Designs by A&M did an incredible job decorating a birthday brunch I hosted for a family member! The décor was stunning—elegant, thoughtful, and perfectly matched to our theme. They were super flexible, communicated clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. The team was so helpful, and the owner is kind, creative, and truly passionate about what she does. Best of all, they offer beautiful setups for any budget. Highly recommend!

From the minute we signed our contract with Julie at The Best Wedding For You, she was extremely helpful and took a load off our shoulders for planning our wedding. She setup calls for us with DJs and florists and even joined a couple of the florist calls to help us communicate our vision clearly. In the approaching weeks and months up to our wedding, she was extremely detail oriented and provided us with a detailed list of all possible considerations leading up to our wedding, from invites to honeymoon planning! She also took the reigns with coordination between our venue, The San Diego Safari Park, and all our vendors, so that we could focus on other aspects of our big day.

I am very grateful that I found SNRGY Productions to hire a live band for my best friend’s beachside reception on Anna Maria Island in FL! They were reasonably priced and the band performed a memorable live set that my friends and I still talk about to this day. Not only were they professional and communicative during the planning stages, they also took the time to make sure the setlist was specifically catered to the bride and groom’s alternative music taste. During the reception, they created a special and intimate atmosphere that was a perfect complement to the evening—I don’t think I sat down once, the band was truly so fun. They were lively, engaged the dance floor with specific call outs, and even took a few song suggestions towards the end of the night as the party dwindled. They did a great job explaining the technical details for the wedding party speeches as well! I will definitely hire SNRGY Productions for future events (not just a wedding!) because they are clearly focused on quality customer service and making meaningful memories.

We selected Wilder Mind Events has our planners for our January 2026 wedding at Hotel Haya. Prior to this, I had been a quiet observer of their instagram account for nearly 5 years after sitting next to someone on a flight that recommended them. When my time finally came to plan a wedding, I knew without a question I wanted to go with Wilder Mind Events because I was constantly impressed with each wedding they shared on their account. After we finalized our venue and wedding date, I reached out and was elated they were available for our wedding date. For my review, (which is nothing but glowing) I’ll separate it into two parts: the first the pre-wedding and second the day of wedding. Pre-wedding: Having never planned a major event or wedding, I had no clue where to begin. We opted for the “Wilder” service which was the perfect amount of support we needed. Demi walked me through many check lists and helped me tailor my focus to bite size tasks to accomplish each month. As someone who easily gets overwhelmed, I appreciated having someone tell me what to prioritize. Another thing I found incredibly helpful was their creative vision. I could tell them bits and pieces of things I liked and didn’t like and they would steer me in a direction or help me narrow down options. When it came time to select the place settings, I was all over the place and terrified I would pick things that looked chaotic together and not have a cohesive look. Demi would thoughtfully lay options for me so I could get a sense of different options. It really helped me see things come together. Demi also helped us to maximize our budget, telling us that certain things weren’t necessary. For example, we didn’t need a fancy plate and a charger, but rather just the charger since we were having a plated meal. She had foresight of different things to think of that I would have never of known to do. They work with the best of the best and I knew if they were recommending a certain vendor, I knew they would be reliable, trustworthy, and also experts. Demi and Delaney were both enjoyable to work with and gave me a piece of mind and sense of ease throughout the entire planning process. I could not have done this without their support! Day of Wedding: My wedding day was absolutely perfect and this is largely because of Demi and the other assistants supporting her day of. The entire day went incredibly smooth from my perspective, but Demi was doing major behind the scenes work to coordinate a flawless execution. She dealt with our venue who only gave us 60 minutes to set up the entire event. Demi is very solution-oriented, so when she encountered setbacks, it never really seemed like a huge issue from my perspective. I appreciated this as I mentioned I tend to get overwhelmed. Some of my favorite details were: I always had a drink in my hand at the reception, my shoes and lipgloss were perfectly placed at our sweetheart table (I have no idea how they got them, but it was just the sweetest little thing that made me feel like a queen), they packed up all the personal items from the reception and had them stored in our room, and they even laid out flower petals on our bed for when we came back after the after party. They truly took care of every little detail. My wedding day was simply the best day of my life and while I don’t plan to get married again, if I would, I’d choose Wilder Mind Events again in a heart beat.

Chris and Amanda were nothing short of spectacular in the months leading up to our wedding and the day of. They ensured our day ran seamlessly, I cannot recommend Blue Skies Weddings & Events enough!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about working with the team at Legacy for our wedding. She served as our partial planner, but the real magic came from the floral and décor experience she created for us. From the moment we started working together, she understood our vision perfectly and brought it to life in a way that truly exceeded every expectation. The décor was breathtaking — elegant, timeless, and beautifully cohesive from start to finish. Every detail felt intentional. The florals were unbelievably gorgeous and became one of the biggest highlights of our entire day. Beyond her design talent, she was such a pleasure to work with. She was kind, patient, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure our day felt special. She went above and beyond to ensure everything looked flawless. If you’re looking for someone who can create a stunning visual experience and be a supportive partner throughout the planning process, I couldn’t recommend Legacy enough. She made our wedding feel like a dream.

Our beach wedding was beautiful. Melissa was our wonderful officiant and Amanda kept everything moving flawlessly and everyone on point. She is organized and responsive to emails and texts and helped with suggestions for all the final details. The decorations were lovely and she worked hard to give us a spectacular day and experience. I truly don’t know what I would have done without Daniela. From our very first meeting, she was organized, transparent, and incredibly patient. She clearly explained what the process would look like — what I needed to handle and what she would take care of — and from that moment on, I knew I was in good hands. Throughout the entire planning process, Daniela was my rock. She always reassured me when things got overwhelming and helped keep the stress to a minimum. She never missed a beat — reminding me of payment due dates, catching small details I hadn’t even considered, and helping me bring my wedding vision to life in every way. She was instrumental in finding vendors that matched our style and budget, and her calm, collected energy was exactly what I needed during the planning process. On the big day itself? Absolute perfection. We had 350 guests and a 7-hour ceremony and reception — and Daniela handled it all flawlessly. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I got to fully enjoy my wedding knowing Daniela had it all covered. Hiring her was hands-down the best decision and best money I ever spent. If you’re looking for a planner who’s organized, thoughtful, and truly invested in your day — Daniela is the one!

I can’t say enough good things about Lemon Drop Florals. After getting absurd quotes from other vendors who weren’t willing to budge or work with me, I was starting to feel discouraged. Then I found Lemon Drop—and it was a total game-changer. I looked back and realized I had a 42-email thread with them. That alone shows how responsive, patient, and committed they were. They took the time to understand my vision and even did their own research to help bring down costs without sacrificing the overall look. They were creative, collaborative, and truly had our best interests at heart. One of the most impressive parts? They custom-built the altar stands for our ceremony, and then—during cocktail hour—quietly deconstructed and repurposed the greenery for our reception tables upstairs. It was seamless. Literally no one noticed unless I told them. Everything looked intentional, lush, and beautifully designed from start to finish. I’ll admit—I wasn’t someone who cared too much about florals going into the wedding… except for my bouquet. I had a specific vision and was very particular about what I wanted. What Lemon Drop created? It was even more stunning than I had imagined. They nailed it completely—I still think about that bouquet! My husband Robert and I wholeheartedly recommend WCO Events for any of your wedding planning needs. Kathleen and Ralphie were the planners for our May 2025 wedding at Fort Zachary Beach and the Hemingway Home, and hiring them was truly one of the best decisions we made. Not only are Kathleen and Ralphie some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, but they are also incredibly caring. They made sure our needs were always heard and offered thoughtful, helpful advice throughout the entire planning process. Their knowledge of both Key West and weddings in general was invaluable to us. From day one until our big day, they were on top of every detail. Anytime I sent a text or email, they responded promptly. They also attended all our vendor appointments and calls as well as asked important questions (some we hadn't even thought of ourselves!) When our officiant had to cancel at the last minute, Ralphie immediately stepped in to officiate, and we were beyond grateful. Our wedding day turned out exactly as we dreamed, and we have Kathleen and Ralphie to thank tremendously for that. We’re so grateful to have had them by our side and would recommend WCO Events without hesitation.
