Just outside of downtown Tampa sits The Orlo, Tampa's newest event space housed within the historic Spafford House & Ballroom. We can accomodate weddings from 50 to 250 in our historic house and ballroom.
Orlo J. Spafford, the president of the Tampa National Bank, built the Orlo in 1882 to share with his son and his family. In 1922 the Orlo was sold to the Tampa Women's Club where it was transformed into a ballroom, hosting formal parties and extravagant dances. This historical house & ballroom stands today and is ready to host your next party, event or extravaganza.

As soon as we walked in we knew this was the venue for us. They were so easy to work with, required very little decorating, and made for stunning photos! All of our guests raved about the house and the ballroom. If you’re looking for a classic, gorgeous venue, this is the place for you.Sent on 03/03/2019

The Orlo House and Ballroom was the most perfect venue for what we wanted. We went with an old Tampa themed wedding and it was spot on. Elegant, timeless and absolutely stunning. We held both our ceremony and reception there - the ballroom was the perfect ceremony/reception space. Our catering company flipped it during cocktail hour and it was stunning. The Orlo staff is wonderful as well - so attentive and able to work with anything you need. The Orlo team made everything so easy and beautiful for us.Sent on 02/11/2019
