No other venue even comes close to the beauty and elegance of the National Hotel. Ivette, the Director of Sales & Marketing, was a dream to work with!! She made planning from Chicago a breeze and did not let any detail go untouched. From my very first meeting with Ivette all the way through to our post-wedding party, we were treated like royalty. We were greeted in our bridal suite with a fresh fruit bowl, chocolate covered strawberries, variety of pastries, and a bottle of our (my) favorite wine! Anytime we needed something or had a last minute request, Ivette made it happen! Our every want and need was addressed and taken care of seamlessly and professionally. The staff, servers, and bartenders at the National Hotel knew every last detail of the event; all guests were made to feel important throughout their stay and during our event. We also reserved a room block for our guests, which was a great addition! We had our ceremony and reception at the gorgeous Aqua Pool; the pre-existing decor and ambiance of the National Hotel is something you truly cannot find anywhere else in Miami! We also hosted our post-wedding party at the cabanas by the pool; it was a gorgeous ending to such an unforgettable and dreamy wedding day! Our guests absolutely LOVED the menu we hand-selected; the National Hotel has so many fabulous options, and such a wide variety, to choose from. We were able to customize all of the food and beverage menus for our entire wedding weekend; from getting ready with our wedding party all the way through to our late night snacks station on our wedding night. We were able to taste and select from a wide variety of delicious hors d'oeuvres for our cocktail hour, and construct an amazing dinner menu for our guests. Ivette also worked with us to create a signature cocktail and to personalize our wine selections. Ivette knew how important the little details were to me, so before our ceremony we walked through and admired all of the beautiful work that all of the vendors did to bring our vision to life! I cannot imagine my wedding day any other way. If you are looking for the most PERFECT venue to host your wedding, we highly recommend the National Hotel!! 10 out of 5 stars! XO Becca & Tyler

Wedding planning felt completely seamless thanks to Nataly and the team at The Palms Hotel & Spa. From the very beginning, Nataly was incredibly attentive, responsive, and organized - even with multiple weddings happening every weekend at the property. They provided every detail we needed upfront, and their preferred vendor list and thoughtfully designed wedding packages made the entire process feel so digestible and stress-free. Everything was clear, streamlined, and easy to navigate, which made a huge difference throughout planning. Beyond the process, the property itself is absolutely spectacular. The setting created the perfect backdrop for our wedding weekend, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience with our friends and family. Our guests are still raving about how special and beautiful everything was. We cannot recommend The Palms enough - it was everything we hoped for and more!

We had a great pleasure working with Jesse planning our son's wedding at Loews. From start to finish Jesse demonstrated superior professionalism and attention to the smallest details. She was always available and responsive in a timely manner for advice, question, request. Being a destination wedding planned in a short period of time, Jesse played a major role in the success of our wedding!

The most beautiful location and we couldn't have been happier with everybody at the venue!

Our wedding at the Mondrian South Beach was an absolute dream. The moment the sun started setting over the terrace, it felt like time stood still. This venue is the perfect blend of Miami glam and timeless romance — every detail, every view, every space felt magical. We planned a kosher destination wedding, which came with a lot of moving parts, and the Mondrian team handled it all with calm professionalism and genuine care. Alexander and Ricardo were incredible to work with and made sure everything flowed smoothly. They also connected us with top-tier vendors who brought our vision to life. The service staff was warm and attentive, and the vibe they helped create was both elegant and joyful. We’ll never forget the feeling of that evening — surrounded by our loved ones, the ocean breeze, and a golden sky. If you're looking for a venue that delivers beauty, flexibility, and a unique sense of magic, we can't recommend the Mondrian enough.

My now husband and I live local, and had visited Miami Beach Botanical Gardens numerous times before getting engaged. It is truly a slice of heaven and peace in Miami Beach. I knew instantly that we had to get married here. It is absolutely stunning, and the staff is wonderful to work with. I truly couldn't image a more perfect venue!!!

I just recently had my wedding at this venue on April 15, 2017 and I could not have been happier with how amazing everything turned out. Tricia was the best help we could have asked for.. Especially since I didn't know much about weddings or how they were ran. From the beginning to the day of.. she was patient, kind and ALWAYS willing to help as much as she could. The day of, was ran as smooth as ever and every detail of that day went perfectly. Juan, who was handling the food/bar aspect of the evening was also a huge delight- very polite and always looking to make sure everyone was accommodated. I can honestly say we had the best experience here, and was never disappointed with the services along with the venue. One thing I can promise anyone who is looking at this place is that even if you have any issues, they have a great team who will make sure everything is handled for you worry-free. My wedding was a dream come true and we couldn't thank Tricia and her team enough for all their handwork and time they put into making it that way for us.

Everything was fabulous from beginning to end. Once we arrived the attention was all on us from valet, the front desk, every employee offered us assistance and follow up which demonstrated their commitment to their guests.

The entire experience was stress free as a bride! My wedding planner handled all the last minute changes and weather issues! I had a great experience with Eden Roc! My pictures were beautiful! Couldn’t have asked for a better venue!

We had a rooftop ceremony and atrium reception at the Betsy and it was one for the books. The team is extremely professional and accommodating, the hotel itself is very cool and in a perfect location, and we got tons of compliments afterwards about how it all went.
