Facilities and Capacity
Hilton Aventura Miami has contemporary spaces for celebrating your “I dos”. Our large Carrington Grand Ballroom can accommodate a variety of events from weddings to corporate meetings to galas. This space spans 8,000 square feet, offering you and your guests plenty of room as you dance and dine. The hotel is suited for more than just ceremonies and receptions. You may also host engagement parties, showers, as well as rehearsal dinners in one of the various spaces available. Windows throughout allow for ample natural lighting and the rooms can be arranged in multiple ways for different styled events. A garden deck, as well as a veranda, provides additional outdoor areas for people to gather. The Carrington Rooms also offer space for ceremonies and receptions ranging from 50 to a couple hundred depending on the configuration of the space and room chosen.
For guests that are traveling from out of town, the hotel offers room blocks. This makes arranging bookings for groups straightforward. You can also create a website through Hilton that makes planning and organizing your event easier, which guests can then access.
The hotel boasts 208 beautiful guest rooms, each luxuriously appointed. You and guests staying in the hotel have access to a pool outside and a fitness center, as well as room service and parking that can be valeted. Our on-site restaurant, Gala, crafts cuisine inspired by the dishes of Spain and Peru, and Musebar can offer an array of cocktail choices to appease various tastes. Every bride deserves a venue like this one!
My favorite part about choosing the Hilton Aventura for our wedding is….Nickole. She is literally the most generous, easy to work with, and realistic person that you NEED when you’re planning your wedding. Every question we’ve had has been answered by her immediately— whether it has been through email, text, phone calls— I think I could probably send her a pigeon message and she would still find a way to respond back promptly! Lol! Even if she’s not in the office, she communicates with us and let’s us know she’ll get back to us within 24hrs and she stays true to her word. If you’re planning a wedding, or will be doing so, you know how crucial communication is. The last thing you want or need is dealing with someone who’s not responding or taking too long to get back to you. The added stress of it is not fun! So Nickole does an amazing job of eliminating that stress. Not to mention her sense of humor which makes it so much more fun working with her!
Our wedding is in December, so for me to write a review right now while we’re still planning is a pretty bold move— but that’s just how amazing our experience has been for the past 6 months of working with Nickole and the Hilton Aventura. If you were unsure about a venue or if you’re considering the Hilton in Aventura, look no further! Every bride deserves to have a venue as beautiful and as fun and easy to work with as this one!
Cocktail hour was held outside at the terrace, with plenty of space for a large group and great views of the sunset.
Hotel coordinator Nickole was professional, friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make us happy. I am beyond satisfied with the experience I had and would recommend this place to anyone
