From the planning process to the execution of the event, Daniela was with us the entire time- keeping things organized and helping us find vendors, including our two officiants for our somewhat a-typical combined Christian-Hindu ceremony. She is very responsive, on top of it all, and an all-around great person to work with! Daniela made sure that the vision for our wedding was represented throughout - with our focus being on our guests and ensuring that they had an amazing time at our celebration. Our venue didn't have the best communication with us or Daniela leading up to the event, and upon arrival to the venue, Daniela made sure that everything ran smoothly and did a lot behind the scenes that we didn't even know about so that we could enjoy our day. She and her team made it possible for us to be in the moment on our wedding day and we were able to relax knowing that DA Event Planning team had everything covered!

Hiring a day-of coordinator was top of mind for my wife and I because although we wanted to plan everything ourselves, we also wanted to be fully present on the day of our wedding. I met with about 10 different wedding coordinators and Daniela was my last meeting. I knew right away that Daniela’s warmth and determined energy was the perfect fit for my wedding at the Sunken Gardens. She answered every question I had with confidence and never made me feel like she was going to pressure me on any decisions (many of the coordinators did not give me this feeling). From our first meeting to the wedding day, she was attentive and fast to respond. On the wedding day, she gave us complete peace of mind as she coordinated with our other vendors to make sure everything was as we envisioned. To say Daniela went above and beyond is actually an understatement. Here are a few of the ways she exceeded our expectations: she provided worksheets to create all necessary timelines for the wedding day, she made up a plate of charcuterie from our cocktail hour and delivered this + wine to us while we were doing our couples portraits, and she loaded her own vehicle with DIY items and florals and dropped them off at our house at the end of the night. The day after the wedding, my Dad told me that he had doubts about whether a day-of coordinator was necessary but after seeing Daniela work, he agreed her leadership was the key to how flawless the evening went. We hired Daniela to help us plan and coordinate our destination wedding in March of 2024. Daniela was phenomenal to work with! She is such a great listener, so patient and supportive, and she truly understood our wedding vision. She made every step of the planning process so easy! I actually enjoyed wedding planning, just from all of the support she gave and knowing I had someone I could trust and count on for the wedding day! She always put me at ease. The day of the wedding, I had no time to oversee or check up on the set-up of the ceremony or reception. But, that didn’t matter, because Daniela and her assistant were on it! I had the LONGEST list of requests for the set-up and decor, and Daniela didn’t miss one detail. My whole vision came to life, and it was such a pleasant surprise to see all of that when I walked down the aisle and into the reception space. I’m not a big crier, but I was in legitimate tears of happiness all day and night, because of how beautiful our wedding day was. Daniela and her assistant made the day so stress free and I was able to focus on my daughter for her big day. Daniela was on top of everything from the beginning of the day to the end of the night. If you’re looking for the best planner/coordinator money can buy DANIELA IS YOUR GIRL!!!!! I cannot even begin to express how amazing working with her was!! She was punctual, helpful, kind, resourceful, creative, and overall just absolutely amazing. I am not someone that’s very good with creative things or decorating, however Daniela made my venue look absolutely stunning with the few things I gave her to work with. I was super worried about how things would go down but I had the most relaxed and fun wedding ever and it was all thanks to her! I got to enjoy the morning and afternoon with my bridesmaids while she took care of everything. Even the rehearsal went smooth and easy because of her great direction.
