This 15-acre property has many appealing locations to host your wedding events. Get-ready suites are fully equipped with all the essentials to ensure you feel prepared when the festivities begin. There are many exciting photo opportunities to be found throughout the grounds. Host your ceremony in the gazebo with a serene waterfront backdrop of the pond. The barn is used for indoor receptions and has all the amenities to guarantee comfort and convenience. Here, a cozy ambiance is highlighted by the stylish wooden interiors. This space is flexible enough to accommodate various kinds of seating layouts with a maximum capacity of 100 individuals. However, the venue is open to a total guest count of 200 people if you plan to host your events outside.

Absolutely Perfect!!
The venue itself is just gorgeous, when I walked into the beautiful (air conditioned) barn for the first time I actually had tears in my eyes. If you are looking for a country style venue with class and SO much CHARM, this is it.
All the decor was included (although you are welcome to bring your own). They have endless decor options to choose from - table runners/lanterns/plate chargers/florals/greenery/candles/card box/etc…I didn’t have to buy any of this!
Michelle & Lisa are an amazing team, they are extremely knowledgeable, organized, and friendly. They made sure every little detail was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Included with the venue you are given a day of coordinator (Lisa was amazing).. She made sure everything went smoothly and communicated with my vendors so I could enjoy my day. I honestly couldn’t imagine if I didn’t have her.
They offer packages that include vendors such as catering/DJ/etc, or you can just book the venue and choose your own vendors. Side note - I chose to just book the venue and book my own vendors.. after months of searching I ended up choosing all the same vendors that they would have included to begin with (which were also amazing).
I am so grateful to Rayshell Ranch for helping us have the most beautiful day and I highly recommend them.

The property is beyond gorgeous and truly one of a kind. We were given the freedom to design/set up the event how we wanted and there were so many beautiful options for ceremony spot, reception, cocktail hour, etc so that we could really make it our own - not to mention the amazing, Pinterest-worthy photo-ops around the property which we absolutely took advantage of. Multiple guests told us afterward that the venue made it one of the most memorable, fun weddings they have every been to!
AND THE STAFF!!!!!
The owner Michelle and her husband Ray are quite possibly the nicest people in the entire world. They are responsive, accommodating, and were truly dedicated and invested in making our wedding perfect. Not just the owners, the entire staff is amazing and friendly. Throughout the wedding planning process, everyone at Rayshell became more like family than just a vendor.
We spent the night of the wedding in the adorable loft room in the barn. After all of our guests left, the whole staff got together to have a toast with us and a little afterparty which was so sweet. Then the next morning, they made us breakfast and coffee before we left for our honeymoon!
We truly could not have asked for a better experience!!!!
