Wow! What can I say about Runaway Island! We were booked at a place at another place in Florda that was hit by both of the hurricanes 5 weeks before our wedding. While we were trying to find what we were going to do as we had family coming from out of the country and we could not reschedule, we started looking in the Panama/Destin area. We reached out to so many places and Devin's responses and willingness to work with us in such a short period of time was so refreshing during a time of stress with us not knowing what we were going to do. Before the wedding, quick communication and the venue's willingness to work with us on special menu items from his home country was amazing! The week of and actual ceremony and reception went so well. Everything was in it's place and taken care without me having to worry about one thing! The staff/owners made this day so welcoming and comfortable. They went above and beyond. I would recommend Runaway Island to anyone wanting to get married on the beach!

Carillon Beach was the perfect venue for our intimate beach wedding. It is a more private, quiet area of town. The venue managers were great to work with. We had our ceremony on the beach at walkover #3 and it was perfect. Even on a beautiful memorial day weekend, the beach was not crowded at all by ceremony time. Our reception was at The Meeting House which has great outdoor and indoor space and is only a 5 minute walk from the beach. We hosted cocktail hour on the patio and then had a seated dinner inside. We then moved back to the patio for dancing. It was great to know the meeting house was there also in case of needing it for our rain plan. The venue set up truly created a beautiful flow and a magical set up for our perfect day! I would highly recommend this venue!

We had our wedding on the beach at the beautiful walkover 7 and our reception on market street. Our guests still talk about how beautiful both our wedding and reception areas were. Pam and Kathy were wonderful to work with. We had wonderful vendors and couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Everything on our wedding day was stress free and organized. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our big day so special and memorable!

Saltwater Grill was where I just had my wedding reception dinner 6/18/11. The restraunt is beautiful from the 25,000 gallon saltwater aquarium to the wonderful variety of food from sea food to steaks. Trish the manager of the restraunt was my rock in planning my wedding. She is very professional and efficiant. I planned my wedding from over 700 miles away and we stayed in contact by e-mail. She answered every question I had in a very timely mannor. I was able to have all the decorations and flowers dropped off at the restraunt and they set everything up for me while I pampered myself at the spa. Who wants to spend hours on the day of your wedding decorating your reception venue? If you need a reception site in PCB give trish a call and she will take good care of you! Mrs Mary was the best! I couldn’t have been more happy with the reception of my dreams! She exceeded everything there from the food to the drinks even had a special drink called the Reeves punch! Made just for us!! The service was top tier!!! I had to change my reception venue only 3 months prior to my wedding day so it was super stressful but Mrs Mary Brown made me feel so at ease and assured me over and over that she would take care of everything for me and she sure did!! I actually wanted to just take her back to Nashville with me ha!!! But everything was just so amazing and special for us on our dream day!!! I highly! Highly recommend Mary Brown at edgewater golf and resort event center for your event needs!!!❤️

AMAZING!!! AMAZING!! AMAZING!!!!! Staff, venue, weather, view, rooms, the hospitality was A1 Top notch!! My only complaint was I had to leave. Stephanie Wheatley and her team are one for the books!!! Outstanding in every way!!

Finns did an amazing job catering our wedding. The fish tacos tasted great and we had so many compliments on the food. Even though their specialty is fist tacos they were willing and able to make whatever we wanted for our wedding. They did a great job with the presentation of the food and were constantly checking on everything. I would recommend Finns for any event!

We hired a wedding planner and Sharky’s for catering. Our wedding planner ghosted us, but Amanda Foster and her team jumped right in and took care of all the set up for our wedding reception. When it started drizzling, the ladies took charge of setting up our large tents! I cannot express how lucky we were to have them on site! The ladies smiled and were super polite, while they were doing someone else’s work! The food-from appetizers, dinner, and dessert bar, was fantastic, and our guests raved about it! What could have been a nightmare for us turned into a beautiful experience that we will always treasure!
