From the very beginning, Ashley was so amazing! We were searching around for a wedding coordinator, and she was recommended by our venue coordinator. We reached out to her and instantly said yes! Her energy and personality was exactly who and what we were looking for! She was amazing throughout the whole wedding planning process as well! She made it so easy and assisted us with everything! On our wedding day, she made everything run so smooth! We were extremely happy from the very beginning to the very end! Her assistants were absolutely amazing as well! We highly highly recommend them for any and all events!!

I don’t even know where to begin…hire B Eventful immediately, you will not regret it! We worked with Ashley and we absolutely love her! She took every ounce of stress out of my mind for our year of planning. Every question, every concern, every detail, Ashley took care of it. She is so patient, so kind, and so fun! She did everything with a smile on her face. You can tell by the quality of her work that this is a true passion of hers. She executed every single thing perfectly, and we could not have asked for a dreamier wedding day! Phenomenal Wedding Coordinator!!
My husband and I found out about Ashley through his cousin and we are so glad we chose to have her as our Month of Coordinator!! She was very flexible and took the time to walk me through the wedding timeline and ease any worries I had throughout the wedding planning process. On the day of, she noticed my husband and I were needing a break from taking photos and immediately tucked us away to have a moment to ourselves. It speaks to her kindness and attentiveness to us and we are so grateful for everything she did throughout the day of to make the event go as amazing as possible.
No wedding goes 100% according to plan but Ashley was very adaptable to one of our vendors arriving late. She and her team did so much behind the scenes to make sure our event went as smoothly as possible. I cannot thank her and her team enough for all their hard work.
It was strange at times not having my phone with me because I wanted to capture at times what felt like such a fairytale wedding but Ashley took several behind the scenes photos and videos of not only the venue with the decor but also with my husband and I and it made me so happy that I could just be in the present moment. Right after the wedding I was able to relive our day as we waited for the photographer and videographer to send sneak peeks of their work.
Overall, I would recommend Ashley and her team to any future couples needing guidance and support in their wedding process. They have different services from full planning to month of coordination and I’m confident you can find a service that best fit your needs!!

Two words: HIRE. THEM!
Ashley and the entire B Eventful team are very competent in event planning and decor.
They are accommodating to various needs we brought to them during our wedding planning process. Not only were they accommodating, but took away all stress and hassle from the wedding planning process and made it their goal to ensure we as a couple actually enjoyed our own wedding!
I can not say enough good things about them- I've worked in the event planning industry for some years and B Eventful is one of the best teams I've seen. Will recommend it to anyone planning a wedding or any event!!

The best wedding decision we made!
I don't know how to put into words how wonderful the entire B Eventful team was! Booking them was definitely the BEST wedding decision we made!
From the beginning Ashley was quick to respond and keep us updated! She regularly sent us planning checklists and made herself available for any questions despite us only booking them as a month of/day of coordinator!
As the big day got closer, Amber jumped in to put together all of our details and make sure we were ready to go! She kept in consistent contact up until the big day and was at the rehearsal to make sure we were set. She jumped in to help with a last minute entertainment addition and fix a transportation mishap without allowing me a moment to stress in the slightest!
The day of the wedding Amber and Ashley both got to the venue early to begin setting up! They coordinated venue arrivals and put together decor before we arrived as well as communicated with me throughout the morning to make sure we were on track with hair and makeup.
When we walked in we were both blown away by how AMAZING everything looked. The girls were able to take my purchased decor and rentals and bring every vision I had for the event to life. They were available throughout the event to make sure we kept on schedule without feeling rushed and made it a point to allow us time to enjoy the day. If there were any hiccups, I have no idea because the b eventful team handled everything flawlessly!
Our wedding was perfect and that wouldn't have been possible without the ladies at b eventful- I can not thank them enough for the kindness, professionalism, and calm they brought to our day.

D+S Wedding
Ashley is a wonderful planner who helped us plan and execute the wedding day of our dreams. She helped us navigate the scare of a hurricane potentially changing all the plans we had made just days before our wedding day. Our day was more than we could have ever asked for and everything went the way it was supposed to! I would recommend anyone to B Eventful for any event big or small! I cannot stop thinking about my wedding and the wonderful memories I have thanks to Ashley and the whole B Eventful team!

Hire them now!
We got married last night, after a BEAUTIFUL clear day, during a thunderstorm. All my dreams of an outside beachfront ceremony were slipping away. Ashley and Amber arrived at the hotel 6 hours before my ceremony. Once the weather started to get dicey, they were in constant contact regarding the weather radar and our options. Ultimately, we had to make the difficult decision to move the ceremony inside into the ballroom. Ashley and Amber were able to create a beachy aisle inside the ballroom. They made everything beautiful and even got the florist to move the arch inside! All day (and late into the night) these ladies were always making sure everything was going according to my plan and kept all the other vendors on track, not a small task when everything started late due to the weather. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for being everything I needed on this day- I will be forever thankful you were with me.
If you are looking for amazing people who are cheerful, kind, intelligent and fun these are the coordinators for you!

Amazing Planning Team
