The whole team at Singer Oceanfront Resort were absolutely up to the task. We fell in love with the laid back vibe and that feeling stayed with us the whole weekend. Special thanks to Lauren Healey and her team for being the best quarterback a bride could ask for!

BEST STAFF AND HOTEL EVER!!! NO QUESTION! Do yourself a favor and host your wedding here. You will have the GREATEST weekend ever and most amazing time planning. This staff goes above and beyond in every way and simply couldn't be more nice and professional. We're SO thankful for this crew and place!!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding! From start to finish, the team at The Ben - ESPECIALLY COLBY SHANK were exceptional — organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day unforgettable. The space itself is absolutely stunning. Every detail created the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was! A special thank-you to the staff, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable.

The Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown was the perfect location for my client's wedding room block and welcome party! The hotel's color palette, art decor, and overall ambiance make it the perfect home away from home! Guests of the hotel enjoyed the accommodations, customer service, in-house restaurants, and overall attention to detail! The Treehouse Rooftop Bar was the perfect venue to welcome out-of-town wedding guests to Palm Beach! The downtown view from the rooftop pool bar was breathtaking! Krista and the catering team were extremely professional and not only met, but exceeded expectations! The food was delicious and the cocktails were yummy! The overall service was top-tier! I look forward to visiting and working with the Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown again soon!

Working with the team at The West Palm Beach Marriott was simply incredible. Starting with Rochelle Tingling, to Rachel Rooth, to Banquet Captain Megan (sorry not sure of last name). My wedding went so incredibly smoothly because of these three ladies and the rest of the team, I truly could not be more thankful. I work in the event industry at another hotel and know what goes on behind the scenes. It was very hard allowing these three to take control, but I knew I was in good hands the moment I stepped foot at the hotel in the sales phase. When I first spoke with Rochelle (Sales Manager), I made her fully aware of my vision of having my ceremony outside in the courtyard and hosting my wedding reception/dinner under their tent with an ice cream food truck having the availability to pull up outside the tent for my guests to enjoy. On the day of the wedding, I was in pure panic as the forecast was showing full thunderstorms in the area ending around the time of the ceremony. Rachel Rooth was so sure of giving me the wedding of my dreams, that she waited till the closest time possible before making the call, allowing my florist to set up my dream arch in the courtyard and giving me the wedding of my dreams. Thankfully the rain held out the rest of the night and it was truly a night to remember. Rachel Rooth was one of the most professional, understanding, patient and kindest people I have ever worked with and I am so thankful I had the opportunity to meet and work with her on the happiest day of my life. Everyone starting from "Snapchat" at the front desk (I cannot remember her name, starts with a D and her and my father were the absolute best of pals by the end of weekend), to our server at The Bistro to our bartender who took amazing care of my guests. Thank you thank you thank you to all of you! You helped give my husband and I the best weekend of our lives.

I just recently had my wedding ceremony and reception at the embassy suites west palm beach. Eric Sullivan,Vanessa Goode and Dolly the catering manager all went above and beyond my expectations leaving me in awwwwe of how beautiful everything was.They really made the wedding that I had always dreamt about come true.They made everything so I was stress free and relaxed,knowing I had them for my wedding team made me confident that everything was going to be perfect and it absolutely was.All of my guests were amazed at how elegant they made our wedding .If you are planning a wedding in west palm beach I highly recommend you consider the embassy suites.You will not be disappointed with their wedding expertise.Anna & Tony Tharpe

DREAM TEAM! I cannot say enough positive things about the team here at the Hilton Palm Beach Airport and Majestic Ballroom. This was the first venue we looked at and we ended up booking right away. the team truly makes the entire process so easy and after meeting with Rajul and Daniela, I knew I was in good hands. You can see the passion and love they both have for the business and they are both willing to work with you to customize the packages to work within your budget! they also know a lot of venders in the industry and dont charge an outside vendor fee. Everything on the wedding day was absolutely perfect and we never had to worry about a thing. the venue itself is breathtaking and has gorgeous lakeside views! I would recommend this venue a million times over! Amazing amazing! And the food was so good, we still have guests telling us how good the food was! Thank you!!

The Hilton West Palm Beach was the perfect location for our outdoor, spring wedding in March 2023. We knew from the moment we saw photos of the space that this was where we wanted to be wed, and seeing it in person solidified that. The event team and staff were very helpful and kind to work with throughout the entire process and service was fantastic on our wedding day. The food was delicious - which is not a common sentiment for other hotel / all-in-one venues - and the drinks kept flowing! We had our ceremony on the front lawn, cocktail hour on the pool deck and reception on the back lawn. Both of us also got ready at and stayed at the Hilton along with many of our guests. Everyone had a blast and we are so happy we chose Hilton WPB for our wedding weekend!
