From the moment we first visited, we fell in love with the natural beauty of the space, the views, the trees, and the peaceful, and farm atmosphere made it feel like something out of a dream. What really sets this venue apart, though, is the team behind it. They are incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in making your day special. Every question we had was answered quickly, and they made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. On the wedding day, everything flowed seamlessly. The setup was beautiful, the coordination was on point, and we were able to actually relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. So many of our guests commented on how unique and stunning the venue was. If you’re looking for a Florida wedding venue that feels natural, intimate, and effortlessly beautiful, this is it. We would choose this place again a hundred times over.

This venue is truly top notch. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we fell in love. The grounds are naturally beautiful with elegant touches that made it the perfect place for our wedding. From the time we booked, Shawna was wonderful to work with and helped make our big day everything we hoped for. She even hatched baby chickens for us to interact with on our wedding day, which was such a special touch. We booked the cottage for our rehearsal dinner and it was the perfect size and exactly what we needed. We were able to get into the house early to get ready, and we stayed in the bridal suite after the wedding. The house was adorable and beautifully furnished, both for our stay and for the girls to get ready. Even though Shawna was out of town on our wedding day, she and her staff made everything run smoothly. She was always quick to answer any questions before, during, and after the wedding. The property and the team truly provide a five star experience. I would absolutely recommend Bridle Oaks Barn for a wedding or any other event.

We had 18 months to plan my daughter’s wedding, and choosing October Oaks made the entire experience truly exceptional. From the very beginning, we knew the grounds were something special—it felt like the Holy Spirit frequented the breeze through the majestic oaks and Southern Spanish moss (and if you’ve ever planned a wedding, you know you’ll take all the divine help you can get!). There was a deep sense of peace and joy, and Ann Mathers and her family only confirmed that feeling. Ann is genuine, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. Planning from out of state could have been stressful, but she made every visit, call, and question feel seamless and straightforward. We always felt supported and truly cared for—like we had a calm, capable guide for every step (which is priceless in the world of wedding planning!). Our guests stayed in Lakeland, and transportation to and from the venue by bus worked perfectly. Every detail came together effortlessly thanks to the thoughtful coordination behind the scenes. The catering was extraordinary. Michael Mather is a true creative talent in the kitchen—everything from the tasting to the final meal exceeded expectations. Our guests are still talking about the food, especially the mushroom sauce! I’m fairly certain a few people would have taken a to-go container if it had been offered. Of course, Florida weather had its moment—rain arrived just 10 minutes before the ceremony. But Ann handled it with such calm confidence, keeping guests comfortable and the bride completely at ease. We prayed—and right on time, the rain cleared, the chairs were dried, and everything came together beautifully…with just enough time for everyone to pretend it was all part of the plan. Ann guided the entire day with grace and wisdom. There are no words to fully capture the joy I felt—it was truly one of the most meaningful days of my life. What stood out most throughout the entire process was Ann’s honesty, clarity, and the genuine care she showed our family. We feel incredibly blessed to have found October Oaks. It is a unique and beautiful venue, and absolutely worth the search.

When my now husband and I were searching for the perfect venue a friend of ours recommended we check out Music Ranch. The atmosphere and the people running this beautiful venue went above and beyond to make our special day perfect! Brandy and her father Phil make you feel welcome and they help with anything and everything they can. I want to thank all the behind the scenes people that help them with the aftermath of the events! I would recommend them to anyone! 10/22/22 best day ever!

Getting married at Up the Creek Farms in Malabar, FL was truly the best decision we could have made and hands down the best day of my life. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond in every possible way. From the very beginning, the planning process was seamless. The team at Up the Creek Farms was incredibly organized, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. They made what can be a stressful process feel easy and exciting, and I always felt supported and understood. When I walked in on our wedding day and saw the cocktail hour setup and reception space for the first time, I was completely blown away. It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, they brought my vision to life in ways I didn’t even know were possible. Every detail was perfect. On the day of the wedding, the team handled absolutely everything. There was not a single moment where I was looking around wondering what was next or if something needed to be done, they had it all covered from start to finish. Because of that, both my family and I were able to truly relax, be fully present, and soak in every moment of the day. I also want to give a very special thank you to the incredible individuals who made our day so perfect: Jess, who led the planning and coordinating so seamlessly, along with Kiryn, Clare, and Brittany, who were all incredibly involved and supportive throughout the entire process. Tammy, who handled all of the catering, absolutely knocked it out of the park, and Lauren, who created the most stunning floral designs that tied everything together beautifully. Each of them played such an important role in making our wedding day unforgettable. I truly don’t even know how to put into words how thankful I am for how exceptional this team is at what they do. I would recommend Up the Creek Farms without hesitation to anyone looking for a venue that will exceed expectations and allow you to fully enjoy your wedding day. Our wedding was the best wedding I had ever been to- we had such an amazing day. This venue has a newly renovated ceremony and reception site, giving it an elegant touch. Huge shoutout to our day of coordinator Hector- this man absolutely loves what he does. He truly just wants the bride and groom to have the best day and will never make you feel awkward for any special requests. We booked our venue without seeing bridal suite due to it being occupied by anther bride- and when I shared this with Hector at a bridal show hosted at the venue, he was quick to buggy us there to show us. I will never forget that. My only gripes with the reception space is the supporting pillars on the dance floor. It made it difficult for guests to watch first dances and not bump into them during the dancing portion. I would also consider providing cool sunglasses to guests for the outside ceremony, as we didn’t realize our guests would be blinded by the sun. These are not necessarily “docks” on the venue; however, it is good to know for prospecting couples. We also felt we were being nickled and dimed for basic upgrades like wedding arches and chargers. I did appreciate that they provided a military promo to help cover it. I highly recommend getting the diamond package as it ends up paying for itself. They will not let you upgrade to that package if a lower tiered is already contracted.

This venue is GORGEOUS. Lisa, the owner, was so great to work with. She let me visit the farm a few times leading up to the wedding so I could keep the space fresh in mind and plan everything out. She was easy to get in contact with and she was very flexible as far as what vendors I was able to hire. She also had great suggestions and ideas whenever I asked her opinion. Our wedding was beautiful and I can't thank her enough!

Our wedding at Saxon Manor’s Boho Venue was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived to the final moments of our celebration, every detail felt whimsical, intentional, and beautifully curated. Danielle, our wedding coordinator, was truly exceptional. Her guidance and support began long before our wedding day and carried seamlessly through every moment of the event. She was organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. I truly don’t think the day would’ve went as effortlessly without her. My mother passed shortly before our wedding and every staff member carried my partner and I through this time in such a genuine grace. Support and generosity like that is truly difficult to find these days. Danielle is such a rare talent gem - As well as the rest of the staff at Saxon Manor. From the Manor cat to the maintenance staff. Everyone is absolutely welcoming. The culinary experience was just as memorable. The chef created an incredible dishes that our guests are still talking about! Everything was absolutely delicious. The floral arrangements by Enchanted Florist were breathtaking—each piece felt like something out of a dream. The flowers elevated the entire atmosphere and brought the vision of our wedding to life in the most stunning way. Dj Ricky was phenomenal! He’s the kind of guy you can’t go without! As a last minute gesture to my partner and I, he stepped in as our officiant. We’re forever grateful for him & his genuine support for my partner and I. Ricky made our day that much more special! Kristen - our wedding photographer with Every Magic Moment! Stellar talent! She is so kind & made sure to capture every detail and moments we missed! Absolutely wonderful woman! With a honest passion for her work! Our guests continue to rave about how intimate, beautiful, and unforgettable the entire experience was. Saxon Manor truly operates with heart and professionalism. You arrive as clients, but by the end of your wedding day, you leave feeling like family.
