Joni was my wedding planner for my 4/21/23 wedding and I only have good things to report. She is hands down one of the best. You can tell she cares about her brides and wants them happy. Joni is well-connected in the area and her reputation precedes her. She is kind, patient, and knows the business (venues, vendors, etc) inside and out. I was blown away by how beautiful my wedding turned out. She's got a fantastic team of planners and vendors and is super professional. Leading up to the day, she was always responsive and kind. Her assistant, Sonia, was extremely organized and prepared on our calls. Answered my many questions and followed-up with vendors as needed. She was fantastic on my actual wedding day- she ensured everything was taken care of, and her assistant for the day, Laura, was also wonderful (and very kind/patient). If there were any issues, I did not know about them or they were already handled. For your wedding (especially a semi-destination like mine), you want to have someone you trust who has the experience and professionalism, and Joni is your person. I still receive compliments to this day about how amazing the wedding was and how beautiful it was. Words cannot express my gratitude. Thank you to Joni and her team! Highly recommend.

After finding out my fiancé and I were pregnant and expecting a baby girl, we threw out our grand plans of a wedding in Spain and opted for an intimate wedding to celebrate our baby girl and to have us get married in under a month to ensure I would still have enough time to find a wedding dress that that made me look beautiful and feel like a bride. My friend had recommended Events on a Budget as well as Allison, one of the wedding coordinators there. We had one meeting and I realized not only could they squeeze in this wedding and make it beautiful, they did it all in one big quote. The quote included all rentals, catering, bar tender, photographer, flowers, even extra vendors if needed. The prices were out of this world, they truly worked with our budget and our taste, They made a beautiful small wedding of 40 people look incredible and all I had to do was sign the contact and pay my invoices. Knowing it took all of the stress off my shoulders with planning and coordinating during this pregnancy was a dream come true. I wouldn't change a thing about our Wedding day. Special shout out to Allison who was so responsive, understanding, and always thinking ahead of what I could possibly need. She truly was the final puzzle piece that made the entire event as smooth as possible. We highly recommend!

Absolutely loved working with Tammy and the team. Everyone was so amazing. Tammy was so responsive and gave amazing personalized recommendations. I was not worried about anything and everything ran so smoothly on the big day. Would work with her again. 10/10!

I can not say enough great things about Megan at The Wedding Authority. We were lucky enough to get her as the day of coordinator for my mom's later in life wedding. Megan is a ROCKSTAR! She was so on top of things and listened to all of my mom's ideas. Her knowledge and assistance with vendors that were in my moms budget...truly incredible, and we found our vendors because of Megan! She created an amazing timeline, She was so communicative, and kept things moving along. Did I mention how sweet she is? The nicest, kindest, and so caring. She did everything she could to make sure my mom's day was perfect. I was sad to say goodbye to her after months of communication! If you need an amazing coordinator, look no further than The Wedding Authority!

If I could give Weddings to Go more than five stars, I would! From the very beginning, Renata was wonderful to work with. She was responsive, organized, and kind. One thing I especially appreciated was how easy she made the entire process, even from hundreds of miles away. I live in the Atlanta area and did not see any of the ceremony setup in person prior to the wedding day—I was relying solely on photos, emails, and trust. Renata made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way, and when I finally saw everything in person on our wedding day, it was even more beautiful than I had imagined. Our wedding day at Fort Zachary Taylor was absolutely breathtaking. I knew it would be beautiful, but it truly surpassed every expectation I had. Every detail came together perfectly, and the entire team worked so hard to make the day special. A special shout-out to our photographer, whose upbeat personality and positive energy made the experience even more enjoyable. She made everyone feel comfortable, kept us smiling, and brought such joy to the day. I cannot wait to receive our professional photos because I know they are going to be amazing! It was a very warm and humid day in Key West, but the Weddings to Go team thought of everything. The hydration station was such a thoughtful touch and was greatly appreciated by both us and our guests. Their attention to detail and care for everyone’s comfort did not go unnoticed. If you are considering a destination wedding in Key West, I cannot recommend Weddings to Go highly enough. They helped create one of the happiest days of my life, and I will always be grateful for the incredible memories they helped us make. We were referred to Jackie by our venue (the Vinoy) for a 300 person three-day Indian wedding. Right away, we were so impressed by Jackie's easy communication style, knowledge/industry contacts and her calm but confident "you can do this!" attitude. Throughout the process, Jackie made herself available at all hours (we live on the west coast so we’re on different time zones) and helped us to navigate decisions with many involved family members. She was always up to help us with special requests (i.e., where can we find a pedicab for the groom to enter on) and gave us her honest/blunt take when we needed to hear it. It was clear from our other vendors that Jackie is a force to be reckoned with in the Tampa Bay wedding industry and will always go to bat for her clients. She helped keep me, my fiancé and my mom calm throughout and was a critical part of our wedding planning team. Our big fat Indian wedding went off without a hitch and we have Jackie to thank for it. We love you, Jackie and thank you for everything!!

Forever I Do Weddings was absolutely fantastic. Sydney was my main coordinator throughout the entire planning process and handled our rehearsal, and then both Sydney and Chloe were there on the wedding day — they were incredible. From the start, communication was seamless. Sydney was always responsive and helpful on every email and call. I also loved that they offered so many services in one place, including rehearsal coordination, day-of coordination, cake, MC services for cocktail hour, and DJ for the reception. On the wedding day, Sydney and Chloe truly went above and beyond. They made sure both my husband and I were completely taken care of — even personally bringing us food and making sure we actually had time to eat, while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I even had multiple guests comment on how amazing they both were. They genuinely made sure our day was perfect, and we couldn’t have been happier.

Laura was exactly the wedding planner we needed. She helped us think through every detail so we always felt prepared and confident throughout the planning process. Her availability and willingness to meet with us made everything feel manageable, even when a lot was happening at once. On the wedding day, Laura and her team kept everything running smoothly. They knew TPC Sawgrass well, worked well with our vendors, and handled the details so we could focus on the day itself. We highly recommend Laura and First Coast Weddings to anyone getting married in the Ponte Vedra Beach area. We are very grateful for her support, friendship, and for making our Wedding the best day of our lives!
