We got married here on May 3, 2024 and our wedding at The Palms was a DREAM! The venue itself is STUNNING and doesn't require you to spend much time or money on decorating. The beautiful tropical plants and flowers that are already at the venue truly speak for themselves! As a result of this, we didn't need to spend much money on flowers or decor for the reception.
Our ceremony was on the beach, which, again, was stunning! Our cocktail hour was at the gazebo area, which has a beautiful, flower covered gazebo that is perfect for photos. Our seated dinner and dancing was at the Grand Tiki Hut, which once again, had a beautiful, tropical ambiance. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and we could not have been happier with how it turned out. It truly was a dream.
The on-site wedding coordinator, Vanessa Ortiz, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was there for us every step of the way and on our actual wedding day, helped us with unexpected things (like helping my fiance unbutton the 30+ buttons on my dress so I could do an outfit change for the dancing, haha). She is warm, kind and amazing at her job. Vanessa took great care with all of the decor we brought and set up everything to our exact instructions. We also worked with her colleague, Barbara, for our wedding tasting. She was equally as kind and wonderful! Speaking of the tasting, The Palms has a restaurant on-site called Essensia, which was the caterer for all of the food (aside from the cake). Let me tell you, my husband and I are foodies and we both agreed that the food was absolutely delicious!
I cannot rave about this venue enough! Overall, it was a perfect experience and we were able to have our dream wedding! Do yourself a favor and have your wedding here! :)The Palms Hotel & Spa's reply:

There's absolutely nothing but POSITIVE things to say about my experience working with The Palms Hotel. Vanessa and her team made everything run so smooth from the minute we booked the venue to the time we checked out after our wedding day. I can honestly say my wedding was "PERFECT" and I can only thank Vanessa and her team for making sure that everything went as I wanted. I 10000% recommend The Palms Hotel, the price you pay is reasonable and HIGH quality service. Thank you for caring about our special day! -

Better than I could have asked for...
The Palms elevated our wedding to a level I didn't even imagine was possible. The all inclusive wedding packages 1. made booking everything SO easy (I was done in 2 months) 2. made a VERY elegant event budget friendly.
We still have friends and family talking about how good the food and cake was. Typically at weddings the chicken/steak is always dried out or you get small portions, not at the Palms. The food was delicious and was fresh and the portions were enough for all the guys to be full. The catering team and bartenders were on top of all the details - no one was waiting for a drink ever.
You could not ask for a prettier setting to have a wedding. The grounds landscaping is beautiful and made the pictures really pop with all the flowers. We had our reception in the tiki hut (highly recommend) and the party was so much fun.
Huge thank you to Barbara for answering EVERY (and I had a lot) of questions timely and with details and options. She made the entire process so stress free.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect! We plan on going back to the Palms every year for our anniversary :) Also shout out to the best photographer, Jake Ford, for capturing these pictures! -

As someone from the D.C. area and planning a wedding in Miami Barbara at the Palms really went above and beyond. She answered my emails so quickly which had endless questions. We only had 2 visits prior to our wedding and she was so thorough and helpful. In the day of the wedding everything went so smoothly, or if it didn’t I didn’t know. There was only one issue which was that the fans didn’t work in the reception/dance area & it did get a little hot but other than that she was perfect. In addition to her suggestions at the palms she gave us a wonderful suggestion for our welcome party nearby which was absolutely perfect as well. So grateful for all that she did to make our day perfect! -

Dream Wedding!
We had the wedding of our dreams at The Palms Hotel & Spa, and we can't say thank you enough!! We worked with Vanessa and she was beyond professional and lovely to work with. Everything that we wanted for our wedding we got. It was absolutely magical and it wouldn't have been possible if we had chosen a different venue. For what you receive, this is an exceptionally high value wedding venue. We wanted a smaller wedding and they were totally flexible with us and they accomodated everything we wanted. To assist with planning, they provided us with recommended vendors, but also let us choose our own. It was helpful to have their suggestions though, because that made everything more streamlined and easier to manage. And the hotel is beyond stunning! We wanted a tropical vibe for our wedding and they provided us with exactly that. Our wedding photos came out beautiful and it was because the hotel is just gorgeous. This company is incredibly professional and working with Vanessa was completely seamless. Our wedding was beyond what we could have hoped for, and it was such a pleasure working with them. We were so incredibly elated with everything and can't say thank you enough!! -

We got married at The Palms on March 10th and everything was magical! Barbara and her team blew us away. Every. single. staff member was amazing, from the front desk, to bellman, to valet, to the banquet staff. Barbara made planning our destination wedding so easy and stress free. Our experience with the palms hotel and spa as well as Vanessa and her team were none other than amazing. We had a full weekend of wedding events (Friday welcome party, Saturday wedding, Sunday farewell brunch) and for each step of the way for each event, they went above and beyond. The property is so naturally beautiful and very much our vibe of the Caribbean meets Miami vice. They really helped our vision come to life! 10000% recommend.

If you are planning a wedding, you must consider the Palms as your venue. The hotel is beautiful, the location is amazing and the best part is the staff. If you are a bride, especially planning on your own, The Palms staff will make your dreams come true with ease and you will not have to worry about anything the day of. They are the best team in town to help you create the event of your dreams. Organized, timely and very professional are among the incredible qualities that makes this team amazing. A special shot-out to Barbara, Vanessa and Ana for all their help and support during the planning process. The spa team was incredible the day of. I was very happy with my hair and make up. Thank you to all the team members that helped us move in and out all the decorations. The staff throughout is just great. Also, the food at this hotel is amazing. If you stay there, make sure to check out the restaurant, bar and maybe event in room dining. I had the best breakfast in my room the day of my wedding and the service was outstanding once again. I had a destination wedding at The Palms as well as several other events. Vanessa and Barbara helped so much for almost 2 years and are the most responsive, kind and knowledgeable venue staff you will ever meet! I felt so supported by them. When there ended up being crazy hurricane-like weather on our wedding week, they seamlessly moved the locations of my events around and my guests never even knew they were supposed to be outdoors because everything looked so amazing and well planned! They have beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. The event staff is so organized and experts at what they do. Our guests loved everything about the venue and despite our last minute changes, we had the most amazing wedding weekend. We are so grateful to everyone at The Palms.The Palms Hotel & Spa's reply:

Our wedding was SENSATIONAL. Vanessa our wedding day coordinator and venue manager for our weekend was incredible. Our wedding ended up becoming a destination event for us as we relocated out of state. Vanessa answered all my questions promptly and helped us plan our wedding with ease.
