We cannot say enough wonderful things about Daniela and her entire team! From the very beginning, Daniela was a dream to work with. She was incredibly organized, responsive, and thoughtful. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Daniela made the entire process feel seamless and enjoyable. She took the time to understand our vision, our culture, and all of the details that were important to us, and she brought everything together more beautifully than we could have imagined.

On our wedding weekend, Daniela and her team were truly phenomenal. They handled every detail behind the scenes so effortlessly that we were able to completely relax and be present with our family and friends. No request was too small, no problem was ever made to feel like a problem, and they were constantly making sure that everything was exactly where it needed to be. Their professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for us made such a difference. They even brought us food and drinks to our table, and Daniela was sweet enough to bring us a cocktail while we were getting ready for our reception and everyone else was at the cocktail hour.

Our wedding was a fusion Gujarati-Assamese celebration, and Daniela made sure that all of the traditions, cultural details, and personal touches were honored beautifully. She helped bring our vision to life while also making sure the day flowed perfectly.

Daniela is truly an angel! I did most of the vendor coordination before hiring DA Event Planning but starting at 60 days out from the wedding, I no longer had to worry about anything! A lot of my husband’s family members only speak spanish and it was very important to us for the wedding planner to be able to communicate with everyone comfortably, she was amazing! We also had 2 medical emergencies and Daniela handled these with complete ease, my husband and I didn’t even know something happened until the morning after the wedding! Daniela is unbelievable. She is incredibly talented, professional as can be and so kind. She immediately takes away so much stress with her efficiency and thoroughness and all our vendors knew every last detail and were all on the same page. Hiring a day-of coordinator was top of mind for my wife and I because although we wanted to plan everything ourselves, we also wanted to be fully present on the day of our wedding. I met with about 10 different wedding coordinators and Daniela was my last meeting. I knew right away that Daniela’s warmth and determined energy was the perfect fit for my wedding at the Sunken Gardens. She answered every question I had with confidence and never made me feel like she was going to pressure me on any decisions (many of the coordinators did not give me this feeling). From our first meeting to the wedding day, she was attentive and fast to respond. On the wedding day, she gave us complete peace of mind as she coordinated with our other vendors to make sure everything was as we envisioned. To say Daniela went above and beyond is actually an understatement. Here are a few of the ways she exceeded our expectations: she provided worksheets to create all necessary timelines for the wedding day, she made up a plate of charcuterie from our cocktail hour and delivered this + wine to us while we were doing our couples portraits, and she loaded her own vehicle with DIY items and florals and dropped them off at our house at the end of the night. The day after the wedding, my Dad told me that he had doubts about whether a day-of coordinator was necessary but after seeing Daniela work, he agreed her leadership was the key to how flawless the evening went. If you have any doubts about booking with DA Events, I hope this review will encourage you to move forward. Daniela and team are amazing! From the planning process to the execution of the event, Daniela was with us the entire time- keeping things organized and helping us find vendors, including our two officiants for our somewhat a-typical combined Christian-Hindu ceremony. She is very responsive, on top of it all, and an all-around great person to work with! Daniela made sure that the vision for our wedding was represented throughout - with our focus being on our guests and ensuring that they had an amazing time at our celebration. Our venue didn't have the best communication with us or Daniela leading up to the event, and upon arrival to the venue, Daniela made sure that everything ran smoothly and did a lot behind the scenes that we didn't even know about so that we could enjoy our day. She and her team made it possible for us to be in the moment on our wedding day and we were able to relax knowing that DA Event Planning team had everything covered!

We hired Daniela to help us plan and coordinate our destination wedding in March of 2024. Daniela was phenomenal to work with! She is such a great listener, so patient and supportive, and she truly understood our wedding vision. She made every step of the planning process so easy! I actually enjoyed wedding planning, just from all of the support she gave and knowing I had someone I could trust and count on for the wedding day! She always put me at ease. The day of the wedding, I had no time to oversee or check up on the set-up of the ceremony or reception. But, that didn’t matter, because Daniela and her assistant were on it! I had the LONGEST list of requests for the set-up and decor, and Daniela didn’t miss one detail. My whole vision came to life, and it was such a pleasant surprise to see all of that when I walked down the aisle and into the reception space. I’m not a big crier, but I was in legitimate tears of happiness all day and night, because of how beautiful our wedding day was. None of that could have happened without Daniela, and my wife and I are beyond grateful we hired her! Thank so, so much Daniela! I cannot say enough about Daniela. Living in Gainesville and trying to plan a wedding in Tampa can be so stressful. Not when you hire DA event planning. Daniela and her assistant made the day so stress free and I was able to focus on my daughter for her big day. Daniela was on top of everything from the beginning of the day to the end of the night. She contacted all vendors prior to my daughter’s big day and had everything coordinated. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I was able to be the mother of the bride and not a stressed mother of the bride. She was so caring, dependable and down right one of the best people I have ever encountered. I highly recommend her.
