Legacy Lane Weddings | A Private Estate for Your Perfect Wedding
Legacy Lane Weddings is a Florida venue unlike any other. Nestled in the heart of Brooksville on 120 acres of agritourism land, the estate features wide lawns, hayfields, grandfather oaks, and shaded woodlands. Just 45 minutes north of Tampa, it feels like a peaceful countryside retreat away from the city.
Ceremony & Reception Spaces
The property offers multiple ceremony and reception settings, including the Ceremony Tree, Legacy Pavilion, and Legacy Barn. We can accommodate weddings of up to 140 guests. The Grand Oak provides a stunning outdoor backdrop with pavers and turf, while the open-air Pavilion blends rustic charm with chandeliers and natural accents. The Legacy Barn, a renovated and air-conditioned horse barn, showcases exposed beams, large barn doors, walls of windows, soft lighting, and a stage for a sweetheart table, band, or DJ.

Across the property, you'll also discover gardens, orchards, and farm animals including horses, cows, donkeys, goats, pigs, and even an organic tilapia farm.

Amazing wedding weekend experience!
Our experience with Legacy Lane for our 11/16/24 wedding was nothing short of AMAZING! From our first tour of the venue in August 2023, to our wedding weekend, Marianne, Amber, Lindsey, and their team were friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and kind. Their attention to detail and passion for their work shines through and made our event so special. Their communication and close work with our wedding planner made us confident that everything would go off without a hitch. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was! We had about 35 of our closest friends and family stay on the property with us in the comfortable, clean, and unique accommodations. Thank you to Legacy Lane for making our wedding weekend such a memorable and fun experience!

Best wedding ever
My husband and I got married on 11/04/2023 and did the all-inclusive weekend at Legacy Lane. From the beginning of planning our wedding which started last December, throughout the whole weekend, everything truly was about as flawless as you could ever dream. Throughout the planning process, we worked with Lindsey and also with Amber as well, coordinators/event planners for Legacy Lane. Both of them put so much time and effort into making sure our day/weekend was unforgettable. We had about 30 people stay with us on the property for the weekend and everyone was blown away with how beautiful all the houses and property was. It truly is so magical and beautiful! Our wedding was everything we could have dreamed of and more and we could not recommend Legacy Lane enough! We got so many compliments about our wedding and how it was "the best" they have been to. We are so grateful for all the hard work that was put into our wedding weekend. Our vendors were amazing and Lindsey and Amber made all of our wishes come true. Thank you for everything Legacy Lane! ❤️

The Best Wedding Weekend Experience!
From start to finish the wedding process with Legacy Lane was impeccable! The very first time my husband & I met Marianne (the owner) we knew we had found the right venue. The personal touches that she brought to the entire process were so thoughtful and something we truly cherished in this process. Amber, our wedding coordinator, was phenomenal and made the last couple of months of planning and the whole wedding weekend flawless. She was a huge help in getting everything set up and planned just like I wanted. The ability to have our family and closest friends with us all weekend was an added perk to this incredible venue. The experience is unmatched and you will not be disappointed in your wedding weekend with Legacy Lane - I guarantee it!

Perfect Wedding Weekend
I cannot honestly say enough wonderful things about Legacy Lane! Not only did they put together my absolute dream wedding, Marianne was a true gem! She worked to create the perfect décor, taking all my ideas and combining them into a beautiful setup. They take care of all the extras, even things I hadn’t thought of. There was no detail left undone and the staff made sure I didn’t lift a finger to do any of it. The entire estate was absolutely the perfect setup for our family and friends to stay with us and extend the celebration throughout the weekend. Everything was absolutely perfect. When a tragedy struck within our bridal party just days before the wedding, Marianne went above and beyond to show her support and help us honor him in our event. If you are considering this venue, book it now!!!! You will absolutely not regret it!!!

Vendor to vendor ! I can’t wait to work there again!
Where to begin… this past weekend I got to opportunity to shoot a wedding here with a fellow photographer and it was nothing short of amazing. The owner was there when we arrived working her but off and was so kind and friendly, this is also when we promptly met Amber the venue coordinator. Y’all she isn’t anything like most venue coordinators. I literally wanted to put her in my pocket and take her with me everywhere (except that would never work cause I’m much shorter than her hah!). She was INCREDIBLE, everyone at the venue made sure we had snacks too, that they were helping us get people moving, they were all constantly assuring everything was picked up, in straight lines, everyone was happy, and the time line was kept. Furthermore the homes to stay in were so clean, the animals were the freakin cutest, and Amber was one of the kindest humans. I can’t wait to be back at this venue to work with their team again. The barn was SO BEAUTIFUL, with such pretty detail, the White House was nothing short of amazing. Thank you Legacy Lane for a beautiful luxurious barn style venue that is perfectly done !

Unique Wedding Venue
On 4/10/2021, my husband and I got married at Legacy Lane. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a location that offers overnight housing, privacy and a caring staff.
What makes this venue different from other venues is the people that work here. When you book with Legacy Lane, you are investing in a family. They will go above and beyond to make sure that your wedding weekend goes as smoothly as possible. They also make you feel valued. You aren't just another contract to them. They care!
For example, with our wedding, a strong thunderstorm rolled in 15 minutes before our ceremony. We had planned to get married outside under an oak tree. The legacy lane staff rushed to bring all of our flowers into the reception hall and recreated a ceremony site for us. The owners of the venue showed up to make sure we were okay and Marianne (one of the owners) was holding the train of my dress off the ground to make sure that it didn't get wet and ruined. Honestly, this is just one a many moments from my wedding weekend that stand out to me.
The staff never made us feel like our wedding day was a job or work. It felt like they were part of our family and friends and were there to celebrate with us. I am truly thankful to the legacy lane staff.

Best wedding experience Ever
I absolutely loved using legacy lane as our venue. Me and my husband Brendon got married this passed January at Legacy lane and it was the most magical experience. this venue is so inviting and warm. We wanted a family oriented event and we were able to have that for a whole weekend. our wedding coordinator amber was beyond helpful leading up to the wedding and throughout the whole weekend. the day would not have ran so smoothly if she was not there to walk us through it. This is the perfect barn style wedding venue that offers so much for the price. My wedding party and family all had an amazing weekend and i loved being able to give them all a place to stay and celebrate with us. overall this venue is beyond my words and is beautiful in every where. cant thank the whole family and crew at legacy lane made our day the most memorable one yet.

Perfection!
Everything from our first tour to the end of our wedding night was beyond perfection. The entire team, Amber, Marianne, Maggie the bartender and valet guys were so kind and professional. We cannot thank them enough for a flawless wedding. Our guests all commented on how wonderful the venue was. We would choose Legacy Lane a million times over and would not have changed a single thing. If you are on the fence about booking them, just do it! You will have the most beautiful, stress free wedding!
