Chelsea took over from our prior coordinator. we were nervous at first, but Chelsea stepped up and was completely professional, attentive, and did an excellent job. she covered along with Crystal on a floral mishap and made the Bride/mom comfortable and confident. The food was excellent, the venue beautiful and all around was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

We had our wedding reception here and truly it was the perfect venue!! Debbie helped us so much with our planning and Sadie made sure the day ran smoothly! The entire staff is wonderful and made us feel so special day of. The venue itself is beautiful - everyone loved looking out at the bay at sunset! There is a lot of décor they already have you can borrow which saved us a ton of money! Food was delicious, we got so many compliments from our guests. There are many amazing photo spots around the venue/on the golf course. A lot is included in the price per plate which made us feel like this was an excellent value while still giving a luxury experience. I couldn't recommend IMG Golf Club enough for your special day!

Robin and the staff at Cypress Run helped us to have an amazing wedding experience! From beginning to end Robin helped me by answering my endless amount of questions (especially in covid 19 times), and she was also there to bounce ideas off of which I truly appreciate. The bridal party was able to use the bridal suite to get ready with hair and makeup by Destiny and Light Hair and Makeup group, and they did an amazing job! The groom and groomsmen used the men’s locker room to get ready which they enjoyed as well. For the reception the food and bar options were great, and I feel like there was good value for what you received. Robin and the staff executed my design layout and decorations just how I wanted them, and people have continued to mention how great everything looked and how nice the whole experience was. People said even with having Covid 19 guidelines to follow everything was very enjoyable and they felt comfortable. Guests have continued to rave to us about how amazing the food was and how much fun they had dancing all night with DJ Jose from Soundwaves Pro DJs! We also had a great experience with April with Endless Pose Abilities for our Photobooth, complete with covid cleaning practices. Brad Hall Studios for photography and videography were also great to work with. They were very thorough and helped us make an amazing timeline that really made the day run smoothly. All and all we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day and reception. We had so much fun and Robin and the staff at Cypress Run played a large roll in helping that happen by handling literally EVERYTHING! I am so thankful to all of them!

Having planned several weddings, we were very very happy with Carrollwood Country Club for my daughter's wedding January 17, 2026. We would highly recommend to anyone who wants a wonderful experience. The catering managers Tori & Heidi are Terrific !! The venue was very beautiful for the ceremony and then steps away we had a wonderful reception and dinner. The pricing is more than fair and the venue is beautiful. 5 Stars is not enough...... It was a very positive experience having our daughter's wedding at the club, the venue was perfect for the event and the wedding planners were all very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The food was delicious and the ballroom looked beautiful!

My husband & I got married at The Resort at Longboat Key Club in January & it was perfect. We worked directly with Gwen & couldn't have had a better experience. From our initial site visit to the end of the wedding weekend, Gwen & her team were the best & always 3 steps ahead. Our weekend was jam packed - everything was on site - rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony, reception & brunch the next day. Not one detail was missed. We also had approx. 200 guests stay at the resort & they were all treated so wonderfully. This place is so special & so are all the people who work there. I can't recommend this place enough!!!!! Made all my dreams come true.

We hosted both our wedding and rehearsal dinner at Hunter’s Green, and everything was absolutely perfect! The venue itself is stunning, and the staff is just as amazing. Pricing was exactly what we were looking for, and the multiple room options made it easy to create the flow we wanted for both events. Even though we brought in our own outside vendors, Zoe and her team went above and beyond to make everything seamless. Special shoutout to Mike for ensuring our dining experience was truly 10/10. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate—thank you to the entire Hunter’s Green team for making our wedding unforgettable!

As soon as my fiancé and I saw the wedding packages at Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club we were set on having our wedding there. They have a big staff to ensure everything was done with excellence with minimal stress on wedding day. I went into wedding planning knowing I was not a DIY type of bride and needed a pretty inclusive venue. This venue was more than a place to have a wedding, they were the caterers, coordinators, bartenders, decorators, and connected us to a DJ. They also have a hotel attached which the family and bridal party was able to stay in. The rooms were huge and perfect for our needs. The bridal suite easily slept all of the bridesmaids and had plenty of room for setting up for hair/makeup the day of. Some guests did have trouble booking rooms and communication was lost, but I believe it was mostly due to the hotel being closed and having minimal staff during Florida shut down. Laura, at the front desk made sure to make it all right and get everyone who needed a room a room. She was very easy to communicate with and made things smooth. We planned most of our wedding in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic which did cause some issues. There was turnover with the coordinator three times during the ten months of planning my wedding with them which caused some frustration, but I could not say enough good things about the current events coordinator, Gemma Craig. She was organized and kind and went above and beyond to make sure the rehearsal dinner and wedding was perfect. She communicated frequently and answered every question. She did an amazing job stepping into the role in a pandemic and making sure our wedding was better than we even dreamed. My husband and I also had an amazing experience at our tasting and loved everything we tried. The chef is amazing and the Food and Beverage Director, Jeff was incredibly helpful and personable making it a great vendor to work with. Even the bartender, Tom, made sure everyone had what they needed at the rehearsal dinner and reception. The catering director, Liz ran the show at the reception and had everything flowing. The staff as a whole bent over backwards to make sure we had a safe, healthy, and fun wedding in the midst of a pandemic. They opened up spaces, put less people to a table, and served food following all CDC guidelines. I highly suggest this venue for your wedding! It will be gorgeous and staffed with the best of the best.

We just recently had our wedding here 2 weeks after a hurricane hit in September. They made sure EVERYTHING was ready to go for our big day and that we didn't have to worry about anything. By far the most accommodating venue we could find (and trust me we looked at a ton). The staff was amazing...so friendly, professional and hard working. Highly recommend! They made our wedding extra special and exactly what we wanted.
