We got married at The Betsy in October and our wedding was like a DREAM......it was perfect and absolutely stunning. It’s hard to put into words how incredible the space, staff, and food was. We fell in love with the hotel the moment we took a tour of the space. The owner Jonathan alongside the events manager Nicole (who is amazing, love her!) personally gave us a tour of the hotel. That was such a nice personal touch and a big part of why we chose the Betsy. There is such a beautiful vibe there (so much culture with a love for art, literature, and music) and listening to Jonathan tell us all about the history of the hotel was really special. The space is unlike anything we had seen...it was so different...so beautiful....and chic, which is exactly what we wanted. Having great food at our wedding was really important to us, we did not want "wedding food". The Betsy beyond exceeded our expectations. We were blown away at the food tasting, and the presentation and quality of the food at the wedding was exceptional. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how great everything was. The customer service was world class starting from the tour through the day of. Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with and very helpful. The entire staff who worked our wedding was wonderful, they were polite, polished, professional, accommodating and fun! The manager Miguel was excellent, he went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had everything we needed at every moment of the wedding. The space is so beautiful on its own but it was truly transformed into something magical for our wedding. We can't thank The Betsy staff enough for making our wedding such an unbelievable experience. We highly....HIGHLY recommend. We can't wait to go back!

We had a rooftop ceremony and atrium reception at the Betsy and it was one for the books. The team is extremely professional and accommodating, the hotel itself is very cool and in a perfect location, and we got tons of compliments afterwards about how it all went.

The Betsy is my dream wedding venue. The team members who work there go above and beyond to help plan your special day. Unfortunately, due to COVID, we were unable to have our wedding at the Betsy, however, due to the amazing relationships and experience we planning with them, we are now planning our next big family trip to South Beach to stay at their hotel. As soon as COVID passes, we will be regular guests at the Betsy! The hotel has so much character and charm, and we cannot wait to finally see it (and meet Bertha) in person!

I had my ceremony and reception at the deck of the Betsy hotel. We had a small brunch wedding. It was just perfect. It is a beautiful venue with great ocean views. The food was excellent. My guests loved the venue. It was a pleasure to work with Julie and Nicole. Nicole helped us so much with the last minute details and made sure we had everything needed. It was a pleasure working with her. We stayed at the hotel and they had so many nice details for us. I would book this place in a heartbeat!

Rooftop Ceremony/Reception: Best View in South Beach. For a small intimate wedding, as mine was, I had all that I could ask for...Julie, the hotels Director of Catering and Events made it all easy and smooth for me and my mom! She was attentive, responded to calls and emails in an adequate amount of time, I never felt any stress or pressure. Between her and my mother, I did indeed have the best wedding a girl could have ever asked for. And the staff...AMAZING! Everyone knew us from day one by our names. If you have a budget to play around with and you are looking for an intimate, amazing wedding in South Beach, The Betsy Hotel is the way to go! Again, extremely happy bride & groom!

We used the Betsy Hotel for our rehearsal dinner and it was an excellent decision. The staff, in particular Julie and Nicole, were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The Betsy Hotel offers various private room options- we picked the B Bar Lounge, which was fabulous. This room has its own bar and the space was very convenient. The food and service were outstanding. All of our guests had such a great time! Excellent place for a rehearsal dinner- especially when you have out of town guests- they get to experience South Beach in this fun yet elegant hotel.
