Gulf Beach did a great job coordinating and performing our vow renewal. We had zero issues, the communication was clear from start to finish. It was great overall!

We chose this venue for the lush greenery that surrounds the entire building. Living in Florida, I've always imagined a beach or garden wedding. Though there is no beach, it looks out onto the Gulf of Mexico allowing a relaxing breeze to sweep over the grounds giving us the benefit of both! (Minus the sand) The building accommodates up to 200 people with a full restaurant style kitchen for your vendors with two refrigerators, two ranges, and two sinks. There's also a large covered porch providing the option to take the celebration outside. I even had a private changing room big enough to fit all my bridesmaids for our prep for the big moment! Very happy with our choice! This will be our 'go-to' venue for all our large functions in the future!!

My daughter was married on Honeymoon Island but it is the same company that runs the weddings on Sand Key beach so I wanted to share my great experience with the company as a whole...Thanks to Kristina my daughter's wedding day went smoothly and was just perfect - it was everything we had imagined and more. We live in Michigan so when my daughter expressed her desire to have a destination wedding in Florida, I became a little nervous about the distance. Luckily, after getting to know Kristina, my worries melted away. Kristina went through every detail with us by email and phone. She would even offer advice and help us through decisions we weren't sure about like décor options and the best time for sunset photos. Honeymoon Island is a beautiful beach and we are so glad we chose this venue. My daughter had her fairytale wedding and I couldn't be happier - Thank you a million times over to Kristina and the Honeymoon Island/Sand Key Beach team!!

Brianna and Mary were there from start to finish to ensure our wedding went to plan . We ran into a couple challenges that were nothing to do with the venue but they quickly stepped up and helped us find a creative solution. Great team and perfect venue

This was an amazing venue for a wedding. The gazebo and garden made for some amazing photos and the interior allowed us to have the kind of warm, intimate reception we wanted! Angela was fantastic, thanks again!

Although Selby wasn’t our first choice, they should have been. We were trying to have a wedding as things were reopening from Covid. They were able to accommodate our 70 guest with plenty of social distancing space. The venue is gorgeous and made for wonderful pictures. All of the guest loved going on the patio to take sunset pictures. I’m so glad we had our wedding at Selby. Very conveniently located near all the hotels as well.

Would definitely recommend MacKay Gardens. They were absolutely great!!!
