I truly don’t know what I would have done without Daniela. From our very first meeting, she was organized, transparent, and incredibly patient. She clearly explained what the process would look like — what I needed to handle and what she would take care of — and from that moment on, I knew I was in good hands.

Throughout the entire planning process, Daniela was my rock. She always reassured me when things got overwhelming and helped keep the stress to a minimum. She never missed a beat — reminding me of payment due dates, catching small details I hadn’t even considered, and helping me bring my wedding vision to life in every way.

She was instrumental in finding vendors that matched our style and budget, and her calm, collected energy was exactly what I needed during the planning process.

On the big day itself? Absolute perfection. We had 350 guests and a 7-hour ceremony and reception — and Daniela handled it all flawlessly. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I got to fully enjoy my wedding knowing Daniela had it all covered.

Daniela is unbelievable. She is incredibly talented, professional as can be and so kind. She immediately takes away so much stress with her efficiency and thoroughness and all our vendors knew every last detail and were all on the same page. Our wedding timeline was perfectly created and followed. She had everything in place, was extremely flexible and communicated with my mother and I constantly. My family and I feel so lucky that she chose to work with us, thank you again Daniela for everything!!!

Hiring a day-of coordinator was top of mind for my wife and I because although we wanted to plan everything ourselves, we also wanted to be fully present on the day of our wedding. I met with about 10 different wedding coordinators and Daniela was my last meeting. I knew right away that Daniela’s warmth and determined energy was the perfect fit for my wedding at the Sunken Gardens. She answered every question I had with confidence and never made me feel like she was going to pressure me on any decisions (many of the coordinators did not give me this feeling). From our first meeting to the wedding day, she was attentive and fast to respond. On the wedding day, she gave us complete peace of mind as she coordinated with our other vendors to make sure everything was as we envisioned. To say Daniela went above and beyond is actually an understatement. Here are a few of the ways she exceeded our expectations: she provided worksheets to create all necessary timelines for the wedding day, she made up a plate of charcuterie from our cocktail hour and delivered this + wine to us while we were doing our couples portraits, and she loaded her own vehicle with DIY items and florals and dropped them off at our house at the end of the night. The day after the wedding, my Dad told me that he had doubts about whether a day-of coordinator was necessary but after seeing Daniela work, he agreed her leadership was the key to how flawless the evening went. Daniela and team are amazing! From the planning process to the execution of the event, Daniela was with us the entire time- keeping things organized and helping us find vendors, including our two officiants for our somewhat a-typical combined Christian-Hindu ceremony. She is very responsive, on top of it all, and an all-around great person to work with! Daniela made sure that the vision for our wedding was represented throughout - with our focus being on our guests and ensuring that they had an amazing time at our celebration. Our venue didn't have the best communication with us or Daniela leading up to the event, and upon arrival to the venue, Daniela made sure that everything ran smoothly and did a lot behind the scenes that we didn't even know about so that we could enjoy our day. She and her team made it possible for us to be in the moment on our wedding day and we were able to relax knowing that DA Event Planning team had everything covered!

We hired Daniela to help us plan and coordinate our destination wedding in March of 2024. Daniela was phenomenal to work with! She is such a great listener, so patient and supportive, and she truly understood our wedding vision. She made every step of the planning process so easy! I actually enjoyed wedding planning, just from all of the support she gave and knowing I had someone I could trust and count on for the wedding day! She always put me at ease. The day of the wedding, I had no time to oversee or check up on the set-up of the ceremony or reception. But, that didn’t matter, because Daniela and her assistant were on it! I had the LONGEST list of requests for the set-up and decor, and Daniela didn’t miss one detail. My whole vision came to life, and it was such a pleasant surprise to see all of that when I walked down the aisle and into the reception space. I’m not a big crier, but I was in legitimate tears of happiness all day and night, because of how beautiful our wedding day was. None of that could have happened without Daniela, and my wife and I are beyond grateful we hired her! Thank so, so much Daniela! I cannot say enough about Daniela. Living in Gainesville and trying to plan a wedding in Tampa can be so stressful. Not when you hire DA event planning. Daniela and her assistant made the day so stress free and I was able to focus on my daughter for her big day. Daniela was on top of everything from the beginning of the day to the end of the night. She contacted all vendors prior to my daughter’s big day and had everything coordinated. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I was able to be the mother of the bride and not a stressed mother of the bride. She was so caring, dependable and down right one of the best people I have ever encountered. I highly recommend her. If you’re looking for the best planner/coordinator money can buy DANIELA IS YOUR GIRL!!!!! I cannot even begin to express how amazing working with her was!! She was punctual, helpful, kind, resourceful, creative, and overall just absolutely amazing. I am not someone that’s very good with creative things or decorating, however Daniela made my venue look absolutely stunning with the few things I gave her to work with. I was super worried about how things would go down but I had the most relaxed and fun wedding ever and it was all thanks to her! I got to enjoy the morning and afternoon with my bridesmaids while she took care of everything. Even the rehearsal went smooth and easy because of her great direction. You would be making yourself a disservice if you didn’t hire her. My husband and I have both agreed that if we were to do it all over again, hiring Daniela would be the quickest decision to be made. Our wedding was the most fun and meaningful day ever, and it was an absolute pleasure to do it alongside someone so sweet, genuine, and kind as Daniela and her team. We are so so grateful for her!!
