Every bride deserves a venue like this one!

My fiancé and I have been searching for a venue to have our wedding for a couple years now. COVID really put a stop to our progress in our venue search but the long wait actually ended up working in our favor because it led us to this gem 😍 From the first day we stepped into the Hilton in Aventura, we both immediately decided right then and there that we would be crazy not to have our wedding here! It’s absolutely gorgeous, it’s in the perfect place for out of town guests to enjoy Miami, and it’s nothing like any other “basic” hotel. It’s modern, trendy, clean, and elegant. The best part is, it doesn’t even need a lot of decor, or even much decor, to make it look “better” like you would need at other hotel venues. I don’t mean to sound harsh when saying so, but it really does help especially when you’re on a budget.

My favorite part about choosing the Hilton Aventura for our wedding is….Nickole. She is literally the most generous, easy to work with, and realistic person that you NEED when you’re planning your wedding. Every question we’ve had has been answered by her immediately— whether it has been through email, text, phone calls— I think I could probably send her a pigeon message and she would still find a way to respond back promptly! Lol! Even if she’s not in the office, she communicates with us and let’s us know she’ll get back to us within 24hrs and she stays true to her word. If you’re planning a wedding, or will be doing so, you know how crucial communication is. The last thing you want or need is dealing with someone who’s not responding or taking too long to get back to you. The added stress of it is not fun! So Nickole does an amazing job of eliminating that stress. Not to mention her sense of humor which makes it so much more fun working with her!

Our wedding is in December, so for me to write a review right now while we’re still planning is a pretty bold move— but that’s just how amazing our experience has been for the past 6 months of working with Nickole and the Hilton Aventura. If you were unsure about a venue or if you’re considering the Hilton in Aventura, look no further! Every bride deserves to have a venue as beautiful and as fun and easy to work with as this one!

Bride experience

The Hilton hotel was impeccable with cleanliness and professionalism. They were very flexible, gave a great rate for room blocks and affordable in ballroom rental and catering. Everyone raved about how great the food was, both with cocktail hour and dinner. The chef was great at what he did and gave helpful recommendations during our food tasting.
Cocktail hour was held outside at the terrace, with plenty of space for a large group and great views of the sunset.
Hotel coordinator Nickole was professional, friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make us happy. I am beyond satisfied with the experience I had and would recommend this place to anyone

Phenomenal!!!!

There aren't enough good things we can say about this Hotel. The Hilton Aventura Miami exceeded our expectations. We had the pleasure of having our wedding with them, the entire event went without a hitch. We blocked rooms for our friends and family staying the weekend during the wedding. The atmosphere, beautiful building design and cordial staff, made not only our stay fantastic, but theirs as well. The wedding day itself was perfect. Their Catering Director and Manager, Nickole D'Angelo, is the best of best. Her integrity, professionalism, and knowledge of the business made our special occasion one of the most memorable yet. Truly grateful for her and her entire team. Book them for any event, it'll be all worth it.

Best Wedding and Event Venue EVER!!!

As I was booking my hotel stay in Aventura for my little sisters wedding to take place in June 2020, I came across this gorgeous hotel while it was still under construction at the time. I was helping my sister plan her wedding and COVID19 came and turned every plan upside down; what seemed to be the worse thing that could possible happen, turned out to be a blessing. We had to find a new venue, new vendors, and a new plan. Nickole De'Angella is the best thing that could ever happen to any bride and groom in distress. Her level of professionalism is beyond anyone's expectations, from communication 24/7, to running the show stress free, she is your GAL. I had a planning book and she made it a reality minute by minute. Everything was kept on schedule, every detail was followed thru. Hilton Aventura has the best catering team, the food was amazing, the bar service was exceptional, the hotel staff made every effort to accommodate our large family gatherings and every last minute requests we had.
Do you want Royal treatment on your wedding day? Hilton Aventura is the place to be. We booked a block of rooms for all of our guests, the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception took place here. All in One! Best decision ever.

JUST WOW! Where to start

From initial communication of being interested in the venue to execution of our events, the team at Hilton Aventura just went above and beyond. The team was kind enough answer all our questions before hand and made sure everything went smoothly the day of the event. All our guests were wowed with the wonderful decorations and attentive service at the events.

Not only was our own experience amazing, but so was all of our guests! The Hilton Aventura helped our guests reserve rooms through a room block, which was really easy to set up. I would definitely recommend this hotel for future events!

Poor catering service

We were extremely disappointed in the catering services. Specifically noting the horrendous plating of the food, the tastelessness of each item. The chicken appeared as if it was just boiled with no season added. The broccolini was overcooked, the rice was tasteless. Our guest refused to eat any of it because the appearance was not appetizing. As the bride and groom, although we were starving from a long day of preparations, we did not eat any of it. This was not the meal presented and approved at our tasting.

I am very appalled that Hilton staff even allowed these meals to leave the kitchen. It was obvious that there was no quality check completed. We sent a list of guests with shellfish allergies and their exact seating. However, meals that included shellfish were served to them and we received a lot of grief from the servers when we attempted to rectify the issue. Once the correct meals were brought out, the servers could not confirm there was no cross contamination, so for precaution, those guests were also not able to eat anything.
