The Beach House and Sky Room offer both indoor and outdoor venue options for up to 250 guests. Indoors, the Sky Room features high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that give the room a light and airy feel, with beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf. It includes a spacious balcony and seating for up to 160 guests. The Main Dining Room can seat up to 130 people and combines relaxed beachy decor, a large wood bar, and great views for a more laid-back atmosphere. Outside, the Pool Decks, which can seat up to 250 guests, have the gorgeous beach and ocean waves on one side, and the sparkling pool and pool bar on the other. You can rent the whole space or just a section of it depending on the size of your party. The Terrace Deck is an elevated, private space that can seat up to 50 people for a more intimate event, while still providing stunning views and access to the pool bar. The Beach Deck invites you to enjoy Gulf breezes just steps away from the sandy shore with a wooden deck that seats up to 70 people. It is partially shaded and provides easy access to the walk-up bar.

The Beach House and Sky Room offer many all-inclusive ceremony, reception, and catering packages to choose from, or you can customize every detail for your special day. They can take care of everything from selecting an officiant for the ceremony and a DJ for the reception, to providing arbors, tables, chairs, centerpieces, china, glassware, lighting and sound, and a dance floor. Their experienced staff will set up and clean up everything you need. The venue also offers on-site parking, with shuttle service, and is wheelchair accessible.
