Spectacular!!

West Coast Rentals saved the day!! My daughter's wedding was postponed due to COVID and we ended up switching venues. This meant we needed to rent all sorts of items - a tent with lighting, chairs, tables, tablecloths, coolers, chafing dishes, etc. Greg and Megan were SO helpful and very responsive to my seemingly endless emails asking questions and adding things to the list of items we needed. Everything they provided was beautiful !! We couldn't have been happier and will not hesitate to use them in the future !!

I worked with Dot and Greg and they were wonderful people! We had a misunderstanding about an arch but they were very professional and accommodating. I rented tables and chairs, tent, and these beautiful blue table cloths from them. Everything turned out beautiful even with a rainy and windy outside wedding. They were also cheaper than other competitors when shopping around. All in all very nice people and I will use them again in the future!

Bill and Dot are wonderful to work with. They can provide almost anything you need for your wedding , party or any event you have planned. The new tents they have are amazing and My new bride was so excited that we were able to get these tents. No one at our wedding had ever seen anything like these tents. Their prices are very competitive also.. They were able to provide everything we wanted and made our wedding a success

I have been working with West Coast Rentals for my upcoming wedding. I have been very anxious about the details but the staff at West Coast has been very helpful and courteous. They have brought up a lot of ideas and things for me to consider to make our day so special. (Things that I had not thought of). I have been so happy with their ideas that I used them to rent items for a friend's baby shower. All of the items were delivered promptly and their staff was very nice during set-up even though it was quite a distance for them to have to carry the tables and chairs etc. due to a last minute change at the venue.

Renting stuff that needs to be retired

We had a corporate PIZZA Party and a Corporate Event for 120 people. We rented Table and Chairs as well as Sound System and Podium. The table tops were scratched, beat up and the wood was even peeling on some, the chairs were flimsy and rusty. The Podium was covered in dust and had to be cleaned. The sound system didn't come with the wires needed.....They arrived maybe 1 hour before our event. When we complained the response was we had other options. We were not given other options....The option to use Linens which the cost for Linens were $16.95 and the Tables were $12.99. Didn't need Linens for a PIZZA Party...but once we saw the tables we had to scramble because the tables were so bad they had to be covered with something. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Their items are well used and should be retired. We rented 16 tables and 115 chairs....only 2 tables were in useable aesthetic condition and none of the chairs.

In business for many years, first as a Taylor Rental franchise, and now as an independent, West Coast Rentals continues to add to its special event inventory. They are the exclusive Tampa Bay rental company for the trendy Sailcloth Tents gaining in popularity for weddings and celebrations. They are also adding a new line of wood farm tables to their rental collection. Their unique fruitwood folding chairs are great additions to any indoor or outdoor event and are the only chairs I know of in the area with a dark wood trim and neutral chair pads. Owners Bill and Dot are wonderful to work with. Inquiries and quotes are responded to in a timely manner. And their set-up/delivery staff members are friendly and helpful. As an event planning company, we rely on West Coast Rental to provide our clients with quality and reliability. Even though they are located just north of Tampa in Land O'Lakes, they service the entire West Coast Florida area with chairs, tables, tents (of all sizes), lighting, and much much more.
