About this venue
The Barn at Jewel Farms is a rustic and elegant wedding venue located just outside of Tampa, Florida. The 4,000-square-foot-barn was newly built in 2021 and is set on 19 acres of breathtaking scenery. This property provides an elegant, secluded, and natural backdrop for nuptial celebrations. Couples who choose to celebrate their day here can expect a private and intimate setting while being close to the city.
Facilities and Capacity
The Barn at Jewel Farms offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for couples to choose from and can accommodate up to 200 guests. The barn was created specifically to ensure that couples can customize the space to match their dream wedding. This indoor area can host up to 200 guests for seated banquets and is air-conditioned for maximum comfort. It also contains a bar and two full restrooms with wheel-chair accessible stalls.
The property is adjacent to a retail plant nursery which has a quaint home from the 1930s and an outdoor covered patio area. The vintage home contains the bridal suite where brides and their bridal parties can enjoy getting ready on the day of their event. The outdoor patio area is surrounded by plentiful greenery and is ideal for a cocktail hour celebration. The grounds have beautiful backdrops of the natural Florida landscape which couples can take advantage of for amazing photographs.
Services Offered
Events of all kinds can be held at this venue including engagement parties, wedding showers, ceremonies, and receptions. The Barn at Jewel Farms welcomes a variety of vendors and has a vendor list of businesses that have worked many events at the space. Couples can choose from the vendor list or introduce a new vendor to the space. Ceremony and Reception decor is available for rental from the Venue. We also have an inviting Fire Pit area for conversation and mingling as well as S'mores roasting.

From the very beginning, Kristen — the owner and coordinator — was absolutely amazing to work with. She is highly responsive, professional, and most importantly, she genuinely cared about making our day everything we wanted it to be. Jewel Farms offers the option to have Kristen (the owner) coordinate the day, and it was the best choice we could have ever made. She provided us with a detailed and well-organized timeline for the day, and thanks to her, everything ran seamlessly. We’ve also heard such wonderful things from our guests. Everyone raved about how beautiful the venue was, how smoothly the day flowed, and how well everything was coordinated. The entire experience from planning to the final send-off was everything we asked for and more!

Wedding event
Only complaint was the grooms quarters were just a little small and made things uncomfortable and tight. Also, not having closer parking for the ladies next to the bridal suit was very inconvenient. Everyone had been there less than 10 minutes before we were asked to move vehicles and offered no help to carry anything from parking lot in back back to bridal suit. There should be parking spots specifically for the bridal suit closer given they have more to move after as well. Other than that everything was truly amazing.
