Her attention to detail was incredible - nothing was overlooked, from timelines and vendor communication to the smallest personal touches that made the day feel uniquely ours. She anticipated needs before we even realized them and handled any last-minute changes seamlessly, allowing us to stay fully present and soak in every moment.
On the wedding day itself, everything flowed effortlessly. Shoutout to Maddie as well! She was a huge component to our day being perfect. We got married at Mill Pond Estate last month (March 2026), with our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Hotel Haya.
I feel like the only two absolute necessities for your wedding weekend are the person you’re in love with and Wilder Mind Events. I cannot imagine planning and having a wedding without them.
When we first got engaged, I was extremely intimidated at the idea of planning a wedding for 120-150 people and had no idea how to make it all come together. There are so many moving parts and options, and you just want everything to be perfect, it’s very overwhelming. For a stressy girl like myself, I needed a team I could trust completely, and that is what I got.
Demi was a godsend for keeping us on track with booking vendors and putting things on our radar that we didn’t even know we needed. The day of the wedding she was like a fairy god mother getting me anything I needed and making sure the timeline stayed perfectly on track.
Delaney is an absolute pro at bringing a cohesive look together across the whole venue. It’s like she reaches into your brain and pulls out a vision you want but can’t properly describe with words, then brings it to life on your special day. Everything turned out even more beautiful in real life than I was imagining it.
We took every recommendation they provided for vendors, and ended up being SO happy with every single one. It felt like they all were part of a single company how seamlessly they all worked together.
I couldn’t believe how many people came up to me towards the end of the night or the next day and told me that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Like, when one person says that you think they’re being nice or maybe they haven’t been to a lot of weddings but SO many people told us that. I was like wait… did we just throw the best wedding ever?? WME crafted the most beautiful, fun, organized, well-planned day for us and our guests.
11/10 recommend if you want to have a wedding day you will actually enjoy instead of stress over.

We selected Wilder Mind Events has our planners for our January 2026 wedding at Hotel Haya. Prior to this, I had been a quiet observer of their instagram account for nearly 5 years after sitting next to someone on a flight that recommended them.
When my time finally came to plan a wedding, I knew without a question I wanted to go with Wilder Mind Events because I was constantly impressed with each wedding they shared on their account. After we finalized our venue and wedding date, I reached out and was elated they were available for our wedding date.
For my review, (which is nothing but glowing) I’ll separate it into two parts: the first the pre-wedding and second the day of wedding.
Pre-wedding:
Having never planned a major event or wedding, I had no clue where to begin. We opted for the “Wilder” service which was the perfect amount of support we needed. Demi walked me through many check lists and helped me tailor my focus to bite size tasks to accomplish each month. As someone who easily gets overwhelmed, I appreciated having someone tell me what to prioritize.
Another thing I found incredibly helpful was their creative vision. I could tell them bits and pieces of things I liked and didn’t like and they would steer me in a direction or help me narrow down options.
When it came time to select the place settings, I was all over the place and terrified I would pick things that looked chaotic together and not have a cohesive look. Demi would thoughtfully lay options for me so I could get a sense of different options. It really helped me see things come together. Demi also helped us to maximize our budget, telling us that certain things weren’t necessary. For example, we didn’t need a fancy plate and a charger, but rather just the charger since we were having a plated meal.
She had foresight of different things to think of that I would have never of known to do. They work with the best of the best and I knew if they were recommending a certain vendor, I knew they would be reliable, trustworthy, and also experts.
Demi and Delaney were both enjoyable to work with and gave me a piece of mind and sense of ease throughout the entire planning process. I could not have done this without their support!
Day of Wedding:
My wedding day was absolutely perfect and this is largely because of Demi and the other assistants supporting her day of. The entire day went incredibly smooth from my perspective, but Demi was doing major behind the scenes work to coordinate a flawless execution. She dealt with our venue who only gave us 60 minutes to set up the entire event. Demi is very solution-oriented, so when she encountered setbacks, it never really seemed like a huge issue from my perspective. I appreciated this as I mentioned I tend to get overwhelmed.
Some of my favorite details were:
I always had a drink in my hand at the reception, my shoes and lipgloss were perfectly placed at our sweetheart table (I have no idea how they got them, but it was just the sweetest little thing that made me feel like a queen), they packed up all the personal items from the reception and had them stored in our room, and they even laid out flower petals on our bed for when we came back after the after party. They truly took care of every little detail.
My wedding day was simply the best day of my life and while I don’t plan to get married again, if I would, I’d choose Wilder Mind Events again in a heart beat.

The best planners
My planners knew my vibe so well they could’ve read my mind. Every vendor they brought in matched the aesthetic perfectly. If you want a team who listens, understands, and delivers—these are your people.
On top of that, I’m so grateful for all of Delaney and Demi’s hard work. They’re genuinely some of the nicest, easiest people to talk to, and their communication was flawless from start to finish. Anytime I needed something, they were right there. Their personal relationships with so many of the vendors made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. -

This review is so long overdue because it's been difficult for us to put into words just how INCREDIBLE Delaney and her team are. It's hard to imagine how they could be more perfect, both as people and in the work they do. One of the many things I so appreciated about working with Delaney was how she perfectly understood our vision and priorities, giving us honest advice about what would be necessary and was worth spending on, even if we hadn't initially thought so - and she was 100% right every time. It spoke volumes how literally every vendor we reached out to was thrilled to hear we were working with Delaney.
The month leading up to the wedding, Delaney had everything organized perfectly within just a few days, and it was really such a weight off knowing how she had everything handled. On the day, Delaney, Demi, and Allison consistently went above and beyond. They were on top of EVERYTHING (and there's probably a million issues that they handled that I didn't even hear about), and for any little adjustments we needed to make throughout the day, Delaney always presented the issue along with a perfect solution. We had some major catering issues (our only vendor not on her preferred list), and I honestly didn't even know about them until the day after because to me the day had felt so smooth and perfect. They also are just so nice, fun, and upbeat, they really were just such a pleasure to have with us.
After the wedding, Delaney selflessly offered her guidance and support as we worked through some of the issues we had had directly with our caterer, and I honestly don't think we would have gotten the insight we were looking for from them without her.
All this to say, my husband and I had the most joyful, magical day ever, and we were able to stay present and focused on each other and our loved ones because we had such an incredible team with WME. Thank you thank you thank you Delaney, Demi, and Allison. We feel so lucky to have had you by our side. Delaney and the people around her are truly one-of-a-kind and you need to hire them immediately!!! -

THE BEST WEDDING COORDINATOR EVER!!!!!!! For our wedding, we worked with Demi, who was absolutely fantastic!! She made the entire process FUN, painless, easy, and her communication was on point. Every part of the wedding was flawless and she made sure the bride and groom were taken care of the entire time. She is so sweet, so organized, and very assertive (which I love!!!) It is so obvious how much she cares and loves what she does. You ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO BOOK WILDERMIND EVENTS!!!!! You will NOT regret it -

Exactly who you need by your side
I can’t say enough good things about Wilder Mind Events. I chose them as my wedding planners because their portfolio was full of color, energy and fun, and that was exactly what I wanted my wedding to look like. They had amazing suggestions during the wedding planning process, always had can-do attitudes, and went truly above and beyond to make the day exactly what we had dreamed up together. The Wilder Minds team is AMAZING. From when we started planning about a year and a half ago, Delaney and Demi have been the most incredible people to work with. Their attention to detail and organization made everything run so smoothly, all their efforts and help truly made our wedding feel like the perfect day. Delaney is incredibly creative and when I was unsure about some details, she absolutely nailed it with her amazing ideas. It felt like she captured our vibe as a couple and was able to create the atmosphere we wanted. We booked the partial planning package and it was so worth it!
It was an amazing feeling to have all the planning and details come together the day of. We felt our stress alleviate because it was easy to place our trust in Delaney and Demi that everything would run smoothly. They really put us at ease, which allowed us to fully enjoy every moment. It also spoke volumes that every vendor we booked with always sang their praises. It was everything we could've dreamed of, we're truly so thankful for it all. We cannot stop talking about how much fun we had at our wedding and Wilder Minds was a huge part of that! -

There is no amount of words that can describe how amazing Demi was. She not only brought our vision to life, but made sure both US and the guests were taken care of the entire night. She covered everything from rehearsal dinner to the sparkler exit and did not miss a beat. She planned, she kept the dance floor going, she helped organize EVERYTHING that we didn’t even think about. Demi made us feel like family, and took care of us with such detail that I couldn’t have asked for anything more. We had guests and family members telling us after the wedding that Demi was helping them with whatever they needed and it was just so good to see someone who would go to any extent to make sure the wedding was PERFECT. Full disclosure: I have worked with Delaney for the past four years, so I know from an insider's point of view that she pours her heart into each event she commits to. However, when I promised to take my planner hat off and step into the bride role, I truly understood how great a planner Delaney is.
Delaney and Demi took THE BEST care of me, my family, and my friends! As calm as I thought I was, my nerves started to rattle slightly before go time, but as soon as Delaney and Demi came into my suite to check on me, I immediately felt calm and reassured that everything was going to be perfect... and it was!
Rick and I opted for a slightly non-traditional wedding agenda, and Delaney was there for it! We got married at The Fenway and had a very informal lunch reception at the HiFi Rooftop Bar. Delaney and Demi set everything up beautifully! Then we set off to HOB for our Happily Ever Happy Hour, where they made my vision come to life! The vibe was 100% the true essence of Rick and me, and everything ran so smoothly! Not even a little rain could stop our party!
If you are looking for a dedicated and talented planner who will make your special day flawless, I highly recommend Delaney and her team!

Delaney and her team helped make our wedding dreams come true! I seriously love this woman, and you will too. From our very first call, to some exciting design meetings, to many many emails, ending in our perfect day full of magic, we were truly in the best hands. She and her team will help you uncover your vision, and send you to people they trust to help make it real. The sooner you book, the easier your wedding planning will be! They have vetted some amazing vendors, and won't suggest ones to you that aren't the vibe/budget/etc that you are going for. You don't have to guess, or consult with multiple wrong choices just trying to narrow down your options! And when hiccups inevitably arise, they are in your corner and fighting as hard as is necessary. Between 2 hurricanes and venues not having power, the stress was real leading up to our day. Delaney helped me navigate all of it confidently, and handled everything I couldn't. The wedding itself was so beautiful, full of love and such fun energy from my vendors (that she helped me find!), and no stress or worries about logistics because I had the greatest planner in the area. I had the wedding of my dreams, and I couldn't have done it without Wilder Mind Events.

Delaney and Demi at Wilder Mind Events are a fantastic duo, and we could not recommend them enough! They came highly recommended and did not disappoint! They helped keep us on track with everything we needed/ wanted leading up to the big day. We also used a few of their vendor recommendations, each was exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. From the very first phone call & meeting, we felt like we were on the same page, and Delaney and team seemed to understand our vision and our priorities. They had all the answers to our questions or concerns and were always attentive and responsive. If we wanted to do something a specific way, they were right there with a great idea on how to execute it. Having them on our team gave us a great peace of mind the months leading up to the big day. Lastly, the day of was incredible! Delaney and Demi took care of everything, and the day couldn’t have gone more seamlessly. It was completely stress free, and we were able to just enjoy the best day of our lives. They even followed us around capturing great pictures that we’ll have for a lifetime on our disposable cameras. We thank you both so much! -

Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered.
We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. We had our full trust in Demi that she would handle it, and handle it she did. Demi and Alyssa were thoughtful enough to even record 70+ videos and photos for us throughout the night and shared them with us before they left, it was so nice to get to relive the beauty of such a special night after it had just flown by! Having the Wilder Mind team behind us took so much stress off our plates and the cherry on top was that they made us feel like celebrities throughout the night!
At the end of the night, back in our hotel room, exhausted and deliriously happy - we both agreed, working with the WilderMind team was some of the best money we spent for our wedding. -

Where do I begin to describe how amazing Delaney and Morgan are?! Delaney was the main lead planner for our wedding and was with us for about a year and a half planning every detail of our wedding. Delaney went above and beyond to help my husband and I pick an amazing vendor team. She communicated with our vendors regarding decisions and helped us review contracts. Most impressively is Delaney’s eye for design. I had a vision and she took it and ran with it. She created our dream wedding. I was so in awe on wedding day I was basically speechless. On wedding day, everything went perfectly. If anything did go wrong, my husband and I had no idea. Delaney, Morgan and Demi were there to help us every step of the way. The wedding planning process can seem stressful but not with Delaney by your side. Not only did we have an amazing wedding planner, but we gained a friend. Aside from marrying my best friend, the best wedding decision I made was hiring Wilder Mind Events. Everyone on their team is incredibly kind, fun, and dependable. Your search for a wedding planner is over, congrats! There is nobody better equipped than Wilder Mind to give you the wedding of your dreams, all while keeping you at ease. My now husband and I didn’t have the biggest of budgets and weren’t sure if we should suck it up and do it all ourselves. That would have been a huge mistake. Hiring Delaney and her team saved us so much time, sanity, and even money, as they had the best recommendations for other vendors and knew where we should and shouldn’t cut corners.
Our day was a dream. I don’t know any other way to put it, but I’ll let some of these pictures speak for themselves. Colorful, fun, stress free, unique, imaginative, memorable, and guest-centric. I can’t tell you how many people approached me that night to say that it was their favorite wedding ever, including their own.
Delaney helped us deal with some bumps and on the day of, we didn’t even know that our venue was understaffed due to some last minute changes. I wish we could get married again, just to have the experience of planning a BANGER of a celebration with Wilder Mind all over again. -

Wilder Mind Events helped me create the absolute wedding of my dreams! The amount of moving parts that comes with planning a wedding is UNREAL. I was so anxious about it all at first. I didn’t even start planning my wedding until 11 months after getting engaged!!! It felt too overwhelming to even get started. Then I found Delaney. After our first phone call, I really did feel a weight lift off my shoulders. She was able to make everything sound simple. I really did not think that could even be possible. Isn’t wedding planning supposed to be stressful? She has really cracked the code. She had the cutest lil templates to keep all of my vendor contacts organized. We eventually created a timeline too! I loved it. I was able to send it out to all my close family before the wedding. They all thought it was very helpful! Delaney kept me on track while planning and booking vendors. Her and her team have planned a LOT of events, so Delaney had so many recommendations and expertise. It really made my life so much easier!
It was really helpful having someone with so much wedding knowledge on my team. She is truly an amazing person as well. Delaney was able to ask all the right questions to really understand my vision for the day. While I know she has lots of clients, she somehow was able to make me feel like I was her only one. She was always so quick to respond and it really made me feel like I could rely on her. She's such a gem. There was so much she managed to do behind the scenes throughout the entire process and on the day of. They are THE BEST wedding planning team and I could not recommend them more!! -

A Force to be Reckoned With
Wilder Mind Events is the best of the best. Attentive, responsive, kind, fun, trustworthy, reassuring, and tasteful... these are some of the words I would use to describe Delaney and her team. As a bride, it is important to know someone has your back when it comes to questions, opinions, and recommendations during the planning process and also that you have nothing to worry about on wedding day because you are in the best of hands.
I loved that during the wedding her and her team took great quality iphone vids and pics so the next morning I could relive some of the best moments of my life. These Wilder Mind Women are a complete powerhouse and the ultimate hype girls. I love em!! -

The best decision we made in the wedding planning process
I cannot emphasize this enough—besides the man I chose to marry, the best choice I made during the wedding planning process was hiring Wilder Mind Events for wedding planning services. From my first call with Delaney, I knew immediately she was the right choice for us. She is the perfect mixed of prepared and organized—while also bringing levity and calmness to a complex and detailed process— that you just won’t find elsewhere.
Leading up to my wedding, Delaney was so helpful with decision making and ensuring I was staying on track and organized. I’m a bit extra and my wedding had many vendors and moving parts; Delaney was integral to keeping everything cohesive. She helped me with questions to ask vendors and served as a sanity check or venting point MANY times. She is so incredibly patient and flexible; her team stepped in somewhat last minute at my request to help with my rehearsal dinner, and everything went off without a hitch. Every vendor she recommended was fantastic.
The wedding weekend, every member of my wedding party commented on how organized, friendly and helpful she was; especially compared to wedding planners they have worked with in the past. She and her wonderful assistant pulled off my aesthetic vision flawlessly; it looked better the day of the wedding than it did in my head! She helped talk me through a few stressful moments on my wedding day, and I can’t imagine the day without her. I am so grateful to have had her as a wedding planner and friend, and simply cannot recommend her enough. -

I got engaged and thought I didn’t need a wedding planner/day of coordinator. Never in my life have I ever been so wrong! Delaney was already a friend of mine, and she saved my wedding by convincing me I did need at least a day of coordinator, even if it wasn’t her. I hired her as my wedding day coordinator and I’m so glad I did! Not only did she do an amazing job making sure my wedding day happened flawlessly, but she was such an amazing resource and someone who I used throughout the process to bounce ideas off of and ask questions. She went above and beyond! There are so SO many things you will just not think of even if you think you have it all figured out, and you do NOT want your maid of honor or mom to be responsible for tracking down vendors, figuring out what to do when you realize you didn’t order knives for dinner, and keeping track of the timeline. ALSO, they literally did so much more than just ensure the day went to plan! They set up my DIY wedding signage, set up and decorated all the tables, did the seating charts, table numbers, set up my yard games, my dessert table and welcome table, and then took all that stuff, including gifts, back home in their own cars so no one else would have to worry about it! I am SO GRATEFUL and literally could not imagine not having them on such an important day… you do not want to leave such an important role to a family member or yourself. If I have one regret it would be getting a full planning package instead of a day of package. -

Choosing Wilder Mind Events as our wedding planner was the best decision I have ever made. I knew when I got engaged that I needed a wedding planner who would help me make decisions and understand my busy schedule. Delaney and Morgan went above and beyond in every step of the wedding planning process. They understood our vision and helped bring it to life on our wedding day. Morgan even went with me to my dress fitting all the way in Orlando. Throughout the process, they kept it extremely professional while still having fun and making me feel so comfortable. If you have the opportunity to work with them, TRUST THE PROCESS. Wedding planning is stressful but honestly, they took the stress almost entirely away from me - it was amazing. All of my guests are still talking about how beautiful and fun the wedding was. My husband and I talk about our wedding and truly mean when we say it was the best day of our lives. Wilder Mind Events was my dream planning company to work with. I had the month of package and was assigned to Morgan. Morgan is so kind and chill! She was so helpful from before our first meeting to the end of the night at our wedding. Delaney is also amazing, we met with her for our design meeting and she was at our wedding for part of the evening as well. I was so happy to find a company that is down for whatever and creative/funky is their jam! As someone who got married on Friday the 13th and wanted like a classy emo wedding, they made my dreams come true! I could always email or text them with any question or detail I needed help with. They went above and beyond with attention to detail and service. The timeline and coordination of vendors was seamless and I felt completely at ease on my big day knowing it was in their hands! I was so happy to find a team that was creative and professional, but not stuffy. They are people I'd love to grab a drink with and also trust with the biggest day of my life. You won't regret booking this amazing company! -

Delaney & Wilder Mind Events is what ultimately sold us on having our wedding in the St. Pete area. We had our intro call with Delaney to see if we were a good fit for each other, and oh boy were we. She was the literal perfect wedding planner for us - she got a great read on our personalities, our vision for the wedding, and had so many creative, exciting ideas that we ultimately ended up using. Delaney helped us shape and then make our dream a reality - a wedding that was us in every way, shape, and form.
Not only was she great for design/vibe inspiration, she had a great feel for what vendors would best match us based on her experience. And ultimately all of our vendors were incredible - from working with them beforehand to actual execution at the wedding. There’s no way we would have ended up with a wedding that brought together so many great vendors that absolutely knocked it out of the park for us without Delaney guiding the way.
Early on in our planning process with Delaney, she pushed us to get a lot of the big vendor decisions nailed down & out of the way. Leading up to the wedding, Delaney was always on top of communications with us and vendors to make sure that everything was squared away. Going into our wedding we were blessed with a low level of stress knowing that we could trust Delaney 110%, which was an amazing feeling. On the day of, her and Morgan absolutely slayed it. We didn’t have a single moment of anxiety or worry on that day and were able to see it all come together seamlessly. What more could you possibly want.
We could rave about Delaney all day every day, she is a must-have wedding planner. Wilder Mind Events was the first vendor we booked for our wedding, and the investment has been worth more than its weight in gold. For starters, when you book Wilder Mind Events, you are not only getting a strong team of professionals, but you are getting advocates, cheerleaders, and a treasure trove of wisdom and experience. Majority of the vendors we worked with were from the WME preferred vendor list, and we loved each and every single one of them. We would never have been connected to this team without WME. From a design standpoint, these ladies understand color, they're innovative and creative thinkers, who will listen to you and then DELIVER a wedding day that exceeds the highest of expectations. I personally had a lot of anxiety leading up to wedding day, stressing about how to manage conflicting family personalities. But, on the day of, Delaney and Morgan were able to identify and avoid potential problems before there was even a time to stress. In short, I cannot commend these ladies enough for all of their hard work and walking us through the process. We are from out of state (Atlanta), but this never affected the planning process, because we had Delaney and her crew to lean on for support. Since the wedding, several guests have commented that our wedding was the most fun and beautiful weddings that they've been to, which is the best compliment for a bride to hear. The details:
Every interaction I had with Wilder Mind Events was so positive and made me excited for our wedding day. From initial consultation with Delaney to then working with Morgan leading up to our wedding and then meeting Alyssa on our big day. Everyone was so caring, attentive and helpful.
I did the month of planning/coordination package and if you're wondering, "What am I paying for month of? Most of the planning is already done?", like my parents did... well let me tell you, it's WORTH IT.
That month before the wedding Morgan answered all of my frantic emails so quickly and kept in contact with my vendors and venue coordinator. My venue ended up being short a table and Morgan offered to pick up one from my office since it wouldn't fit in my car (and also would be a hassle having to think about transporting that in general). I ran out of time to print things to finalize the seating chart, messed up names on the place cards and didn't have time to get sparklers and Morgan handled all of that like a breeze. Also any time I thought I had lost something they knew exactly where it was which was so reassuring, especially when I changed out of my wedding dress and had left it in the bathroom.
By the end of the day my parents (and many other guests) were like oh my god those girls in the matching jumpsuits were AMAZING thank goodness for them. So thank you again Morgan and Alyssa for the best day!! -

Delaney and her team were amazing. From my first phone consultation to the day of, she was outstanding. She offered to save me some money by knocking off the rehearsal portion of the package I chose (I had a small wedding party, so I figured it was unnecessary) and instead, gave me a design meeting to help bring my aesthetics and vision together. She recommended some of the most amazing vendors I've ever worked with, and every single one of them gave me the wedding of my dreams. (I booked my florist, invitations, dance lessons, rentals, dance floor lighting, and ceremony arch through her recommendations). I ended up paying her to hold a small rehearsal in the end (wedding party had wayyyy too many questions that were easily answered by a dry run through a rehearsal). She not only sent me wedding check lists of tasks I needed to do leading up to the wedding day (10 to 12 months out, 6 months out, 3 months out, etc.) but any question I had, she responded to an email or text within 24 hours. The day of timeline she provided was incredibly specific, and gave alllllll my vendors a copy. She ensured that load in/load out times with the venue were staggered so that vendors weren't backed up or waiting for another one to finish. Her and her assistant, Demi, absolutely executed day of coordination flawlessly. Clean up and load out was finished ahead of schedule, so no venue overage fees for me. I think she only texted me once to ask the size of the sweetheart table. Even when our flower girl had a meltdown 10 seconds before she walked down the aisle, Delaney and Demi made sure the processional went smoothly. I truly wish I could relive a day, over and over again. It was the most perfect day of my life, and I owe that to Delaney and her team. If you pick the right vendors, they will move heaven and earth to give you the day you absolutely deserve. Wilder Mind Events was worth every penny, and I'm eternally grateful to call Delaney and her team genuine friends of mine. Before this experience, I had no idea what to expect, but now I know I have a team I can rely on for any event. -

Because of Wilder Mind Events, we had a wedding that our guests will be talking about for YEARS! Seriously. If you are planning a wedding in the Tampa Bay area, HIRE HER.
Delaney and her team make planning a seamless, stress-free experience. She's on top of it, keeps you in the loop along the way, and has a list of vendors for every kind of bride and aesthetic. Not to mention, the vendors Delaney works with are all super awesome local people. Delaney and Morgan are kind, supportive, and EXTREMELY competent.
For example, WME took our non-traditional vision along with a challenging outdoor space/ private property and turned it into a tropical wonderland. I could not have pulled this kind of project off without her support and expertise. The only thing I regret is not hiring her for FULL planning. You should probably just do that from the jump.
10/10 would hire again. -

I cannot say enough good things about Wilder Mind Events, as well as our Lead Coordinator, Taycora, and her assisting Coordinator, Demi!
We purchased the Wild (Month of Coordination) package and we are so happy that we did! After planning our wedding for over a year, I don’t know how we could have done it without Taycora. Every interaction with her in the month leading up to our wedding was wonderful. Not only is she an incredibly sweet and cool person, but she is also super organized and really knows how to make sure everything is in line and ready to go for the day. She helped get all my vendors in order, put together a very detailed schedule of the events, and more than a few floorplans to deal with our changing ideas.
My wedding venue unexpectedly closed 2 weeks before our big day and having to shift to another venue was both stressful and overwhelming. Taycora was integral in making sure that every vendor knew of the change and that the process of having to shift everything to a new space was as stress free as possible. When it came to the rehearsal, Taycora was able to handle my family, as well as our wedding party, who couldn’t focus for more than 10 minutes. We are very thankful that she wrangled all of us so that everyone knew exactly what they needed to do the next day.
When we arrived at the venue, on the day of our wedding, Taycora and Demi had done such an amazing job bringing our vision to life, I literally had no notes (and I always have notes)! It was all so beautiful! Throughout the night I don’t think I needed to worry about a single thing! If I could go back to the beginning of planning, I may have done a few things differently, but I would not change choosing Wilder Mind Events for our wedding!
Recommending them for your wedding is an understatement. Do it! You will not regret it! -

First things first, BOOK Wilder Mind Events ASAP! You won’t regret it!! Eric & I (Wisconsinites) wanted to have a destination wedding in sunny Florida. I reached out to several different planners from afar & right away, I knew Wilder Mind Events was something super special after the conversation I had on the phone with Delaney, owner :) She put all my nerves at ease. She helped me hit the ground running and within one week I had hired a DJ, a florist, secured some rental items, and had her vision board for my wedding emailed to me. If your thinking twice about who to hire as a planner, hands down go with Wilder Mind Events. Being from Ohio I was kind of nervous on who to hire from being ripped off or any of those fun scam stories you here, that defiantly will not happen with this planner. I contacted Wilder Mind Events 9 months prior to the special event/proposal and Delaney assisted me, Delaney would respond any time of the day 7 days a week if I ever had a question or a change of heart. She did a very awesome job getting to know me and my now fiancé of all our taste and how to make the proposal the best it could ever be for the budget price I gave her. She does a excellent job giving you many options of different venues you can choose from. Without a planner I would of been a lost puppy and no way to coordinate the most epic proposal I have ever seen. After 100+ emails and the event, not only am I'm very happy I chose Delaney as the planner, I feel like I gained a friend from how kind and sweet she was to myself and my now fiancé. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Wilder Mind Events and Taycora. Without a doubt, she MADE my special day what it was and there's absolutely NO way we could have done it without her. You are crazy not to book them if you can!
1- Delaney and her team, specifically Taycora are highly communicative from the moment you sign, from the initial meeting to the monthly check-ins and even weekly/daily check-ins that were not part of their jobs. It was nice to have someone there to make sure I was on track, giving guidance, and support
2- Taycora is detail oriented, thoughtful, takes initiative, is VERY organized, and has the absolute best attitude and personality. I can’t say it enough how much she went above and beyond during our entire process, which made it so easy to place our trust in her. She was also incredibly fun to have around on the day of the wedding and helped make our day so fun throughout!
3- Maybe most importantly, Taycora ran our wedding SO timely. Everything stayed on schedule thanks to her. Never had a wedding before, but I now know how easy it is for things to run over but not ours. OURS was EARLY!! All I had to worry about was having the time of my life because Taycora took care of EVERYTHING and prompted each next step when it needed to happen. I really can't overemphasize how great that is. We trusted her and the result was we got to truly be in the moment of our special day, and nothing was amiss.
Overall, I would highly recommend Wilder Mind Events to ANY of my friends and family. The icing on the cake? All this and they were also within my budget. Ladies, thank you for everything you did to make our special day what it was. It wouldn't have been the same without you! Unforgettable! -

Delaney is THE ONE for a fun, creative, beautiful, colorful, hip, bold, you-name-it-she-can-do-it wedding! I am so happy we hired her and only wish I had an unlimited budget that she could have gone WILD with ;).
I come from a family of artists and DIY-ers but didn’t have the bandwidth, organizational skills, or local knowledge to pull off a wedding myself. We chose the partial planning package and Delaney’s experience and coordination were invaluable! Her preferred vendor lists, advice, and check-lists made planning manageable. Her day-of coordination (with assistant Taylor) allowed me to have a worry-free wedding day. Her vendor recommendations all exceeded our expectations!
On top of all that, what made Delaney extra special was the way she understood our vibe and brought our vision to life! We live in Boston so we met over the phone and communicated mostly by email. Delaney was always both upbeat and professional. She was willing to go back and forth via email as much as necessary to get things right. We are so thankful we hired Wilder Mind Events for helping us plan our wedding! We hired Delaney for month of coordinator which also includes her for day of and then we also added on a design meeting with her to make sure everything we wanted would actually look nice together! We planned a destination wedding in St. Pete Beach, Florida from Michigan and without Delaney I am not sure how we would have made it so nice! First and foremost, hiring Delaney and Taylor was the greatest decision ever made. If you are on the fence about hiring coordinators or planners - HIRE THEM!!! Seriously. Made the day of run so smoothly - my wedding day was a dream!!
Delaney was not just a vendor, she is apart of family now. Hiring help for our big day not only helped with transitions but she was able to help out with all the small details. Details I may have overlooked and made sure all the other vendors knew where to go, set up, timelines etc.
She was able to work alongside any idea I had and worked her magic. Delaney and Taylor are superheroes!!
PROS: Very organized, communicate constantly, easily able to reach them, very professional, and small world after all - they have also worked with several of my other vendors! Amazing team!
CONS: I have nothing negative to say. There are no cons.

Wilder Mind Events is a must-hire!! Delaney and her team were instrumental in making our dream wedding come to life. We hired Delaney as soon as we got engaged and she was a part of our year+ planning process and day-of coordination. WE hosted the FIRST EVER wedding at the St. Pete Pier and Delaney was an absolute rockstar at making sure it went smoothly, given we had a dozen different vendors and we started with a completely blank canvas!! She helped me sooo much during the planning process. She would give me to do lists to help me prioritize planning tasks, and she also would guide decisions we made about details to keep my vision focused on the design we wanted! She helped me hand pick the best combo of vendors from her preferred vendors list, so that cut down a ton on the time to sort through endless lists of vendors!
Day-of the groom and I and our families enjoyed the process of being the bride and groom while we trusted Delaney and her team were taking care of everything. And when we arrived and saw how it all came to life it exceeded our wildest dreams! It was PERFECT and everyone is still talking about how fantastic our wedding was! We are still swooning over it's perfection as well! Wilder Mind Events provides a service that is professional and very focused on the details but funky, and fun as well. You feel like you're working with a friend all along the way. Delaney is a true pro and we are grateful to the moon and back that we hired her for full start-to-finish planning package.

I hired Wilder Mind Events once I started feeling overwhelmed in my wedding planning process. I could not figure out how to pull the vision I wanted together. I had two totally different Pinterest boards going and was thinking I would have to choose one style over the other. I sent both boards to Delaney and tried my best to explain what I liked about each option. She listened to everything I said and was able to pull both styles together and create exactly what I was looking for! She was able to recommend amazing vendors and communicated with them for me. I was totally stress free once Delaney took over! It was so nice not having to worry about building my timeline or communicating what time to be where with all of the vendors. She took care of everything for me! Her and Taylor were absolutely amazing day of!! They legitimately took care of everything and made sure it was the most perfect day. I did not have a single stressful moment on my wedding day because I did not have to do anything but show up and enjoy my day! My parents were so impressed with both Delaney and Taylor and so thankful for them as well. My Mom told me the best decision I made was hiring Wilder Mind Events because we were all able to enjoy the day without stressing about all the extra stuff. At the end of my reception, I was able to leave and go right to the hotel bar with friends and family because Delaney and Taylor were there to pack up what was needed. I planned a diy wedding for 120 people and decided to hire day of coordination to ensure the day went smoothly and to help with some setup. It was the best decision I ever made besides saying ‘I do.’ Delaney and her assistant Taylor were incredible. I was able to just be a bride and enjoy the day with my family and friends, which was so important to me that day. They worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect and then some! I am so grateful for them and what they do. Not to mention they are just the sweetest people. I’d highly recommend them to anyone! -

I’m so grateful to have chosen Delaney as our month and day of coordinator. She was very easy/flexible to work with and really listened to what we wanted. She worked behind the scenes by organizing and communicating with our vendors. Delaney set up everything for us the day of the wedding which made our day stress free (100% recommend)!!!
