The Pensacola Beach Resort

I’ve hosted multiple conferences at The Pensacola Beach Resort over the last 6 years or so because it is the nicest, prettiest, and most accommodating resort around. So it was no question where I would have my wedding when the time came. The staff there have become good friends. The food and drinks are always phenomenal but our wedding food was even more amazing and we still get compliments about it. Bridget spent over a year communicating with us and making sure we had everything we could dream of for the big day. From getting ready in the huge bayside suite (fit all 10 of us), doing a private vow reading and taking epic portraits on the main balcony, walking down the white fluffy sand aisle to an immaculate Gulf view, partying the night away at the Sandy Rose, then breakfast in bed before spending the day at the beach and pool with our loved ones, it was quite the perfect experience.

The best resort for an intimate beach wedding! We loved everything about this resort for our small beach wedding! Everyone there was very friendly! We would definitely recommend. It is a beautiful place to stay!

Not one complaint from over 70 guests who stayed at Margaritaville. Bridget and Savanna were nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond to deliver the perfect wedding. The food was excellent. Chef Juan Hernandez went all out to make sure all was perfect. Even roasted a pig for us!! This place was nothing short of amazing!! Margaritaville should be proud of the people they have representing them!!

MAGICAL, is to best describe it, when trying to find the words on how the staff at the Margaritaville Hotel on Pensacola Beach, made us feel, during our wedding weekend earlier this month. Not only did they go above and beyond for us, but they also made our wedding guests who were staying at the hotel, feel extra special as well. And overall, the entire experience was just above and beyond what we ever expected it to be. Bridget, who works as the Wedding & Events director at this hotel, had gone out of her way for us so incredibly much, and in so many ways! From the start of booking everything a year ago, to helping us create a room block for our guests who were traveling, to making sure she was in constant communication with me and with helping us or helping our guests with anything needed over the months... she has just been FANTASTIC through the entire process. Then our wedding weekend arrived, and Bridget and the rest of the staff at the hotel made us feel so special. They helped us hand out welcome bags to our guests. They wished us a "Happy Wedding Weekend" on a sign in the front lobby/front desk area. They provided us with the best/largest room in the hotel, gifted us with champagne and balloons, and they gave us a great discount for our weekend stay, since we were the bride and groom. The kitchen staff even went out of their way to cater breakfast foods up to our room the day of the wedding, for our bridal party. We were honestly just blown away by how great the level of customer service was, and we felt SO special during our big weekend. Bridget, and the entire staff at Margaritaville made it a truly magical and unforgettable weekend for us, and we will forever be thankful for that!

Everything was perfect from the stay to the wedding venue/day itself. Bridget was the Coordinator at Margaritaville and was incredibly professional and made sure everything went perfectly. David, the Bell man was amazing and made sure everything got where it needed to go. The whole staff the entire time was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beautiful with great views of the Gulf and the Bay. I couldn’t recommend Margaritaville more for your wedding or event. October is a particularly good month on the beach as well.

I highly recommend having your wedding at Margaritaville. Kayla was absolutely awesome putting together the wedding being very organized very informative and touched base with me on everything that was needed. the food was absolutely delicious I got to give kudos to the chef job well done.

Bridget and her team at Margaritaville made my wedding day so amazing. Bridget is flexible and is so easy to work with; we were impressed by how everything turned out. The food and drinks were excellent ,and we had great service throughout the reception.

Of course I picked THE coldest day in the month but I was offered options to amend our vow renewal with ease. Bridget followed up with me daily leading to the wedding to make sure I was supported and had all my questions answered. The food was great, service was awesome and my only complaint was temperatures - which the venue can not control. Staff throughout the hotel was super friendly throughout my stay but several guests reported minor issues (lacking full supplies in rooms upon check in and one incorrect charge to credit card) with their rooms which were corrected quickly. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anybody who is interested in a beach wedding. You will need to provide decorations and have someone set up for you, but this was already in my plans.

We could not have asked for a better spot for our big day! Bridget Kelly, Director of Sales here at Margaritaville Pensacola was efficient, kind & caring. Our venue, The Landshark provided a perfect setting. We couldn’t have asked for better service!
