Hotel Wedding Venues in Panhandle

We fell in love with Destin when we first time visiting there. When we picking up wedding venue, we went to a couple places in the country and ended up with choosing Hilton Sandestin as the one. Sarah is super sweet to work with. She's super patient and enthusiastic girl. Her personality is a great fit for what you do. I don’t remember how many questions I asked, I don’t know how many emails we have exchanged, I don’t know how even she could handle all these! She is so GOOD! The venue is so gorgeous and perfect for holding a small to medium sized wedding. Blue sky, emerald water plus white sand, everything is just as amazing as it can be! All the people on site are absolutely hospitable and nice. They provided the best service ever. It's the wedding venue I would strongly recommend to everybody!

The location and surrounding beauty of The Henderson is unsurpassed! Most of the wedding guests were from out of state, so staying on site was fun and easy for them. Working with Hannah and Madison, the wedding coordinators, was truly a pleasure. They had suggestions to every possible idea or question we thought of - including help with getting a wedding planner and photographer for a wedding of only 80 people. Once our daughter, the bride, met Hannah and Madison, any stress she had about her special day was gone. At the reception, all the guests remarked that the wedding dinner food (buffet style) was the best food they ever had at any wedding - it was delicious! The wait-staff during the reception were professional and extremely attentive to guests' needs. Absolutely the best venue for a perfect and memorable wedding day!!

Our experience planning and hosting our wedding at the Hilton Pensacola Beach was fantastic. Lauren was and is professional, accommodating, helpful and kind through the whole process. Our room was setup beautifully, the food was delicious and the flow from beginning to end went seamless thanks to her! And she kept my favorite drink coming my way all night so I didn’t have to wait at the bar (-,: we had an exceptional night thanks to her and her staff! Also our wedding suite had the most beautiful view. Highly recommend having your wedding here.

We got married July 2023 and worked with Kim and Jessalyn to plan the wedding. Kim was our first point of contact and was very upfront with everything! What was provided, what wasn’t, what was included in the quote and what wasn’t. I was never surprised by the information I was given. It was such a huge relief!! Kim also was so patient with my crazy back and forth to save a few bucks! She not only understood but tried to help in every way she possibly could!! Leading up to the wedding I was very stressed trying to do as much as I could and save those few last dollars. Kim told me it was time for Jessalyn to take over and the hand off was seamless!! Jessalyn took everything off my plate about two weeks before the wedding which was very surprising to me because I was only expecting help the day of the wedding. She took over contacting the other vendors to make sure they knew who what when where and why and finalized the schedule for the day of the wedding leaving me nothing to do but enjoy the fact that my wedding was finally here!! As soon as we arrived at San Destin Kim and Jessalyn were ready! They greeted me at my hotel helped me get checked in and helped calm my nerves for the dinner rehearsal. Side note, my fiancée and I attended the funeral of one of our very dear friends hours before our dinner and so when I say these two ladies went above and beyond, its and understatement! Wedding day- they had everything under control. I was able to get my hair and make up done in peace and enjoy time with my girls and family. They met with all the vendors when they showed up and really just made the day as stress free as possible for me and my husband. Even flexed our entire wedding since we had to move it inside due to rain, and again did that without stressing the bride!! During the wedding they made sure we ate food, had water or our drink of choice the whole time, and kept the timeline on track all the way up to our coordinated exit!! Jessalyn even rallied some of the guest that had a little too much. My only complaint is that the wedding is done and these two ladies have other brides to focus on other than me!! Working with them was like working with my best friends who had nothing but our best interests in mind. Here’s my advice, spend an extra few bucks! You won’t regret it!

We booked with the Beach Club for our November 2023 destination wedding and it was an absolute DREAM! We decided to have the ceremony and reception in the Coast Room looking over the Gulf and the pictures it made were just perfect. Cari Blanton was an amazing coordinator and answered all 38247893409 questions I had leading up to our big day. She always made herself available, and I am so appreciative of what all she made happen for us! The food was AMAZING! Lots of great feedback from the guests. Thank you to Cari and the chef for arranging a tasting a few months before the big day to make sure we got to have the perfect menu! It helped a lot making our menu! The pricing was amazing for all that we got! The Beach Club provided all of the linens, plates, cups, silverware, chairs, tables, and the chairs and set up for the ceremony too! Huge budget saver. The open bar with the top tier liquor/wines was priced very reasonably and I know all of our guests appreciated that too (haha!) The staff that were there at our ceremony took such great care of us. They had drinks flowing, they were smiling, professional, and cleaned up messes quicker than I have ever seen any body move before! They took great care of us the night before at our rehearsal dinner too, allowing us to use the space at their other restaurant/bar to have a good time with friends and family. The Beach Club is one of our favorite vacation spots. We got married in the non-peak season so pricing for rooms was so much more reasonable for us all. The room we stayed in for our wedding week was immaculate. We got to enjoy the views a little longer for our extended honeymoon on the beach. So much bang for your buck. Such great staff. This wedding was more than we could have ever have asked for! Thank you to everyone who made it possible!

We loved having our wedding at Tops'l! Michelle was great to work with and truly made me feel at ease when I was worried about possible bad weather the week of our wedding. Everything ended up turning out wonderful, and we couldn't have picked a better place to get married in Destin, FL! Also, the food at our cocktail hour/reception was amazing and we got so many compliments from our guests!

The coordinators and staff ensured our wedding day was perfect. They were friendly and responsive to our requests. We had a beach wedding the poolside patio reception with the tropical buffet. Staff set up all of the chairs so we'd have an amazing view of the ocean. Guests really enjoyed the food and being able to enjoy the sunset while they dined. There was plenty of room for dancing and our bartender did a great job with the cocktails. We highly recommend them!

The best resort for an intimate beach wedding! We loved everything about this resort for our small beach wedding! Everyone there was very friendly! We would definitely recommend. It is a beautiful place to stay!

I am beyond thankful for everyone who made our wedding day possible. From saying “I do” in front of our family, friends and God to the sparklers that lit the night sky, it was an unforgettable day. We had the most beautiful wedding for our daughter. The staff was amazing, friendly and welcoming. Chris and his crew worked hard setting up and Jammie was very supportive while planning. They made sure the room was clean and set up perfect for the wedding night. They all made sure to ask if everything was okay. The servers were very friendly while delivering food. We would 100% recommend this venue.
