Tony (DJ not a panda) was a great choice as our DJ for our wedding in Celebration, Orlando. He was with us from the start of the ceremony through the end of the reception, and everything ran smoothly! From the beginning, Tony stood out for his communication. We had several calls leading up to the wedding, and he always took the time to walk us through how wedding DJing works and what we should be thinking about. He also answered a ton of questions via email and didn't mind the back and forth at all. As a couple planning a wedding for the first time, there were a lot of small details we hadn’t considered. Tony filled in those gaps with practical advice from his experience without ever being pushy. He has an online wedding worksheet that was especially helpful. It’s a detailed form that covers each part of the day: ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and more. We could fill it out over time as we made decisions, save our progress, and then review everything with him before the big day. That process made us feel organized, confident as we were able to track our TODOs through his website On the wedding day, Tony arrived early, coordinated seamlessly with our planner, and handled setup without needing anything from us. He is a total professional, and clearly knows what he's doing. The ceremony music was exactly what we wanted (music, timings and everything), and the reception was even better. Our wedding was multicultural (Indian/American) and had a wide range of ages, and Tony managed that balance really well. He played great Bollywood tracks (and already knew crowd favorites), mixed in classics for the older guests, and kept the dance floor packed with hip-hop, house, and other popular songs for the younger crowd. He rotated genres thoughtfully so everyone felt included at all times. Special shoutout to him as he gracefully handled all spontaneous song requests from us and our guests ! Overall, we’d absolutely recommend Tony. He’s super friendly, communicates really well & is very reasonably priced for the level of service he provides: honestly, for what you get, it feels like a great value. He's a solid choice and will spend time and effort in understanding your vision, we’re very grateful for his contribution in making our event such a great success

We had the pleasure of having Craig Hemond be our DJ for our wedding. He was such an amazing DJ and made our night so seamless and perfect. I was able to call him a couple weeks before the wedding for over an hour going over all the details, our likes and requests, anything we didn’t want, and so much more to make sure our night went absolutely perfect, AND IT DID!! He played the best music from our requests, guided the night along our timeline, and made any special announcements needed. He even included amazing uplighting for us to make the venue even more perfect than before and was such a great vibe all night long. He also played our last dance song even though we were over time (sorry!!!) because everyone couldn’t leave the dance floor we were having too much fun! I can’t recommend him and this company enough because they made sure everything was easy and perfect. ALSO THE PHOTO BOOTH!!! This was such a hit I had people in the Photo Booth literally since the reception started at 5 til the night ended. These were the most fun pics to get back and we almost didn’t have one and I’m so glad we did!!! The attendants there were amazing and made sure everything was saved, even clicked the button for us, and printed everything out bc we were all too drunk to even pay attention. It was so much fun and I wish I could relive the night over again. Thank you so much Craig, Michelle, and everyone!!

We are so happy we found Joe to DJ our wedding! We loved that he was able to do a mix of live music with his guitar, piano, and vocals as well as DJ. From the instrumental piano he played during our processional at the wedding ceremony, to the mix of mp3 & live guitar/vocals at cocktail hour, to keeping the dance floor packed the entire night - our guests are still talking about how much fun they had & how great the Joe was! He listened to our requests, gave valuable advice, and made our night so memorable. We would recommend Joe to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding!

I can't say enough good things about this five-star team. The music was perfect for every single moment of our wedding day. They truly do provide that cinematic feel for pretty much every moment. We did not have to worry about a single thing they showed up early, got everything set up, got with the "day of" coordinator, communication on every level was perfect. Not just the communication but also their skills were heaven sent! They're setup was super clean and modern for DJs we've seen at other weddings. They had amazing energy without being cheesy, and he was just on point all night banger after banger. Not only that but the DJ and MC combo was such a great choice. The worst part about the night was having to stop, The night was a blast definitely will be recommending and using these guys for future parties and other events.

We loved working with Rick! He really knows what he’s doing and was one of the first vendors we booked. We didn’t speak to any other DJs after our first call with him, as we knew he was perfect for the job. He kept the dance floor going all night and was even able to find all of our requested song choices! Do not skip the uplighting. While our venue was beautiful on its own, the uplighting really enhanced it, especially during the reception.

Our wedding day was that much more special because of our DJ Keith. Not only was the process of booking a DJ very easy with Events Done Right, everyone we talked to was so nice and friendly. We also thought the pricing was pretty affordable as well. Our DJ Keith did a wonderful job with our ceremony music and all the music after. We received compliments throughout the wedding about the music. Keith was so kind and friendly and made sure to get everyone’s names right, which was a big ask since some of us had Gaelic Irish names lol. We could not recommend Events Done Right Tampa Bay enough!!! Our DJ Keith was amazing!! You’re so lucky if you have him
