As soon as my fiancé and I saw the wedding packages at Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club we were set on having our wedding there. They have a big staff to ensure everything was done with excellence with minimal stress on wedding day. I went into wedding planning knowing I was not a DIY type of bride and needed a pretty inclusive venue. This venue was more than a place to have a wedding, they were the caterers, coordinators, bartenders, decorators, and connected us to a DJ. They also have a hotel attached which the family and bridal party was able to stay in. The rooms were huge and perfect for our needs. The bridal suite easily slept all of the bridesmaids and had plenty of room for setting up for hair/makeup the day of. Some guests did have trouble booking rooms and communication was lost, but I believe it was mostly due to the hotel being closed and having minimal staff during Florida shut down. Laura, at the front desk made sure to make it all right and get everyone who needed a room a room. She was very easy to communicate with and made things smooth. We planned most of our wedding in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic which did cause some issues. There was turnover with the coordinator three times during the ten months of planning my wedding with them which caused some frustration, but I could not say enough good things about the current events coordinator, Gemma Craig. She was organized and kind and went above and beyond to make sure the rehearsal dinner and wedding was perfect. She communicated frequently and answered every question. She did an amazing job stepping into the role in a pandemic and making sure our wedding was better than we even dreamed. My husband and I also had an amazing experience at our tasting and loved everything we tried. The chef is amazing and the Food and Beverage Director, Jeff was incredibly helpful and personable making it a great vendor to work with. Even the bartender, Tom, made sure everyone had what they needed at the rehearsal dinner and reception. The catering director, Liz ran the show at the reception and had everything flowing. The staff as a whole bent over backwards to make sure we had a safe, healthy, and fun wedding in the midst of a pandemic. They opened up spaces, put less people to a table, and served food following all CDC guidelines. I highly suggest this venue for your wedding! It will be gorgeous and staffed with the best of the best.

Having planned several weddings, we were very very happy with Carrollwood Country Club for my daughter's wedding January 17, 2026. We would highly recommend to anyone who wants a wonderful experience. The catering managers Tori & Heidi are Terrific !! The venue was very beautiful for the ceremony and then steps away we had a wonderful reception and dinner. The pricing is more than fair and the venue is beautiful. 5 Stars is not enough...... We hosted both our wedding and rehearsal dinner at Hunter’s Green, and everything was absolutely perfect! The venue itself is stunning, and the staff is just as amazing. Pricing was exactly what we were looking for, and the multiple room options made it easy to create the flow we wanted for both events. Even though we brought in our own outside vendors, Zoe and her team went above and beyond to make everything seamless. Special shoutout to Mike for ensuring our dining experience was truly 10/10. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate—thank you to the entire Hunter’s Green team for making our wedding unforgettable!

I cannot say enough good things about The Tampa Club! From the very beginning, Lauren was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions and requests. The food was SO delicious and we had guests tell us it's the best wedding food they've ever had. The service from the waiters and bartenders was fantastic. Beyond all that, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. You really cannot beat that view, but inside the building is just as beautiful. Our guests were amazed! It was the easiest wedding planning experience ever, since so many vendors and components are included in the package. It looks expensive on paper, but when you factor in all the different parts that are included, it's completely reasonable and you get incredible quality. Truly the most unique and unbeatable venue in the Tampa area!!!

Jay and Caroline were awesome in helping me with my wedding on 10.31.30. The bar staff was incredible and all staff members were very helpful. Food was fantastic and location is great. Highly recommend ❤️

My Wedding reception was held at Avila, on 12/1/2017 and it was Fabulous! Isabel changed my life. I dreaded having a wedding, but my parents and in laws were insistent on it. We were in a hurry to get married, and looked at SO MANY wedding venues in the Tampa Bay Area, but nothing was working out with the dates that we wanted. My mother originally called Isabel, but there was no availability for the dates we wanted. Isabel called us back shortly after telling us she had a cancellation and they were available for the date we wanted. We had only SIX WEEKS to plan a wedding. Let me tell you, Isabel was the most amazing heaven sent event planning ANGEL. She worked so patiently and diligently with my family and me to make sure we had an amazing reception. Everything was on super short notice but she was able to make it all work. The food was amazing, and so was all the Staff. We got the Coffee Cart thing - and it was the best. The facility was decorated beautifully for Christmas, so we didn't have to do too many decorations ourself. So many people told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I was so annoyed that my parents made me have a wedding, but it ended up being the best event of my life. I was so depressed when it was all over (I still am lol.) I cannot speak highly enough of Isabel the ANGEL lady. We gave her a complicated order - but she made everything perfect. Avila is literally the most beautiful wedding Venue, and Isabel was the most amazing event coordinator! I can't watch my wedding reception videos without crying. I'm so thankful for such an amazing experience!

The Bay Club at Westshore Yacht Club was everything we hoped for—and so much more—for our daughter’s wedding. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel like we were in the most capable hands. The venue itself is stunning, but it’s the people behind it who elevate the experience from beautiful to unforgettable. Every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and an effortless calm that made the day truly stress-free. The flow of the evening was seamless, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere magical from start to finish. Our guests raved—not just about the picturesque setting, but about how beautifully everything came together. A very special thank-you to Amy, whose guidance, attentiveness, and warm presence made all the difference. She anticipated every need, communicated clearly throughout the process, and ensured that our daughter and son-in-law had the wedding of their dreams. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue. If you’re considering the Bay Club for your event, look no further. They gave our family a day we will cherish forever.

Reception at the Centre Club was one of the best decisions made throughout entire wedding process. Elizabeth, John and their team were so helpful from initial meeting to end of reception. They were very responsive and always provided good advice and ideas. Everyone at the club was so easy to work with and went out of their way to make our event special. We really appreciated having the use of the entire club for the reception. Food was delicious, including late night snacks that were a huge hit! I especially appreciated Elizabeth and her team sharing vendor recommendations. I hope to work with this team again in the future. They were fantastic and our guests continue to rave about our reception.

Our experience at the Temple Terrace Golf and Country Club was wonderful. Katherine, the banquet manager, was nice, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They offered numerous choices and colors of table linens. They also offered and customized choices for entrées and hor d'oeuvres . The wedding reception was beautiful. The food was very good and many wedding guests commented about the excellent quality of the food. This historic club was a great selection and we would highly recommend it.

Lauren, her staff and Chef Daniel out did themselves. The food was great and the service was wonderful! Lauren Extended our expectations by keeping everything running like clock work! We danced outside on their new patio on a beautiful day we had for our wedding! Westchase Golf Club will always be a place full of wonderful memories for us!
