About this venue
Welcome to Bridle Oaks! Our scenic wedding venue is situated just outside of Orlando, in Deland, Florida. Deland's best-kept secret, this farm is nestled on five acres of meandering paths, charming forests, and verdant fields. Along with special events, we also house a horse, two donkeys, seven goats, and lots of chickens, who may even stop by for a picture or two. It is a romantic, rural, and unique spot for your momentous occasion. We love our animals and farm as much as our special weddings!
Facilities and Capacity
Ceremonies at Bridle Oaks Barn take place in front of a one-of-a-kind outdoor altar. This consists of a custom-created wooden structure complete with a window, a chandelier, and white drapery. This altar is also set with built-in benches on which your loved ones can sit and watch the emotional exchange of vows. A beautiful leafy forest backdrop adds to the enchanting ambiance. Afterward, you can make your way to our cocktail barn for drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Our custom-built reception barn features authentic wood details, an elaborate six-foot chandelier, and strings of bistro lighting. It can accommodate up to 150 people for dining and dancing and can be jazzed up with a DJ of your choice. Our custom barn is truly the gem of our property. You won't find another barn like ours. That, I can promise!
Services Offered
The wedding coordinators at Bridle Oaks Barn will work closely with you to design the celebration of your dreams. Our girls work with you for a year in advance. You'll be best friends by the end! They do everything on your wedding day.... full set-up, full break-down, work with your vendors, move your guests around, and make sure every detail is in place. We strive for perfection. Perfect from day 1
We booked the cottage for our rehearsal dinner and it was the perfect size and exactly what we needed. We were able to get into the house early to get ready, and we stayed in the bridal suite after the wedding. The house was adorable and beautifully furnished, both for our stay and for the girls to get ready.
Even though Shawna was out of town on our wedding day, she and her staff made everything run smoothly. She was always quick to answer any questions before, during, and after the wedding. The property and the team truly provide a five star experience. I would absolutely recommend Bridle Oaks Barn for a wedding or any other event.

Enchanting, Lush Venue that checks ALL the boxes!
The owner, Shawna, was very professional and helped walk us through this process. What sold us on the venue was that they work closely with Heartwood Events (Wedding Coordinating services) and Shawna facilitated that process connecting us with our coordinator who was fantastic and has extensive knowledge of the property and local vendors.
Bridle Oaks also has loads of fabulous rentals right there on-site, including a room full of free "rentals" that can be utilized (including signs, lanterns, table numbers, etc). We ending up renting their colorful water goblets, and gold chargers for a small additional cost and it was so worth it. This made it easy on us and really added to the aesthetic.
We and our guests had just the most magical time, so much so, we've continually had family and friends bring up our wedding to us describing how special and impactful that experience was... and we AGREE.
Long story short- 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The flawless execution of every detail was a testament to Kim, our dedicated wedding coordinator from Heart Wood Events.
Despite the morning rain causing some anxiety, Shawna, Kim and the team had contingency plans in place, showcasing her expertise and calm demeanor. The night went off without a hitch.
Bridle Oaks not only provided a beautiful setting but also a team that understands the art of creating unforgettable moments. For those seeking a venue that feels like family and delivers flawless execution, Bridle Oaks is the ideal choice. Don't forget to ask for Eddie during cocktail hour; he won't disappoint!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said about Bridle Oaks? Everybody knows that Bridle Oaks is one of the most unique venues that Central Florida has to offer. Brides have described this venue as breath taking, magical, romantic, dreamy, a place where fairytale’s come true, rustic, elegant and has been referred to many times as a hidden gem!
