Only a small insight into our day but a few “Special Moments” to share

Tammy and Special Moments, BRAVO

Tammy (the head of Special Moments) is a logistics queen. She planned my cousin's wedding with 365 people (!) and it was one of the smoothest/most fun weddings I've ever been to. This is why we booked her - I knew she'd be able to nail our big fat 300-person wedding with ease.

And that she did! Tammy is an expert and spinning a lot of plates without neglecting anything. No detail was forgotten, no stone was unturned - I truly think this is why our wedding was such a hit. Guests had the best time and never had to worry about where they were supposed to be or what was supposed to be happening. It was a day and night of nonstop fun, and that was all because of Tammy. I'm extremely Type-A organized and Tammy makes me look like a season finale of Hoarders in comparison. She is the best and I felt calm my whole wedding day knowing that the event was in great, capable hands.

Tammy was fantastic to work with! She made the planning process so much easier and listened to our vision for the wedding. Tammy respected our budget and would recommend 3-4 vendors in every category for my son and his fiancé to consider. As the mother of the groom I expected I would be stressed out the day of the wedding. Instead, I was relaxed and enjoyed the wedding taking in every special moment. I realized "Tammy's got this" and she did! I highly recommend Tammy and Special Moments Event Planning!

Tammy and her staff made our wedding everything we could ask for. When we initially met with Tammy we were very overwhelmed and she simplified the process. She provided us with some amazing vendors. Her process was very detailed oriented and we were able to think of everything ahead of time to make the day amazing for our guests and for us! Our wedding day was smooth and flawless. Since our wedding I’ve suggested Tammy and her team to several friends and will continue to do so!

Being an out of state bride to be is hard….and planning that wedding out of state more than 1100 miles away is even harder. I did a lot of research when looking for a wedding planner as I knew trying to do it on my own would not be the best idea. Special Moments stuck out to me when I found them. I was able to set up an intro call with Tammy, which was extremely helpful. She was honest, told me what I could expect, what they could do for me, and comforted me with the fact that she has helped plan A TON of out of state weddings. Based on that conversation, we absolutely picked Special Moments to help us make our big day possible. We selected the partial planning package and let me tell you, that was the perfect option for us! We hit some bumps in the road as we were planning but Tammy constantly reassured us that everything would be fine and made sure of that! She helped us find hotel blocks, created our seating chart and name tags, let us ship several items to her warehouse for the rehearsal dinner, and more! She is extremely responsive, detail oriented, and passionate about making your vision come to life. I have told everyone that our wedding day went absolutely perfect and if anything went wrong, I had no idea! It was truly the most smooth day and I attribute a lot of that to Tammy’s guidance! I can’t recommend the services enough!

We found Tammy and her team early on in our wedding planning when we realized their was so much that we did not know. Tammy and her team made planning so much easier and made everything go smoothly. I don't even know where to start but when we were looking for a wedding planner, we didn't know who will do a good job. My fiancé, now my wife, found special moments and spoke to Tammy. TAMMY WAS AMAZING! She was so extremely helpful from start to finish. She thought of things we wouldn't have thought of in a million years. She was so thorough and detailed. For example, she put together a timeline of everything from start to finish down to the minute. It was extremely impressive and allowed us to not have a worry in the world. With so many things to do (especially on a destination wedding), she made it possible for us to truly soak in every moment not only during the special day but also the days leading up to it. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Tammy. Tammy was absolutely perfect.
