Julie was truly the backbone of our wedding day, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment she stepped in as our day-of coordinator, she brought a sense of calm, organization, and confidence that allowed us to fully enjoy every second of our special day. She handled every detail seamlessly—keeping the timeline on track, coordinating with vendors, and making sure everything ran exactly as planned (if not better!). Anytime a question or small hiccup came up, Julie was already one step ahead, handling it with professionalism and ease before we even knew about it. What stood out the most was her genuine care and dedication. She wasn’t just doing a job—she was fully invested in making our wedding perfect. Her positive energy, attention to detail, and ability to keep everything flowing smoothly made all the difference.

Absolutely loved working with Tammy and the team. Everyone was so amazing. Tammy was so responsive and gave amazing personalized recommendations. I was not worried about anything and everything ran so smoothly on the big day. Would work with her again. 10/10!

Daniela is unbelievable. She is incredibly talented, professional as can be and so kind. She immediately takes away so much stress with her efficiency and thoroughness and all our vendors knew every last detail and were all on the same page. Our wedding timeline was perfectly created and followed. She had everything in place, was extremely flexible and communicated with my mother and I constantly. My family and I feel so lucky that she chose to work with us, thank you again Daniela for everything!!!

Cannot recommend Piper Marie Events enough! We hired Piper Marie Events for the month of/ day of coordinating. The second I connected with Alexa she took over the planning process; from contacting vendors, finalizing details, and helping us finalize payments. Being in the wedding industry, I was nervous I would feel like I was still working and worrying about all the final details going smoothly. Thanks to Alexa, as soon as we arrived for rehearsal I finally felt like the bride and could just relax and enjoy the weekend. She quickly learned our personalities and immediately knew how we would want things done. (highly recommend hiring a wedding planner that is also a mind reader like Alexa!) Day of the wedding, once again I was not worried at all. Everything was set-up flawlessly and came together better than I could have ever imagined. Never thought a type-A bride, that works in events, could have such a smooth wedding without any hiccups! Thank you Alexa, we are forever grateful for you and your team!!

Samantha went above and beyond to make my dream wedding come to life. She was so helpful and always answered my questions in a quick manner. Our wedding was supposed to be outdoors but when the weather made that impossible, Sam quickly executed our back up plan. It was far beyond what I could of dreamed of. I cannot recommend her and the Blue Skis Team enough!!

We worked with Lori and team for both our elopement and our big wedding a year later, and she was absolutely amazing every step of the way. She and her team were incredibly organized, thoughtful, and supportive, making the entire planning process so much easier. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly thanks to them, and I was able to truly relax and be present with my friends and family. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

We hired Heather to plan our wedding weekend in Tabernash, CO (we are located out of state) and I honestly don't know where we'd be without her. From an amazing network of vendors to excellent organization skills to a top notch creative vision, she really brought our event to life. I feel like she often knew what I wanted before I even did! Heather masters all of the skills you'd expect from a best-in-class planner, but more than that, she rolls with the punches and really went above and beyond for us. A huge winter storm hit on our wedding weekend, and many of our guests got stuck in town as a result (including Heather)! She spent an entire day after our wedding helping our guests secure transportation out of town, ensuring everyone safely got where they were going -- this was absolutely priceless to us and we were amazed by her attentiveness and flexibility. Another example - when one of our bartenders went MIA during the reception, Heather was behind the bar making espresso martinis! Very good ones I might add... Our entire weekend was more than I ever could have asked for - Heather and her team really tried to take the stress off the bride and groom and make things as easy and enjoyable as possible for us. I will be forever grateful for this as we were really able to enjoy our wedding weekend and spend so much quality time with our loved ones. Heather is a true professional and the best investment. I trust her entirely. If you want to work with the best of the best, look no further.

From the moment we had our consultation with Lo, I knew she was the wedding planner for us. She was quick to respond, polite, and provided very detailed information that made me feel 100% confident in their ability to manage our special day. Even with a hurricane headed straight towards her home she was quick to reassure me that it wouldn't effect my wedding day. Her work was fantastic - her and her team were thorough and efficient in every aspect. When our caterer was running late, the Faithful Grounds team quickly stepped in to ensure we had plenty of food for our cocktail hour. They were in constant communication with us, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to their hard work and attention to detail, our wedding day was perfect from start to finish. Even our guests mentioned how attentive they were to my husband and I. If I had to do it all over again I would hire her sooner. My advice to anyone looking for a planner is to hire Lo. Lo, Hunter, and the rest of her team were a dream to work with.

RSBP events MADE our wedding. They knew everything and everyone to assist us in having a really fantastic day. They were able to set us up with incredible vendors and were always available when we needed them. I was blown away by their attention to detail and the way our ceremony and reception reflected us as a couple. They were beyond indispensable and are amazing people. Their professionalism and efficiency never wavered especially on our wedding day. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!!
