Mansion Wedding Venues in Tampa

My (now) husband and I were looking for an intimate place for our wedding where we could get married outside but have an indoor space for the reception. We found The Manor and I fell in love with it immediately! The grounds are gorgeous, they handle almost everything for you, and I can’t even begin to describe how incredible the team was! Our planner, Julie, made every wish I had come true. She was the epitome of patience and grace and our day would not have been as perfect without her. Every bride hopes and wishes for a “perfect” day and that’s exactly what we got! There is not a single thing that I had an issue with, I never saw any of the staff fumble or be anything less than amazingly helpful and kind. The food was delicious (which is not always the case at receptions!) and the cake blew me away. We felt truly celebrated and cared for during our wedding and I will always hold a special place in my heart for the team at The Manor!

Truly such a break taking & beautiful property. What’s even better is that the owners truly care about the space and it shows. 100% recommend!

Having our wedding at Adam’s Estate was a dream! The venue is gorgeous, the staff goes above and beyond, the property offers everything your event guests could ever need, and the sunsets on the lake are breath taking. Highly recommend!!

From the very first planning call to the last dance, the entire process was seamless, stress-free, and downright magical. Our lead planners, Cheyenne and Maria, were incredible. They’re the perfect blend of professional expertise and genuine excitement—like having your most thoughtful friends guiding you through the beautiful chaos of wedding planning. Cheyenne went above and beyond for me: I had endless questions and late-night emails (so I wouldn’t forget a single detail!), and she always honored my thought process. She even scheduled extra time for our weekly meetings to make sure every part of my vision was heard and brought to life. Maria matched that energy perfectly—their partnership made everything feel effortless and joyful. The team’s collaboration with our vendors was flawless. We had a large 9-piece band, and they loved the setup and vibe just as much as our guests did. The catering partnership is truly special too—a small, family-owned business that made us feel like family. I’ll never forget the honor of having the caterer owner personally deliver our dinner to my husband and me during the reception. It was such a touching, personal touch. The day itself was perfection. Guests raved for weeks afterward—one even sent my parents a handwritten letter saying it was the best wedding they’d ever attended! Beautiful home and spacious ballroom in the back. I am SO GLAD my parents stumbled across this venue in downtown Tampa, it was the perfect spot for our wedding! It is different than your typical hotel ballroom wedding, which is what we were looking for! Gorgeous home with a beautiful staircase inside for photos. We were able to get into the house as early as we wanted (8am!) and get ready there upstairs. The bridesmaids and I were there all day and it was so fantastic not having to travel from our "get ready" location, to the wedding location. All we had to do was walk downstairs! It also allowed my mom time to come in and decorate inside the house a bit the morning of which she appreciated. The guests were blown away at this venue as they have never seen anything like it before! Vivian was a breeze to work with and very flexible with us pestering her every so often to stop by and take a look/pre-plan/get measurements of things so we knew exactly what we wanted to use for decor! From the beginning we knew we wanted an old mansion, great Gatsby, kind of vibe. We looked at SO MANY venues in Florida and most of them that we looked at are in Central Florida, the venues are always stunning, but the surrounding area was never a place we really loved. With Powel Crosley, not only did we get a STUNNING venue, but the surrounding area alone makes it so worth it. All the staff were wonderful and so helpful, and the house, of course, is stunning. Getting the venue is a bit tricky, and requires you to send a lot of emails at midnight 18 months in advance. But, it really is worth it. Even if you don't get the date you want.

The team at Cottage on the Rocks were amazing to our families during our time there. As a destination wedding we wanted to blend our families along with the ceremony. The main cottage was perfect for that with the guest cottage just what we needed for a bridal suite. We rented the Cottage on the Rocks for the entire week leading up to the wedding and that was the best decision we made. So many memories captured there with private beach access to what’s been named the #1 beach in the country. Sunsets with champagne every night, dips in the heated pool, bridal shower in the front yard under large live oak trees, wedding ceremony on the beach, and reception under a lit tent in the backyard with our cake floating from another gorgeous tree. Our families have not stopped telling us how much fun they had at our wedding, the best wedding they’ve attended. We believe that feedback is from feeling so comfortable and relaxed at Cottage on the Rocks. It’s indescribable how wonderful they make once in a lifetime moments happen. Thank you with all our hearts!

Sunset Beach house is the place to be if you dreamed of a beach wedding. The view is amazing and the property is perfect to have your reception whether it be large or small. We got married at Bay Preserve April 2023 and it was truly the most magical day! As soon as we saw the property we were absolutely in love. As we worked with Sam and the team the experience continued to get better and better. As a born and raised Floridian now living in NYC I was looking for an old Florida feel and the property truly exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful, the water front, the incredible lawn to tent. Absolutely recommend!

This place is incredibly beautiful. The entire property was well kempt and I received so many compliments. I was able to fit my large wedding (including my large bridal party). Thank you Ashley for helping host such a beautiful day!
