Ates Ranch is owned and operated by wedding experts who bring the best service for an affordable price. Whether you’re planning an intimate ceremony or a grand celebration, Ates Ranch Wedding Barn offers everything you need to make your wedding day one of a kind. You’ll receive beauty, serenity, and peace of mind when you book your wedding in this secluded Florida retreat.

Facilities and Capacity
Ates Ranch Wedding Barn offers flexible accommodations and over 12 acres of fields to host your ideal wedding event. The 12 acres are covered in oak trees, some areas more forested than others, offering a stunning backdrop and ample shade for an outdoor ceremony. Ceremonies can also be held in the barn in case of rain or if preferred by the couple. The main event space is an all-wood barn with concrete floors which is perfect for a dance floor. It offers high ceilings, a luxury bathroom, and plenty of space for up to 250 guests. The barn can be used for a formal dinner or a cocktail style reception. The barn also offers two luxury suites for the couple to get ready, as well as a catering prep kitchen. Couples can decorate and arrange floor plans however they choose in the Ates Ranch barn.

Services Offered
Ates Ranch Wedding Barn helps couples plan their dream wedding for an affordable price. They will provide you a vendors list upon request to help you plan your special day. They offer rentals every day of the week with discounted rates for Monday through Thursday events. Ates Ranch Wedding Barn does not require catering from a preferred caterer, so you are welcome to bring any food, drink, and desserts that you wish. Ates Ranch Wedding Barn offers some rentals in their packages, including:

AMAZING place!!! I couldn’t ask for a better place to get married

I was able to decorate minimally and let the venue show off the rustic look by itself. I also was at ease and not stressed.

Wonderful location

The team on site was great and always easy to communicate with! I booked for 2 days, one for set up and one for my actual wedding and the site was absolutely lovely.

Ates Wedding Barn was excellent, Mike is very accommodating and works with you. Cindy helps manage and was there the day of the wedding.

Gorgeous Venue Rain or Shine

Ates Wedding Barn was fantastic. My Family has known the Ates' for generations and seeing what they have done is fabulous! We had planned for 2 years to have an outdoor ceremony under the oak tree and have a lovely reception in the Barn. But unfortunately Mother Nature had other plans, but that was all good because the Barn is pacious enough to have a wedding ceremony, reception and dance floor. The Bridal and Grooms suites make for some great space to get ready, take pictures and hangout with your party. I would never have chosen another venue, they were amazing. They even text me the next morning to see if everything was okay at the wedding after the rain storm. Thank you so much!!

Amazing & Important

Ates was such a beautiful venue. The bridal suite had enough room for my 8 bridesmaids, my mother and myself with all the stylists in there. My groomsman room we were all jelly cause they had a pool table and games to keep them occupied. The venue is enough room & they also have so much stuff you can use that stays at the venue. The experience I had with them made it easy going and less stressful.

Everything was perfect!

Our guests RAVED about the venue all night. It was perfect. Mike was incredibly easy to work with and Cindi was so nice every time we met her. We had our ceremony under the oak tree and the reception inside. We were allowed to use what ever was on the property, take our engagement pictures and visit the barn multiple times. We are so pleased! Thank you so much, we had a blast!

Loved this venue!

Ates Ranch Wedding Barn was the perfect venue! It’s beautiful enough on its own that minimal decorations are needed. We had our ceremony outside by the big tree and everything was so pretty. Mike is so easy going and so helpful. He let us view the venue before the big day several times so we could get ideas and plan what we were going to do. The guys loved their dressing room with the pool table and tv! And the girls’ room was big enough for everyone to get ready and not be in anyone’s way! The best part about having Ates as our venue was that you get the venue for two full days! We decorated and had our rehearsal Friday and didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding! My husband and I absolutely loved this venue and we are so happy we found this place. Our wedding was beautiful and perfect!!

Excellence

The best experience with Ates! The best price and more for your money to. Most places say 10 hours from start to finish and that was not long enough and too stressful for us. Ates allowed us to have two days friday for our rehearsal and setting things up and than Saturday all day for the wedding. If we needed anything at all they were very helpful. The place is gorgeous to inside and out. Everything was just perfect!
