I really can't thank the Solaris team enough for all their work on our wedding day. As a "Type A" Bride, I had big concerns about planning a destination wedding. Thankfully, the Solaris team made it easy and dare I say...stress-free. From the moment we spoke with Kristi on the phone, to Ashia packing up our decor at the end of the night, Solaris really made us feel so special and celebrated.

The entire staff at the Embassy Suites were incredibly accommodating and attentive to all of our needs throughout the entire weekend of our wedding. Special shout out to Ranee the sales and catering manager. I felt well taken care of the entire time and so did my entire family. There was another wedding happening the same day as mine but it did not interfere with ours at all. I am completely happy with how everything turned out. Can’t wait to visit again!

We got married July 2023 and worked with Kim and Jessalyn to plan the wedding. Kim was our first point of contact and was very upfront with everything! What was provided, what wasn’t, what was included in the quote and what wasn’t. I was never surprised by the information I was given. It was such a huge relief!! Kim also was so patient with my crazy back and forth to save a few bucks! She not only understood but tried to help in every way she possibly could!! Leading up to the wedding I was very stressed trying to do as much as I could and save those few last dollars. Kim told me it was time for Jessalyn to take over and the hand off was seamless!! Jessalyn took everything off my plate about two weeks before the wedding which was very surprising to me because I was only expecting help the day of the wedding. She took over contacting the other vendors to make sure they knew who what when where and why and finalized the schedule for the day of the wedding leaving me nothing to do but enjoy the fact that my wedding was finally here!! As soon as we arrived at San Destin Kim and Jessalyn were ready! They greeted me at my hotel helped me get checked in and helped calm my nerves for the dinner rehearsal. Side note, my fiancée and I attended the funeral of one of our very dear friends hours before our dinner and so when I say these two ladies went above and beyond, its and understatement! Wedding day- they had everything under control. I was able to get my hair and make up done in peace and enjoy time with my girls and family. They met with all the vendors when they showed up and really just made the day as stress free as possible for me and my husband. Even flexed our entire wedding since we had to move it inside due to rain, and again did that without stressing the bride!! During the wedding they made sure we ate food, had water or our drink of choice the whole time, and kept the timeline on track all the way up to our coordinated exit!! Jessalyn even rallied some of the guest that had a little too much. My only complaint is that the wedding is done and these two ladies have other brides to focus on other than me!! Working with them was like working with my best friends who had nothing but our best interests in mind. Here’s my advice, spend an extra few bucks! You won’t regret it!

We loved having our wedding at Tops'l! Michelle was great to work with and truly made me feel at ease when I was worried about possible bad weather the week of our wedding. Everything ended up turning out wonderful, and we couldn't have picked a better place to get married in Destin, FL! Also, the food at our cocktail hour/reception was amazing and we got so many compliments from our guests!

We fell in love with Destin when we first time visiting there. When we picking up wedding venue, we went to a couple places in the country and ended up with choosing Hilton Sandestin as the one. Sarah is super sweet to work with. She's super patient and enthusiastic girl. Her personality is a great fit for what you do. I don’t remember how many questions I asked, I don’t know how many emails we have exchanged, I don’t know how even she could handle all these! She is so GOOD! The venue is so gorgeous and perfect for holding a small to medium sized wedding. Blue sky, emerald water plus white sand, everything is just as amazing as it can be! All the people on site are absolutely hospitable and nice. They provided the best service ever. It's the wedding venue I would strongly recommend to everybody!

Farrah and her team worked hard and made our experience run as smoothly as possible. The planners were very professional and helpful in every way. It was a little intimidating planning a wedding from another state, but the team was always responsive and remained in constant contact. Overall, our Seascape experience was great. Thank you again. We will be back!

We had a gorgeous reception off site with Nicki, Callie, The Chef and crew of Royal Palm Grille. Coming from out of state to have our destination intimate affair, Nicki and Callie were on it regarding every detail from the last minute booking to the snag we hit at the initial venue they continuously rolled with it and were so kind and gracious to me as I would struggle, supporting me in anyway they could to assist. Just impeccable customer service and the food was absolutely delicious. My husband is pure vegan and was able to accommodate our party without issue. Since it was off site we at one point realized we may run out of drinks and Nicki herself ran out mid reception to make sure we were taken care of before she left. Literally believe God sent me angels to orchestrate our special day when he sent yal at Royal Palm!! Never forget you guys!! Wish there were more pics of the food but we were too busy eating lol!!

We had our reception at the Ocean Club Restaurant and it was very intimate with close friends and family of about 50 people in one of the restaurants private rooms. Ms Susan, the event planner, was great! The food was amazing! The band was awesome! I would highly recommend this place!

Where do I begin?! This was our favorite vacation bar/restaurant before our wedding and now it's up there for our all time favorite restaurant. To start, the staff at The Beach House is just incredible!! They are always so kind and just fun to be around! What other kind of person would you want to take part in your wedding reception?! C'mon now! Kelly, the event coordinator, is the absolute BEST! She is professional, super helpful, and on top of everything! I knew from our first tour that we would be crazy to not have our wedding at The Beach House. 10/10 recommend for a reception venue!

We used the Pearl Room as a backup room for bad weather and to get ready even though our event was on the beach. The price was very reasonable given the other options in the area and elegant overall. Comes with tables and chairs and everything for a nice reception on a budget. We used Crystal Beach Weddings and they did amazing!
