Wedding Rentals in Tampa

We had to rent all furniture for our venue, and Fiesta Solutions did a great job! They arrived on time to set up for the ceremony, returned to do the room flip, and everything looked fantastic! All I had to do was write the check, connect them with my wedding coordinator, and that was it! So easy to work with and the quality of the furniture was great. Would definitely recommend!

We hired Coast to Coast for mahogany garden chairs for our wedding reception. They were hundreds of dollars less than what other rental companies were asking, included delivery, set up and breakdown, and were on time for delivery and pick up. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for event rentals.

The clear tent with string lights was flawless!!! Looked so elegant!! Would definitely recommend!!

AnnMarie is amazing. Outside the Box Rentals did the set up and teardown for our wedding across two days in two very different locations. Even though things were rocky from our end, AnnMarie was able to calm things down during the planning stages, hosted us at the warehouse and helped us make good choices. She was helpful with additions and changes to the final set up in the days leading up to the event. The day of, their team nailed everything at both venues. On time set up, flexibility in tear down and everything was set up to perfect. When our wedding coordinator pulled out last minute, AnnMarie was very understanding and she made sure her team came early to wedding to account for fewer staff availability and stepped in to help us through the crisis. This is the only equipment rental company you should work with in Tampa!

The wonderful experience I had with Marry Me Mirrors was amazing we rented 3 beautiful mirrors for our special day on 02.24.24 they definitely were beautiful. My husband and I appreciate Stacy for the extra mirror at no cost. she was beyond helpful and kind. Our guests love them, and I can't wait to use Marry Me Mirrors on our next event ❤️ DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT.

Very reliable, Quick responses, & professional! Had a vendor back out for our wedding and they were able to fill the order and have it delivered/set up, they really saved the day. Im happy we got to work with them instead!

Ted was recommended to us by our wedding day of coordinator. It took a while to get ahold of him, but it was during the summer time during busy season. We booked him about 4 months before our backyard wedding. Our wedding was on a Saturday, so set up for the tent began on Wednesday. It took most of the day Wednesday for set up and on Thursday the crew came out to finish set up and put up side walls. We did have several issues the day of with the tent. Apparently, there was an issue with the poles and a section fell. To what extent I am unsure as the wedding coordinator and the groomsmen took care of it so it was fixed. By the day after the wedding a storm was coming through a wind had knocked a pole section down and it had to be taken down immediately by one crew member. Whether or not this stemmed from the issue from the tent section falling is unknown. Overall the tent was clean and the tent was up in a timely manner. However, the issue the day of with the tent could have been a bigger problem and I was told it was due to how it was secured.

Very well priced. Professional people. Ashley is defintely an asset to that company.
