TOPS’L is an exclusive gated beachfront resort located on 52 private acres bordered by a nature preserve and the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The resort offers two beachfront high-rise condominiums and four distinctive neighborhoods including private homes with pools, along with multiple resort dining options and complimentary amenities, creating the ultimate destination wedding experience!
Whether you desire an intimate gathering or a lavish event up to 150 guests, TOPS’L hosts only one beachside wedding on the resort at a time to ensure an exclusive affair for you and your guests.
This large resort has over 200 luxurious Condominiums for you and your guests. Enjoy the full-service fitness center, hot tubs and other recreational spaces.
**To ensure the highest quality of service, TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort beach ceremonies and beachside events are not permitted during the summer months from Memorial Day through Labor Day. However, our indoor ballroom is available all year long*
