We got married at Mill Pond Estate last month (March 2026), with our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Hotel Haya.

I feel like the only two absolute necessities for your wedding weekend are the person you’re in love with and Wilder Mind Events. I cannot imagine planning and having a wedding without them.

When we first got engaged, I was extremely intimidated at the idea of planning a wedding for 120-150 people and had no idea how to make it all come together. There are so many moving parts and options, and you just want everything to be perfect, it’s very overwhelming. For a stressy girl like myself, I needed a team I could trust completely, and that is what I got.

Demi was a godsend for keeping us on track with booking vendors and putting things on our radar that we didn’t even know we needed. The day of the wedding she was like a fairy god mother getting me anything I needed and making sure the timeline stayed perfectly on track.

Delaney is an absolute pro at bringing a cohesive look together across the whole venue. It’s like she reaches into your brain and pulls out a vision you want but can’t properly describe with words, then brings it to life on your special day. Everything turned out even more beautiful in real life than I was imagining it.

We took every recommendation they provided for vendors, and ended up being SO happy with every single one. It felt like they all were part of a single company how seamlessly they all worked together.

I couldn’t believe how many people came up to me towards the end of the night or the next day and told me that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Like, when one person says that you think they’re being nice or maybe they haven’t been to a lot of weddings but SO many people told us that. I was like wait… did we just throw the best wedding ever?? WME crafted the most beautiful, fun, organized, well-planned day for us and our guests.

11/10 recommend if you want to have a wedding day you will actually enjoy instead of stress over.

If I could scream anything from the rooftops, it would be how good of a planner Delaney, Wilder Mind Events is. The entire planning process was so easy & she was there for us every step of the way! I got a hundred comments the day of my wedding telling me how calm I was, and it’s all because I had and trusted Delaney with the day! We selected Wilder Mind Events has our planners for our January 2026 wedding at Hotel Haya. Prior to this, I had been a quiet observer of their instagram account for nearly 5 years after sitting next to someone on a flight that recommended them.
When my time finally came to plan a wedding, I knew without a question I wanted to go with Wilder Mind Events because I was constantly impressed with each wedding they shared on their account. After we finalized our venue and wedding date, I reached out and was elated they were available for our wedding date.
For my review, (which is nothing but glowing) I’ll separate it into two parts: the first the pre-wedding and second the day of wedding.

Pre-wedding:
Having never planned a major event or wedding, I had no clue where to begin. We opted for the “Wilder” service which was the perfect amount of support we needed. Demi walked me through many check lists and helped me tailor my focus to bite size tasks to accomplish each month. As someone who easily gets overwhelmed, I appreciated having someone tell me what to prioritize.
Another thing I found incredibly helpful was their creative vision. I could tell them bits and pieces of things I liked and didn’t like and they would steer me in a direction or help me narrow down options.
When it came time to select the place settings, I was all over the place and terrified I would pick things that looked chaotic together and not have a cohesive look. Demi would thoughtfully lay options for me so I could get a sense of different options. It really helped me see things come together. Demi also helped us to maximize our budget, telling us that certain things weren’t necessary. For example, we didn’t need a fancy plate and a charger, but rather just the charger since we were having a plated meal.
She had foresight of different things to think of that I would have never of known to do. They work with the best of the best and I knew if they were recommending a certain vendor, I knew they would be reliable, trustworthy, and also experts.
Demi and Delaney were both enjoyable to work with and gave me a piece of mind and sense of ease throughout the entire planning process. I could not have done this without their support!

Day of Wedding:
My wedding day was absolutely perfect and this is largely because of Demi and the other assistants supporting her day of. The entire day went incredibly smooth from my perspective, but Demi was doing major behind the scenes work to coordinate a flawless execution. She dealt with our venue who only gave us 60 minutes to set up the entire event. Demi is very solution-oriented, so when she encountered setbacks, it never really seemed like a huge issue from my perspective. I appreciated this as I mentioned I tend to get overwhelmed.
Some of my favorite details were:
I always had a drink in my hand at the reception, my shoes and lipgloss were perfectly placed at our sweetheart table (I have no idea how they got them, but it was just the sweetest little thing that made me feel like a queen), they packed up all the personal items from the reception and had them stored in our room, and they even laid out flower petals on our bed for when we came back after the after party. They truly took care of every little detail.

My wedding day was simply the best day of my life and while I don’t plan to get married again, if I would, I’d choose Wilder Mind Events again in a heart beat.

My planners knew my vibe so well they could’ve read my mind. Every vendor they brought in matched the aesthetic perfectly. If you want a team who listens, understands, and delivers—these are your people.

On top of that, I’m so grateful for all of Delaney and Demi’s hard work. They’re genuinely some of the nicest, easiest people to talk to, and their communication was flawless from start to finish. Anytime I needed something, they were right there. Their personal relationships with so many of the vendors made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Delaney and Kate had such amazing energy, organization, & attention to detail with our wedding planning. Everything went SO smoothly! They completely understood our vision and brought the day to life so effortlessly. Grateful is an understatement - Wilder Minds is incredible!

We will forever be thankful for Delaney and her team! They turned our wedding dreams into reality! She takes so much pride in providing an excellent service, and made the whole process enjoyable and manageable! We truly appreciated how responsive she was with everything, and made both the rehearsal and day-of wedding experience seamless and smooth (as well as the months of planning going in, taking on everything side-by-side with us). Our dreams wouldn’t have come true without her and she exceeded all of our expectations with her care and attention to detail! Feels like we gained a friend, and would very highly recommend.

This review is so long overdue because it's been difficult for us to put into words just how INCREDIBLE Delaney and her team are. It's hard to imagine how they could be more perfect, both as people and in the work they do. One of the many things I so appreciated about working with Delaney was how she perfectly understood our vision and priorities, giving us honest advice about what would be necessary and was worth spending on, even if we hadn't initially thought so - and she was 100% right every time. It spoke volumes how literally every vendor we reached out to was thrilled to hear we were working with Delaney.

The month leading up to the wedding, Delaney had everything organized perfectly within just a few days, and it was really such a weight off knowing how she had everything handled. On the day, Delaney, Demi, and Allison consistently went above and beyond. They were on top of EVERYTHING (and there's probably a million issues that they handled that I didn't even hear about), and for any little adjustments we needed to make throughout the day, Delaney always presented the issue along with a perfect solution. We had some major catering issues (our only vendor not on her preferred list), and I honestly didn't even know about them until the day after because to me the day had felt so smooth and perfect. They also are just so nice, fun, and upbeat, they really were just such a pleasure to have with us.

After the wedding, Delaney selflessly offered her guidance and support as we worked through some of the issues we had had directly with our caterer, and I honestly don't think we would have gotten the insight we were looking for from them without her.

All this to say, my husband and I had the most joyful, magical day ever, and we were able to stay present and focused on each other and our loved ones because we had such an incredible team with WME. Thank you thank you thank you Delaney, Demi, and Allison. We feel so lucky to have had you by our side. Delaney and the people around her are truly one-of-a-kind and you need to hire them immediately!!!
