of it and made the day go by very smoothly. Never rattled by any last-second changes, Becky and her team were efficient problem solvers and helped make the day a very special one with all of their unnoticed work behind the scenes. But more important than any logistics, the biggest impact was the peace of mind that they brought to my wife from the moment we hired them. She went from worrying and dreading certain parts of the day, to truly being excited and enjoying the lead-up, and that is priceless.
