The Cuban Club is absolutely breathtaking! Every floor is gorgeous and unique. The history is fascinating and the restoration and care they have given the building is remarkable. The venue coordinators/managers, Jimmy and Stan, are so kind and fun to talk to. They love the building and Stan knows the history inside and out! My husband and I fell in love with the venue at first sight and knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. We both HIGHLY recommend this venue for any type of event, especially for a romantic wedding! :)

We used the Cuban Club for our ceremony and reception venue. The owner, Jeff Hartzog, is AMAZING! He is so attentive and responsive. He completely understood our vision and desires, and definitely made them come to life. I can say that as a bride, I had a few freak out moments along the way and called him many times to ask crazy questions, and he not only answered my calls every time and calmed me down, but was very courteous and went over and above to make sure we got what we wanted. I can say for sure that the Cuban Club exceeded our expectations. It's a gorgeous venue that made for STUNNING pictures. The parking garage right off site was very convenient for our guests. The open ballroom design had unique beauty in the historic look and feel while also providing a soft and romantic atmosphere. Jeff also made available other floors of the Cuban Club to our guests during the transition between ceremony and reception, and the entire wedding party got ready in the parlors. All in all, this was the best place we could have possibly chosen for our wedding! All thanks go to Jeff (El Jefe, haha) for making our wedding spectacular!

Absolutely beautiful ballroom for a wedding reception! It is HUGE so its a great venue for a large wedding. Dance floor is also one of the largest I have seen in a wedding venue! Staff has been nothing short of amazing and helpful. The ballroom also has a balcony that overlooks Ybor City and has great views of downtown. I highly suggest the Cuban Club! Its classic and traditional. The best part about it is its NOT your run of the mill hotel ballroom. Prices are great as well!

I had my wedding at the Cuban Club on 3/7/2015 and words cannot express what an amazing experience it was. My husband and I knew we wanted to get married in Ybor and the Cuban Club was the first venue we visited. We loved the 1920's feel and the history of the building. We were sold when we saw the prices and discussed their ability to handle the open bar - including beers from Cigar City Brewing.

The events director, Jeff Hartzog, was amazing from the get go - he was excited about our event, went above and beyond to help us select Vendors - including an amazing wedding coordinator - and was available to us prior to and the entire day of the event.

When we came upstairs to the ballroom for the reception, I was overwhelmed with how beautiful the room was - our wedding was better than we even hoped and a big part of that was selecting the Cuban Club.

We had such high hopes for the Cuban Club, but they were very difficult to work with. They changed management sometime after we booked them and did not want to honor things in the original contract. If we had not already bought and sent out invitations, we would have changed our venue. They didn't even want to have the air conditioning running during our rehearsal! The Cuban Club has such great potential for weddings, but the staff is very hard to work with.
