The Palms Hotel & Spa offers 11 spaces, spanning outdoor to indoor, to choose from for the ceremony and reception. The Garden Gazebo and The Beach are outdoor ceremony location options, and the Trellis, Veranda Terrace, Grand Tiki, The South Lawn, Essensia Lounge Terrace, Essensia Restaurant Poolside Terrace, and Chef’s Garden Terrace are the outdoor reception location options. The Royal Palm Ballroom and the Queen Palm Ballroom are indoor and serve as excellent reception locations. These spaces allow for anywhere between 40 and 200 guests. Wedding at the Palms
My experience working with the Palms was absolutely amazing from the first day touring the venue to the wedding day. Huge shoutout to Nataly who answered every single one of my questions (there were quite a few!) and made the day so seamless. It started raining an hour before my ceremony. I truly didn’t think i would be able to have my ceremony in the gazebo. The team moved everyone to the terrace and as soon as it stopped raining (right at the ceremony time!) her team immediately moved everyone to the gazebo and dried the chairs incredibly fast. Everyone is so kind and i received multiple compliments on how good the food and service was. I am sooo happy I had my wedding here and would highly recommend it. It’s a beautiful location but the service and quality of food, drinks and level of care elevates the experience so much.

Amazing service
We had an amazing experience working with Vanessa and her team at the palms. Vanessa made everything seemless, she was extremely responsive and detail oriented taking time to answer all of my questions. Everything was very transparent, explained well and delivered on. We had food catered by the palms and it was delicious, exceeding our expectations. Specially the bacon scallops, chicken entree and chocolate dessert. Catering staff were nothing but helpful and an overall joy to work with. The venue was beautiful and overall stress free to work with everything was taken of.

Amazing Wedding Weekend Experience!
We got married over Labor Day weekend and truly could not have asked for a better place to celebrate than The Palms Hotel & Spa. From the planning process through the wedding weekend, everything was handled with an incredible level of care and professionalism.
A special thank you goes to Vanessa, our wedding coordinator, who was fantastic from start to finish. She helped us prepare for all the details before we even arrived at the hotel, was always responsive to our questions, and made the entire planning process feel organized and manageable. On the wedding day, it rained right up until the ceremony, but Vanessa remained calm, professional, and organized while making sure everyone was prepared in case we needed to move the ceremony. Fortunately, the rain cleared just in time, and we had a picture perfect ceremony in the gazebo courtyard.
The rest of the evening was incredible. Cocktail hour, the reception, the food, and the after dinner party were all fantastic. The food throughout the entire weekend was excellent, whether we were having breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the restaurant.
The rest of the hotel staff was equally impressive. Three of our family members enjoyed massages and facials at the spa and had a wonderful experience. The pool and beach attendants provided prompt, friendly service throughout the weekend.
We also want to mention all of the vendors Vanessa recommended, including the florist, DJ, cake, linens, photographer, and others. Every vendor was friendly, professional, and wonderful to work with, which made the entire experience that much better.
Our family came from both out of state and out of the country, and they enjoyed the weekend so much that they already want to stay at The Palms again the next time they visit Miami.
We truly cannot recommend The Palms enough for anyone looking to have an unforgettable wedding experience. Thank you to the entire Palms team for making our wedding weekend so special, and an extra special thank you to Vanessa for being absolutely amazing throughout the entire process!

We can’t thank Nataly enough for everything she did for us on our wedding day. From the moment we started working with her, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was organized, prepared, and running smoothly. Our wedding day was filled with so many little details that could have easily become overwhelming. But Natalie took so much of that weight off our shoulders. She gave us the peace of mind we needed to actually enjoy our special day. She was professional, organized, incredibly helpful, and such a pleasure to work with. We truly appreciate all of Nataly’s help and everything she did to make our wedding day so special and enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend Nataly and the Palms Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach to anyone planning a wedding. They were absolutely amazing.

We had our wedding at the The Palms Hotel & Spa, and it was the best decision we made! Our wedding was absolutely spectacular, and the entire planning process was seamless thanks to Nataly and Vanessa, who guided us every step of the way. They were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and true professionals.

Fantastic Venue and Staff
The entire staff at the Palms, especially our director Vanessa, were amazing and dedicated to making our special day perfect. The price is extremely affordable in the current market and it was the best day. Everything from the food to the ambience was 10/10.

Beautiful venue and excellent service
The Palms was the perfect LGBT friendly venue for us. The in-house coordinator Nataly was on top of the planning process from start to finish, helping us with our vendors and on the day of the wedding. The whole setup for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was close together but felt very expansive. It looked beautiful. The food was really incredible, especially by wedding standards. We highly recommend getting appetizers for cocktail hour. They were great! Overall our wedding at The Palms was easy to plan and super enjoyable.
