I’ve hosted multiple conferences at The Pensacola Beach Resort over the last 6 years or so because it is the nicest, prettiest, and most accommodating resort around. So it was no question where I would have my wedding when the time came. The staff there have become good friends. The food and drinks are always phenomenal but our wedding food was even more amazing and we still get compliments about it. Bridget spent over a year communicating with us and making sure we had everything we could dream of for the big day. From getting ready in the huge bayside suite (fit all 10 of us), doing a private vow reading and taking epic portraits on the main balcony, walking down the white fluffy sand aisle to an immaculate Gulf view, partying the night away at the Sandy Rose, then breakfast in bed before spending the day at the beach and pool with our loved ones, it was quite the perfect experience.

Intimate beach wedding
The best resort for an intimate beach wedding! We loved everything about this resort for our small beach wedding! Everyone there was very friendly! We would definitely recommend. It is a beautiful place to stay!

Wedding day and weekend were perfect
Not one complaint from over 70 guests who stayed at Margaritaville. Bridget and Savanna were nothing short of amazing. They went above and beyond to deliver the perfect wedding. The food was excellent. Chef Juan Hernandez went all out to make sure all was perfect. Even roasted a pig for us!! This place was nothing short of amazing!! Margaritaville should be proud of the people they have representing them!!

They Made Our Wedding Weekend So Magical
MAGICAL, is to best describe it, when trying to find the words on how the staff at the Margaritaville Hotel on Pensacola Beach, made us feel, during our wedding weekend earlier this month. Not only did they go above and beyond for us, but they also made our wedding guests who were staying at the hotel, feel extra special as well. And overall, the entire experience was just above and beyond what we ever expected it to be. Bridget, who works as the Wedding & Events director at this hotel, had gone out of her way for us so incredibly much, and in so many ways! From the start of booking everything a year ago, to helping us create a room block for our guests who were traveling, to making sure she was in constant communication with me and with helping us or helping our guests with anything needed over the months... she has just been FANTASTIC through the entire process. Then our wedding weekend arrived, and Bridget and the rest of the staff at the hotel made us feel so special. They helped us hand out welcome bags to our guests. They wished us a "Happy Wedding Weekend" on a sign in the front lobby/front desk area. They provided us with the best/largest room in the hotel, gifted us with champagne and balloons, and they gave us a great discount for our weekend stay, since we were the bride and groom. The kitchen staff even went out of their way to cater breakfast foods up to our room the day of the wedding, for our bridal party. We were honestly just blown away by how great the level of customer service was, and we felt SO special during our big weekend. Bridget, and the entire staff at Margaritaville made it a truly magical and unforgettable weekend for us, and we will forever be thankful for that!

Perfect Wedding Venue with a great staff
Everything was perfect from the stay to the wedding venue/day itself. Bridget was the Coordinator at Margaritaville and was incredibly professional and made sure everything went perfectly. David, the Bell man was amazing and made sure everything got where it needed to go. The whole staff the entire time was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beautiful with great views of the Gulf and the Bay. I couldn’t recommend Margaritaville more for your wedding or event. October is a particularly good month on the beach as well.

I highly recommend having your wedding at Margaritaville. Kayla was absolutely awesome putting together the wedding being very organized very informative and touched base with me on everything that was needed. the food was absolutely delicious I got to give kudos to the chef job well done.

Easy, freezing beach wedding & reception
Of course I picked THE coldest day in the month but I was offered options to amend our vow renewal with ease. Bridget followed up with me daily leading to the wedding to make sure I was supported and had all my questions answered. The food was great, service was awesome and my only complaint was temperatures - which the venue can not control. Staff throughout the hotel was super friendly throughout my stay but several guests reported minor issues (lacking full supplies in rooms upon check in and one incorrect charge to credit card) with their rooms which were corrected quickly. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anybody who is interested in a beach wedding. You will need to provide decorations and have someone set up for you, but this was already in my plans.

Wedding week!
I’ve always wanted to get married in Pensacola. Bridget was so great to communicate with and to plan with. She recommended Olga (your dream beach wedding.com) she was amazing as well and made the beach wedding look how we wanted it. Even with the rain we still got married (you’ll see in pictures in the rain on our skin and umbrellas) and loved how everyone in the hotel watched our wedding from their balconies it was the coolest thing. We had about 60 people come from our small town in Illinois for us!
Bridget and olga both had other options for our wedding since it was raining but we said no we wanted our beach wedding that we’ve been dreaming about. Rain or shine! Margaritaville beach hotel had amazing food options, we loved the food, and so did our guests.
The only tiny thing that we wished would have happened for us is having a couple nights compt since we had 14 rooms booked and had over 25 guests doing business with them but all in all I wouldn’t change anything that happened. The staff was nice and pleasant to work with and helped with rides for us and the trolly is right across the street so that was awesome.
The pool was amazing as well and the beach was beautiful and clean! I would recommend them to anyone that dreams of a beautiful stay and wedding week with your guests!

We LOVED Margaritaville
We had the most fun celebrating our wedding at Margaritaville Beach Hotel. We got to spend some extra time with Bridget Kelly due to the pandemic and she was a total ROCKSTAR through it all! She always had answers to our many questions and made certain that the staff at both the hotel and Landshark would make the necessary sacrifices to make our dreams a reality. With 40+ people making the trip from Iowa to Pensacola Beach, we couldn't have done it without her! We will definitely be back to spend time at Margaritaville for many years to come!

Perfect Beach Wedding
We could not have chosen a better venue/vendor for our perfect beach wedding. Margaritaville offers so many services besides the location and Bridget was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. They have the beautiful beach location, beach style tiki bar, outdoor reception area and indoor area incase of inclement weather. The hotel style is also so beautiful, really giving our guests the feeling that they are on vacation and not staying at just any hotel! We love Margaritaville and cannot recommend them enough to anyone wanting the perfect beach wedding!

Fantastic Venue for Destination Wedding!
This was the best possible choice for our destination wedding and large family party. The hotel staff were accommodating and all of the guests staying felt as though they were on a relaxing getaway. Our ceremony was held on the beach and reception just a mere 100 ft. away at the land shark. Everyone appreciated how close the two were, especially once it all came to an end and they we’re just a short walk from their rooms. Our wedding contact, Bridget, was simply amazing . She worked with us for months and months answering questions and literally going above and beyond to accommodate whatever we wanted to make happen for our special day. Executive Chef Eric and Chef Scott received the most compliments of the night, everyone loved the food and couldn’t get enough of the surf n’ turf selection! With an open bar for the night, everyone was able to have something they enjoyed, signature cocktails and all! Absolute best deal for a reception and venue I’ve ever seen! It was the best day of my life!

My wedding reception was held at Landshark Landing catered by Margaritaville hotel. Jessie was always available to answer any of my questions while planning. She did a great job blocking our 40 hotel rooms as well! On the day of, the food was delicious and presentation of the buffet was good! I have no complaints about the hotel or reception. I had a perfect weekend at Margaritaville Pcola beach! The employees even helped me plan affordable transportation for my guests at the last minute.

The perfect place to start the next chapter of your love story! We were married on the balcony at with the most beautiful back drop. We had beautiful weather, gorgeous sunset and even dolphins jumping during our ceremony.
Jessie was just amazing to work with. She answered every question pretty much immediately. She worked with us concerning our budget and she made sure everything was taken care of upon our arrival.
The front desk staff were amazing. They handled our guest bags with perfection. They greeted us with hugs around out neck. I think they were as excited for us as our family! So sweet!!!
The food was AMAZING! We are from Louisiana, which most know, we are known for our food. Our buffet was DELISH. Everyone raved on it. As well as our bar. We went for an Open Bar, and the bartender was on top of everything.
We couldn't have asked for more. Our guest still talk about how much fun we had, how beautiful the property was and how nice the staff were.
Thank you to Margaritaville for being a place we will always want to come back to!!! And for being part of the best love story ever!!

We had a very large wedding with a lot of out of town guest coming into town for the wedding and we wanted them to stay on the beach. Because our wedding ceremony was in town, the reception was in Gulf Breeze we had a lot of logistics to figure out and consider with transporting our guests. Everyone at Margaritaville was so accommodating and helpful. Never did I call with a request that they did not go above and beyond the call of duty to make whatever I needed happen. They always seemed genuinely glad to try to help. I cannot recommend this facility enough and would absolutely recommend them to ANYONE looking for a great place for their guests to stay. The feedback we heard from our guests who stayed there was that it was awesome.

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at Margaritaville Beach Hotel. We planned for a beach wedding and reception to follow at LandShark Landing. Everything went perfectly except Mother Nature. It began to drizzle midway through 15 minute ceremony, but we finished and everyone darted for LandShark. I heard nothing but positive reviews from our guests regarding food and drinks. The one negative I heard is about the stools/chairs in LandShark, they don't have a back and some family members with back issues couldn't stay sitting for very long. Other than that, no problems or anything. We had a fabulous time and lots of people said it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

We had guests of my daughters wedding stay here at the hotel, we reserved about 20 rooms! Every single guest was so pleased with their stay that they are scheduling to come back on their own!! Great place!! Great food and bar! Beautiful hotel and friendly service! The Landshark Landing is where we had her unforgettable reception! Jessie Newell did an excellent job helping us coordinate this beautiful event!! I'm told this is the best wedding my family and friends have been too!!

We had our destination wedding at the Margaritaville and could not have been happier! The hotel is beautiful and really provides that "wow" factor. The hotel is right on the beach and the rooms are stunning and spacious. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful but Jessie Newell went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was absolutely perfect. With our small guest list, Jessie helped us set up the Landshark so that it felt cozy and intimate. And the food was delicious!
We would highly recommend the Margaritaville to anyone looking for that ideal beach wedding experience!

We were very pleased with our wedding ceremony and reception at the Margaritaville Beach Hotel. We had our ceremony on the grass, and the reception next door at the Landshark. Jessie was a great help with providing us with details of what we could and could not do/bring to our wedding. We live in GA, and she allowed us to come down before hand to meet, and work out some details. Everyone enjoyed the food; we had the crescent city package, and had mini cheeseburgers as a late night snack. The set up of the Landshark was perfect for our party of 50 since we had the place to ourselves. They offered us an inclement weather option since it was predicted to be cold and rainy on our wedding day. Our bartender, Jill, was one we actually requested because of how much we loved her on a previous trip, and she did not disappoint. Tyler was the manager for our wedding, and we went above and beyond to keep us, and our guests happy. He was absolutely fantastic, and we would suggest requesting him for any event held there. Our guests were very pleased with the hotel restaurant bartender, and left having him as a new friend! We love the hotel, the rooms are remarkable (love the executive suite on the bay side, we used that as our bridal suite), and the staff of this hotel, and we will continue to go back for years to come!! Thank you so much for making our special day so wonderful!!

Our wedding weekend at Margaritaville couldn't have been better. Jessie and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! Our guests were so taken care of that many of them are already planning return visits to the hotel. Our reception at the Landshark Landing was perfect in every way. The food was AMAZING! The staff took such good care of myself and my groom, and all of guests. We will be back, this feels like home now.

Our wedding at Margaritaville was perfect. The hotel is beautiful and the beach was pristine, maintained very well. The staff was accommodating and extremely responsive. A special shout out to Jessy as she was my contact throughout the process. She responded quickly to emails and was a tremendous help in the days leading up to the ceremony. I literally cannot say how great Margaritaville was to hold our wedding. First off, Jessie is absolutely the best person to work with. She answered countless questions and emails promptly and professionally while keeping my best interest in mind. All of the staff the that worked our Welcome Dinner & Reception were fabulous. Our guests kept telling us how nice and helpful everyone was! The Landshark was the picture perfect venue for our reception. It's laid back and the best beach venue you could ask for. Last but not least, the food- it was INCREDIBLE. People are still telling us how good both meals we had were! We did not have any disappointments with Margaritaville or the staff the whole wedding weekend. If we had to do it all over again we would choose Margaritaville again- I highly recommend this venue to anyone!!

Our actual wedding was held at Landshark Landing the outdoor bar owned by and situated right beside the hotel. It was a perfect venue and every one of my guest commented on how perfect and fun the location was. It was the best wedding ever and Jessie and her team made it a wonderful day! The food was amazing and the venue was gorgeous! Thank you guys so much!!!

The hotel staff is wonderful! Jessie was incredible to work with planning a wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception! We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding. It was better than I could have ever dreamed!

The Margaritaville Beach Hotel in Pensacola is the most beautiful place to have a wedding. It was the wedding of our dreams. The staff is so friendly and helpful!!!! The hotel itself is amazing and we had beautiful views of the ocean. We could not have asked for a better wedding!!!!!!

Wow! We planned our destination wedding at Margaritaville Hotel and couldn't have chosen a better venue! Every single staff member, including our wonderful sales manager, Jessie, was absolutely accommodating to our needs from the very moment we made our first inquiry call, until we checked out of the hotel after the wedding weekend. The staff at Margaritaville Hotel made our wants and needs their top priority, even if it meant a little extra work on their end.
Our guests complimented the above and beyond service and hospitality that the staff provided and everyone appreciated the family-friendly, fun, and clean environment! We would absolutely recommend Margaritaville Hotel and without hesitation look forward to coming back for many years to come!

We knew as soon as we were engaged that we would get married at Margaritaville Beach Hotel. This place is drop dead gorgeous, always fun, and professional 24/7. I met with Jessie for a full walk through months prior to signing our contract. Later, when we signed, the details and quotes she lined out at our first meeting were the exact same. The fees consisted of a food and beverage minimum plus taxes and gratuity. All were extremely reasonable for the services provided!
Ms. Jessie was always available to talk via phone or e-mail. She usually e-mailed me back literally within the hour. Talk about efficient! She worked with us to coordinate the perfect food and bar menu that maximized our food/bev min. We spoke everyday the week leading up to the wedding and Jessie was always helpful and patient. Our guests had no problem checking in with their discounted rates. Everyone was blown away by the rooms, the resort, the food and the drinks. Usually November at Margaritaville is pretty quiet, but our wedding was the same weekend as the Blue Angels Homecoming... It could not have been more perfect. Margaritaville had live music and activities during the day and the bar was always packed with guests.
But back to the wedding... The day of went as smoothly as we could have hoped for. We met with Jessie and then coordinated everything through the banquet manager and serving staff. Our bartender was excellent, always present, and friendly. The food was prompt, hot, and so tasty. As soon as dinner was over, the food tables were promptly put away. I didn't even notice until they were already down. That is how quick and efficient the staff was.
All in all, I could not rave enough about Margaritaville and its staff. My husband and I have had the opportunity to work many weddings in our past, and Margaritaville exceeded our expectations in all aspects!!

Tonya was absolutely AMAZING!!!! They assisted me with vendor information, when I had any issue arise (even though it was not their responsibility) Tonya helped me work through it all! We got married the weekend after the tragic Atlanta snow/ice storm & even though guests & vendors canceled due to weather, Tonya helped me stay on top of everything! Every single one of my dreams for my perfect wedding came true & she.... Margaritaville... exceeded any expectation I could have had!!! I hosted my daughter's large (230 guests) beach wedding/reception at Margaritaville Hotel and the Landshark Landing, and I highly recommend this hotel for any event. Jessie Newell-Armitage, Sales Manager with the hotel, handled every little detail, and gave my daughter the wedding of her dreams! Doug, the Food and Beverage Manager at Margaritville Hotel was constantly at my side asking if there was more he could do.The hotel was filled with our guests for the week and they fulfilled every need in restaurant, bar, poolside, along with the most magnificent buffet for the wedding. I can't begin to tell you the amount of compliments I received about the food. (And most guests were from New Orleans!) I strongly recommend this hotel/staff for any event you may be planning. They will take care of you as if you are family!

Jessie is amazing, I would commend her to anyone for any occasion. My husband and I just got married and the Margaritaville Hotel staff are super helpful!! Jessie is very promt to answering any questio s you have! It's a gorgeous place to get married on the beach!! Jessie has a list of recommendations to the best people in the area for your special day!!! Larry Porto and Brian Addams (The beach preacher) are a full packaged deal!! Larry offers set up and take down of the Arbor, chairs and ceremony. As well as Dj, with today's music and the best flow to keep your guests going. Brian is amaxing at organizing your bridal party for the ceremony and takes Great pictures, so you can have memories for life!!!

We came for a week, 4 days before the wedding and 3 after. So many of our guests commented it was the best wedding experience they had ever had! The entire staff made our stay so special. In particular Belinda made our marathon breakfasts with family and friends so much fun. An Nathan made our poolside relaxation a delight for all. Great people, you are lucky to have them. Jessica made our preparation so easy, and was quick to respond with all our requests. The value was second to none, no venue could compete for such a great experience.

Can't beat this location for a fall wedding! It is simply beautiful here. We were treated well. The venue we chose for the reception was very lovely for our small 40+ wedding. Jessie did a good job coordinating especially since she had a bride in Alaska calling and emailing and a mother-of-the-bride from Indiana asking questions and trying to settle issues closer to the wedding date.
The food was terrific and I wish I had taken the time to go back for the delicious shrimp. Our guests were from around the country and enjoyed the choices we offered.
The bar was done well and our bartender kept up well with our guests and even graciously accepted the responsibility of staying an additional hour after we chatted with a manager to keep going.
Calling and changing room reservations got a little confusing but was handled well.
A wedding always has glitches but Jessie helped us out and we figured some things out on our own so all in all, this was a beautiful wedding. Our guests all commented on how wonderful the night was.

Margaritaville was the perfect place for my husband and I to have our reception. We both grew up in Florida and have a love for the beach but wanted it to still be elegant in some way. Margaritaville was completely perfect for the vision we had. The staff was great (JESSIE ROCKS!), the food was delicious, and most importantly, we had a blast! Our reception was at Landshark Landing Bar which makes for a fun, unique experience which, again, was what we wanted. Jeremy and I have heard from many they had such a fun time and loved the venue so we are completely thrilled with our decision. Plus, we stayed in one of the executive suites which was AMAZING and the view was to die for. Our friends and family held over 20 rooms there which was so fun. Overall, loved it!

Our daughter's wedding was hosted at Margaritaville Beach Hotel the weekend of June 28, 2014. From our first contact with Jessie during the early planning stages, to this day, we have received nothing but the highest quality of service through communication via email and telephone calls with professional service and response in a very timely manner. She has a wealth of knowledge and allows a somewhat stressful time feel very relaxing!
Upon our arrival we could not have been more pleased with our choice. The staff and facilities are above ratings and the very worth the value spent. Horizon Beach Services and the LandShark Cafe complimented the Hotel with above value service and professionalism. We had a wonderful experience at Margaritaville for our wedding weekend. The suites were beautiful and Jesse was amazing to work with as a coordinator. She is quick to respond to e-mails and will quickly get you answers to questions. Jesse and the staff are all friendly and very concerned with making your big day perfect. Everyone told us we weren't going to get to eat or drink at our wedding but the catering manager Tyler made sure we had drinks and food. The staff even put some of our appetizers in a to go box for later. We got married at Landshark Landing and our guests loved being on a beach and the fire pit. We received compliments all night on the food and it was very delicious. We wouldn't change anything about our big day, even the rain! I highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants the perfect beach wedding.

Jessie, the sales manager, helped me with all my needs every step of the way. She is promptly responsive to e-mails and telephone calls, and very helpful with recommendations and decision-making. The Margaritaville Beach Hotel was a wonderful location for our beach wedding ceremony. We were married on the beach behind the hotel and the staff was very accommodating from check-in until check-out. When we arrived, the staff was aware of who we were and that we were having our wedding the next day. There was even a congratulatory message for us on the front counter display. I was able to ship my gown directly to the hotel prior to our arrival and they had it waiting for me when I arrived. They even allowed me to use their steamer to press my gown. The hotel itself was gorgeous. I highly recommend an executive suite with the wrap around balcony. Money well spent. The atmosphere is amazing...leave all your worries behind and relax to upbeat tunes which fill the lobby and the Frank and Lola Love Pensacola cafe (which has some of the best food I've ever eaten). This hotel provides an upscale atmosphere at a very reasonable price. I was sad to leave and will definitely be back. What a wonderful place to not only celebrate a wedding but to spend a honeymoon (first or second) as well!

Jessie is really wonderful to work with. There are some really great options to have a reception in the area, but Margaritaville was perfect for us! We had our reception in Land Shark landing. It felt so much more relaxed than a standard banquet hall reception. It was a great party! Jessie did a great job helping us set up and she is really creative when it comes to table settings and seating! She really listens to requests and does her best to accommodate you. She doesn't tell you things that she tells everyone. It's refreshing!

My daughter's wedding at the Margaritaville Hotel in Pensacola was fantastic. It was the wedding of her dreams. The Sales Representative/Wedding Coordinator was wonderful. She went over and above to give us everything that we wanted. The vendors she recommended were perfect. This saved us a lot of time. Other staff members at the hotel were also accommodating, personal, and professional. We had a cocktail pool party the night before the wedding. It was awesome. Everyone of our guests had a wonderful weekend getaway while celebrating with us. I would not have wanted my daughter's wedding any other place. Thanks Margaritaville for the memories.

We are so glad we followed through with out plans to have my daughter's beach wedding here. It was perfect - the wedding of her dreams. The Sales Manager/Wedding Coordinator went above and beyond to give us exactly what we wanted. The associated wedding vendors that she recommended were perfect; this saved us from independently shopping around. The food at the Landshark Landing was outstanding. I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend the Margaritaville Beach Hotel Pensacola for a beach wedding.

I can't say enough good things about Jesse and all of the staff at Margeritaville. My wedding just happened to be on the date when the tropical storm was supposed to hit. All of the staff was confident that whatever needed to be done would be to make my day perfect. They treated all of our out of town guests wonderfully and all of them said that they would stay again if coming to Pensacola. The wedding went off without problems and I didnt worry about a thing. The guests at the reception bragged about the delicious buffet that was served and all was set up better than imagined. I can't thank Jesse and staff enough for making my day so special!!

We had a wonderful wedding at the Margaritaville Resort. We had 24 guest come for a long weekend which including a Sunday morning wedding and brunch. The accommodations were wonderful for the guests, the wedding party and us. We had spectacular views of the gulf from our awesome guest rooms. The sales staff was great with which to work. They really had great recommendations for outside vendors. I would have never been able to find the vendor without the sales team's help. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful. I would say if you are looking for a beach wedding Margaritaville is the ONLY place to consider.

Frank and Lola's restaurant in Margaritaville Beach Hotel catered my daughter's wedding. The food was some of the best food I have eaten must less on a buffet! The catering staff was tremendous! Nothing ever went empty and it was fresh and hot. Tyler was the catering manager for us and he was exceptional! Said he had never had such fun working a wedding reception! The Chef was fantastic too. They provided food without eggs for my grandson who has an allergy to eggs and would go over to the hotel to get a different kind of win or drink that they did not stock for our guest. They allowed us to change the menu to our taste and were just so easy to work with!
I would highly recommend Margaritaville Hotel to anyone wanting a Destination Wedding!

We had our wedding and reception at Margaritaville Pensacola Beach. I am not exagerrating when I say that they made our wedding day perfect. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate every request the we had. The food was absolutely delicious and the wedding planner, Jessie Newell, was extremely professional and helped so much with everything. We would definitely recommend this venue, not only for weddings, but for any even that you are hosting. Absolutely wonderful!

This hotel in pensacola florida offered a absolutely AMAZING venue for our beach wedding. The hotel has a beautiful beach resort feel on the "less busy side" of pensacola. We weren't interested in getting married on a crowded beach with a ton of children running around (like the other side of the pier). Margaritaville was so laid back and a very enjoyable venue for all of our out of town guests. Jessie Newell, Doug, and the chef held a beautiful wedding and reception. The food was amazing and of good value, they had great catering packages available. We were able to customize what we wanted. They were able to hold a block of rooms for our guests. Jessie was very easy to plan with, and get in touch with. She returned my calls in a very timely manner and was very professional on all of our meetings with her leading up to the actual wedding. On our wedding day, the margaritaville team made sure everything was stress-free and smooth the entire evening! We will be coming back for future vacations and our anniversary!

We chose Margaritaville Beach Hotel for our ceremony, reception and honeymoon....on a whim. We heard of the gorgeous white sands of Pensacola Beach and we've loved the Jimmy Buffett mentality, so we knew this would be a great place for peace and relaxation. The service from all staff was beyond expectation. The Sales Manager never failed at getting an answer, was always so personable and made us feel so important on our special day. Each need was met promptly and with a happy, relaxed attitude. The hotel décor left minimal need for decoration. We, including our guests, left feeling we had definitely been on vacation. Everything is beautiful about this town and hotel. I would recommend Margaritaville Beach Hotel in Pensacola to all future brides who are looking for a place to make their day magical.

We absolutely loved the working with the staff at the Margaritaville Hotel! Everyone was so responsive and willing to go above and beyond to make our week before the wedding and our wedding day so special! I cannot say enough about how awesome it was to work with Jessie Newell, the event coordinator at the Margaritaville Hotel, she was absolutely amazing and made everything so easy and even fun for us!! We just love her! With our wedding being a destination wedding and us being 6 hours away - we were a bit concerned initially as to how every thing would come together - Jessie ensured we had fantastic events and that everyone in our group was taken care of :) I would highly recommend having any type of event at Margaritaville!

After looking at many venues for my reception, I chose Margaritaville because its unique style, location, upscale classy yet laid back atmosphere, unmatched beauty and manager LeeAnn Collins and Chef Eric Troupe, who worked tirelessly with me for months to put together the perfect site plan and personalized menu. Thanks to a lot of planning and working with two truly creative professionals like LeeAnn and Eric, my reception was like a dream come true. My guests are still raving about the magnificent food and atmosphere TWO months later!!!! The celebration was so classy and relaxing with the breathtaking views and five star service throughout. It could have been on television! I cannot thank the staff at Margaritaville enough for going above and beyond for myself and my out of town guests. They go beyond five star service. They treat you as if you are the only bride in the world and make sure that all your needs are met before you have to ask! I cannot say enough about how outstanding and refreshing Margaritaville is in its attention to detail, guests, decor, atmosphere, food, and staff. If you are looking for a REALLY fabulous venue and an experience that will delight your senses and your heart, you must visit Margaritaville. We worked with Jessie to plan our wedding at Landshark Landing and she was incredible to work with! She was always responsive and we enjoyed every minute of our reception. The only "complaint" we had is that the hotel construction was to be completed a month before our wedding and when we arrived, the construction was still ongoing. We would recommend this venue to anyone considering a beach wedding and HIGHLY recommend working with Jessie! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the FOOD too!

From the get-go, Bridget and the Margaritaville staff were amazing to work with. We initially had some unusual requests, but Bridget didn't bat an eye to us maybe requesting a roast pig! We were able to do a menu tasting and Chef Eric is also amazingly nice and great to work with. Plus, his food really is delicious. Unfortunately, due to COVID, we weren't able to have our dream wedding at Landshark. Even after that decision, Bridget was wonderful to work with and still just as responsive as before. You're in very good hands if you decide to have your wedding here! We had everything planned out by April for our 10/10 wedding until we had to cancel, but we had no doubts that our wedding would have been spectacular here. Thank you, Bridget for all your help!

We booked Margaritaville back in August 2013 for a March 2014 venue and we were extremely lucky they had an opening. Jessie Newell, the Margaritaville coordinator, was extremely responsive. That was amazingly helpful since I was planning a wedding in the states from my then-current location in Japan.
The food was unparalleled. This is not your average hotel food. We had the carving stations and it was a great choice and well worth the extra bucks. We had an open bar and didn't go over 3k with our 100ish guests (most of whom drank) plus a champagne toast.
After the wedding reception ended, I walked up to the catering and event manager (I forget his name) and asked him how we settle our bill. He said "Ma'am, do not worry about that tonight. Go have a good time. We will take care of this tomorrow or Monday. Focus on your wedding." I almost cried right then and there.
We had the ceremony on the lawn and the reception at LandShark. And we couldn't have asked for a better place. THANK YOU MARGARITAVILLE!

Fairy Tail Wedding
I planned a wedding in Florida from Philadelphia PA. The wedding coordinator Bridget was absolutely amazing. She sent me videos and answered all my questions. When we got there everything was even better then imagined. Hotel staff were so nice. The hotel was beautiful and we had such a beautiful wedding. I couldn't have asked for a better place or staff.

Wedding of horrors
It's still a very sore subject even to this day though my wedding was 5/15/15. I had two options for the outdoor bar, I could rent half of the venue for $4,000 or pay double at $8,000 and book the entire bar. We were assured that not many quests from the hotel would go to the bar knowing there was a wedding reception so we only booked half. 2 days before my wedding without anyone's consent or knowledge the hotel promoted MY personal DJ by sliding flyers under ever guests door. Needless to say the day of of wedding that side was packed with people. The bartenders were awful, serving those random guests before my wedding though I had paid for an alcohol package. The bartenders had a game on during my cake cutting which was totally ruined, the bartenders also served my DJ alcohol the entire night without mine or my husband's knowledge, then called the police on him without giving us any type of warning and shut my reception down 1 hour before it was supposed to end. Never got any type of apology or reimbursement for anything that was done to us. I would not reccomend this place for a wedding for anyone and my husband and I never plan to return. My wedding is still the joke of my family to this day and is constantly brought up as "the wedding where the cops were called" so thanks alot for that Margaritaville, that's really what I envisioned for my special day, bad enough my father passed 5 months before my wedding and was not able to walk me down the aisle.
