Hotel Wedding Venues in Miami

Everything was perfect. Ryan and Tanya were so easy to work with. We live out of state so planning was a little challenging. They were there very step of the way. Answering many an email covering all the details. They had a great, we can do that, attitude. All of the staff was wonderful. The hotel was great and so relaxing for us and our guest accommodations. The food was delicious!! All the guests raved said it was the best food ever at a wedding. I would highly recommend the Aloft Hotel. (wire)

Words cannot describe how pleased we were with our wedding at PGA. Nickole and her team were extremely responsive, creative, and helpful throughout the entire planning process and we knew it would be a great weekend. But they absolutely exceeded all expectations. Their staff could not have been kinder or more attentive to us, our parents, and all of our guests all weekend long. The amenities were so fun and well-organized, the rooms were beautiful and clean, the food was OUTSTANDING - when do you ever hear compliments about a wedding salad!?! Just an absolutely perfect weekend. Getting married at PGA was the best decision we ever made and I am eternally grateful for the beautiful memories us, our families, and friends made throughout the weekend.

I knew I wanted a full wedding weekend and for my guests to stay where they partied so a hotel wedding it was! Many people told my mother and I to check out “the Waterstone” while venue shopping so we did and it was our last venue and thankfully “the one.” The ballroom with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the intracoastal and the modern grey finishes had me at hello! I loved the privacy of having the entire floor for the wedding guests! The ceremony was supposed to be outdoors but unfortunately the weekend of the wedding (middle of January) the winds were that of almost a hurricane and the chuppah wouldn't safely stay standing so because of wind speed we had to move indoors—-my pictures still came out gorgeous because again that ballroom is perfect! The coordinator, Andrea, was wonderful, she really worked with us on so many little things! Her response time was speedy and she helped me out with so many requests! I did my rehearsal dinner, full wedding (ceremony and reception) and Sunday morning brunch at the Waterstone! Everyone was so wonderful to work with!

All I can say about the Conrad is wow… 12 out of 10 stars. From the moment we first toured the Conrad as a potential wedding venue, we were blown away by the professionalism and hospitality of the entire staff - from the valet to the event team. First impressions are everything, especially at a wedding, and the Conrad FAR exceeded the standards we saw at any other venue. Their entire team is extremely detail-oriented, highly communicative, and highly knowledgeable about event flow and guest experience. I felt like this took a HUGE weight off my shoulders as the bride because I knew that they had such a high standard of excellence as a brand and team that they’d make sure to execute a perfect event - and they did. We worked with Ally, and Tara who all made us feel so confident and reassured throughout the planning process and made sure the entire Conrad team knew how to bring our dream wedding to life. Our wedding guests gave us SO many compliments on the food (which was really important to us), the attentiveness of the staff, and the cocktails - which are handcrafted by the Conrad’s team member Francisco who is beyond talented and nailed our perfect signature drinks. The Conrad team has worked together for decades (which says a lot!) so I had a lot of comfort knowing they all knew how to operate as a single unit and create a seamless experience for us and our guests. I’ve never met a kinder staff (our guests even said they were blown away by the warmth and sincerity of everyone at the hotel), and they all made me and my husband feel like celebrities the entire wedding weekend. It was so special. Also, the rooms are so clean and gorgeous - all of our guests that stayed in our room block raved about their experience. For anyone planning a wedding or other big event, the Conrad will not only be the most beautiful venue in Fort Lauderdale, but the team will make your life SO easy and stress-free. If I had to plan another wedding, I would choose the Conrad again and again. Thank you Ally, Tara, and Francisco for caring so much about us, our guests, and our event. Your dedication to giving us the best experience is truly unmatched!!

We had our wedding held at the Diplomat this past Oct and couldn't be happier! Everyone was very attentive and helpful. Linda did a great job and made us feel very comfortable throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. The food was excellent as well! We highly recommend the Diplomat.

If I could do this magical day all over again I would in this venue. The The coordinator for wedding day Albert was absolutely amazing during the whole planning process. The food was even better from the tasting the venue staff were perfect and best of all they really did everything to make my day magical. I highly recommend to check this venue out!!!

You don't have to be a Jimmy Buffet fan to fall in love with Margaritaville and its top notch service. As a couple, we liked that the ceremony area overlooked the ocean and was reserved for our guests only. The majority of our guests were out of town and Margaritaville offered them the feel of a Caribbean vacation (Disney World for adults and so much to do with kids, too!). The food was spectacular and we cannot stress enough how good the service was. The Catering Sales Manager Christi was absolutely lovely and helped us with every little step (and last minute emailed question). Choose Margaritaville, life's better on the beach.

Juliette the event manager was our God Sent! Words can not describe how thankful I am for her! She was professional and on point answering back emails, calls, changes or concerns. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and honestly it really shows that she cares about her brides and grooms because she is willing to go above and beyond. We could not imagine our day without her contribution. You made our special day not only beautiful but unforgettable! Thank you so very much and thank you to the jupiter beach resort aswell for bringing her on and your entire team. we had multiple out of state guest that were beyond impressed with the accommodations and service provided during the stay.

From the moment we chose the Four Seasons as our venue, Yahaira was there every step of the way, ensuring that every detail was perfect and that our special day was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue itself is breathtaking. The elegant architecture, stunning views, and luxurious amenities provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Every corner of the Four Seasons exudes sophistication and charm, creating an ambiance of pure romance. Yahaira's expertise and dedication were invaluable throughout the planning process. She took the time to understand our vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and preferences. From selecting the menu to coordinating the timeline, Yahaira handled everything with grace and professionalism, easing our stress and allowing us to truly enjoy the journey to our big day. Thanks to Yahaira and the entire team at the Four Seasons Miami, our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives.

We had our daughter’s wedding there May 3. It was beautiful! Every detail was covered. We worked with Rose for months preparing. She was amazing, professional and always available Our guest were very happy.. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone.
