We booked a design consult plus her 2 month coordination plan, and as soon as that time period kicked off it was like watching a secret agent spring into action.
She helped us figure out how to turn our Pinterest board and loose ideas into a reality. Ashley is extremely well-connected, and the vendors that she recommended to us were fantastic. She also is a savvy negotiator and helped us get money back when another vendor gave us incorrect info and caused us to overpay for something. She nailed down the seating chart and timeline so that everything flowed smoothly while still prioritizing moments that were important to us. We had a LOT of DIY decor ideas, and she was a huge cheerleader. She even brought extra helpers to make sure it all was assembled just like how we imagined.
On the day of the wedding, Ashley and her team were our guardian angels. The rental company sent the wrong chargers? Ashley made sure the right ones appeared. My dress started to slip down right before family photos? She was there to make sure it got pulled up and I didn’t flash my new in-laws. I froze right before walking down the aisle? She was there to smile and kindly tell me I had to start walking. The day was pretty darn close to perfect, and we credit so much of that to B Eventful.

Phenomenal Wedding Coordinator!!
No wedding goes 100% according to plan but Ashley was very adaptable to one of our vendors arriving late. She and her team did so much behind the scenes to make sure our event went as smoothly as possible. I cannot thank her and her team enough for all their hard work.
It was strange at times not having my phone with me because I wanted to capture at times what felt like such a fairytale wedding but Ashley took several behind the scenes photos and videos of not only the venue with the decor but also with my husband and I and it made me so happy that I could just be in the present moment. Right after the wedding I was able to relive our day as we waited for the photographer and videographer to send sneak peeks of their work.
Overall, I would recommend Ashley and her team to any future couples needing guidance and support in their wedding process. They have different services from full planning to month of coordination and I’m confident you can find a service that best fit your needs!!
