Above and beyond

As the MOB and a Floridian who lives steps from the beach this venue is one of a kind in so many ways from the views of the ocean to the extraordinary staff! Every step of the way from our contact Kaela to the chef we felt cared for, assured and inspired to create a beautiful experience for our daughter, friends and family! The process was so user-friendly, accommodating and The Singer Ocean Resort has been beautifully remodeled! The bridal suite and honeymoon suite were top notch too! As you can imagine with such an event with almost 200 guests, there is bound to be glitches but every time I turned around Kaela and her team were there to help! From make up on the brides dress right before she was about to walk out and no one had a tide stick Kaela ran and got one in seconds and to her making sure her staff had the details of food allergies!! We heard throughout the night this was the best wedding they had been too!! I give credit and gratitude to Kaela and her team as well as the skilled and professional venders she shared with us!! Thank you Kaela for your exceptional team and care for us that we had our vision come to reality and the love was truly felt!

Our wedding on November 1st

The whole team at Singer Oceanfront Resort were absolutely up to the task. We fell in love with the laid back vibe and that feeling stayed with us the whole weekend. Special thanks to Lauren Healey and her team for being the best quarterback a bride could ask for!

Perfect Venue for a Destination Wedding!

We had our destination wedding here in February and I cannot recommend the Singer enough!! We had our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony and reception here, plus the majority of our guests stayed onsite. You cannot beat the convenience, plus the hotel is beautifully renovated and the beach is absolutely gorgeous! Kaela and the entire staff were friendly, accommodating and so helpful. If you’re looking for a one stop shop for your wedding, The Singer is exactly the venue for you!!

Look no further than Singer Oceanfront resort for your wedding!

Planning a wedding is not for the weak, especially with a type ‘A’ personality. Kaela at the singer oceanfront resort was a blessing to us. I wanted to be involved in everything and she answered ALL my questions and I had a lot! She quieted my fears and I felt at ease working with her. Kaela is very professional, easy to work, flexible and knowledgeable. The venue is beautiful and the pricing was reasonable. The food was good and guest all enjoyed their meal with compliments to the chef! We had our ceremony on the beach then straight to the Azaela for the reception. Smooth sailing. My husband and I were very satisfied. Can’t wait for the photos to relive this day!

Perfect wedding venue!

The hotel was on a private beach, which was amazing! The rooms were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the catering manager Kelly was a dream to work with. It was everything I had hoped for and more.

Best Ever!

Kelly, Kimberlee, and their team of professionals made our wedding absolutely perfect. They were incredible. Quick to respond, flexible with our requests, and made an effort to check in with me, the bride, on our wedding day to make sure everything was going according to plan and to wish me congratulations. I am so grateful to have worked with them and to have had my wedding at the Hilton. They helped us with every little detail and made our tasting an amazing experience. We were always greeted warmly and were treated with the utmost respect. The venue itself is PERFECT with a permanently covered deck that gives you the outdoor, Florida wedding you want without the sun beating down on you. The Ocean Deck provided the perfect ambiance for our wedding and I am so happy we found this gem! The food was delicious and the servers were friendly and professional throughout our event. I can't wait to go back to the Hilton just to say hi to everyone again.

Incredible

Honestly I could not say enough great things about Kelly and Kimberlee and the team over at Hilton. I’m a huge personality person and the personalities of those gals are incredible. (Truthfully part of the reason we went with that venue). Not only were they super accommodating, honest, flexible and helpful...but the space is absolutely beautiful. Any question or encounter I had with any staff at Hilton they helped tremendously without batting an eye. True costumer service and they provided a wedding to remember (not to mention Chef nick was incredible as well) we got so many compliments on the food (paella and Italian stations). It was truly perfect! Thank you Hilton team!

My husband and I always wanted to get married on the beach. We live in North Dakota, so when we were searching for venues, we were depending solely on what we found online. When we found pictures and reviews of the Hilton Singer Island, we were instantly hooked. Everyone said how great their service was, and it’s 100% true! We had 90 guests all from out of state staying at the hotel. The beach, bar, and hotel staff were so accommodating and helpful to all our guests. The food at the hotel was excellent, along with the cocktails. We held our rehearsal dinner in the Cove at the hotel. Our guests loved the coziness of the space. Our banquet staff and bartender were so friendly to our guests. The Caribbean buffet was incredibly delicious. The night of our wedding, we had the ceremony on the beach. It was so beautiful with such easy access for our guests. We then had the cocktail hour and the dinner/dance in the Pavilion. The venue was so naturally beautiful with the views and ocean breeze. The staff at the dinner was so friendly and the service was all around excellent. We would highly recommend the Hilton Singer Island for anyone looking for an intimate beach wedding that it right on the beach!

The Hilton provided a beautiful, private beach location for ceremony and a spacious pavilion for reception as opposed to other local venues who hold outdoor ceremonies behind their very public swimming pool. The catering manager was responsive, informative and a delight to work with. The bridal party was provided a large suite, with full kitchen complements for the day to relax and get dressed. All staff from bellman to front desk we're friendly, helpful and professional. The wedding food was wonderful; we received many compliments in the filet and chicken entrees we selected. Onsite dining options included fresh and tasty breakfast buffet. Generous parking, exceptionally clean environment with comfortable rooms. So glad we chose the Hilton Singer Island for a very special day!

What an amazing day it was! I wish I could relive it again! Everyone at the Hilton was so accommodating and caring. My husband and I looked at 5 different venues before selecting this one. What helped us make our decision was the option of being able to get married on the beach AND have an outdoor ceremony that's covered (outdoor pavilion). The Hilton on Singer Island made this possible. Also, a special thanks to Lora. She helped us so much and was so attentive, organized, and quick to respond. We couldn't have done it without her!
