Museum Wedding Venues in Orlando

Absolutely beautiful venue with an accommodating staff, Jenna is amazing! We reviewed over 20 venues, but the value, beauty, and what was included at the OMA couldn't be beat. We are still having people rave about the location.

My husband and I made the decision to get married at the Orlando Science Center before we even got engaged! One of the first things we bonded over in our relationship, was a mutual appreciation and love of dinosaurs, and when we found out there was a place that dinosaurs could be the backdrop for our reception-we knew OSC was going to be our wedding venue. When my husband wanted to propose, he reached out Helen, Molly, and the team at the Science Center because he needed a theater, but he also thought it would be a fitting space since we wanted to get married there. The events team was totally on board and was so supportive and helpful every step of the way! When it came time to plan our wedding, everything fell into place super easily thanks to OSC. We attended a couple of the Unveil wedding expo events at OSC, which gave us the opportunity to interact with our vendors and to start to picture what our wedding day would look like. We found all our vendors through OSC, and every single one was truly the best. Communication with the events team at OSC was also amazing every step of the way. The team answered emails really quickly, but if there was ever a time they were unavailable, they left clear out of office emails with back up contact info and when they were expected to be back. I never felt silly asking my questions and always received professional answers. When it came time for our wedding, everything turned out perfectly! We had communication with our day of coordinator a few weeks before the wedding and we were able to answer each other's questions so that our vision could come to life. Our ceremony was held on the terrace, followed by cocktail hour in Our Planet, and reception in Dino Digs. It may sound cliche, but our wedding was absolutely perfect and our favorite day ever! My husband and I really enjoyed wedding planning every step of the way, and I am sure it's thanks to the amazing experience we had with the Orlando Science Center. There aren't enough good things that we can say about our experience. We are truly so grateful for everything the team did for us. OSC was the perfect venue for us, and I'm so glad we decided to have our wedding there! We would live our wedding day all over again-not because we need a re-do, but because we just had the best time! A major thank you to The Orlando Science Center-the best place to have a wedding!

Truly a dream venue. It was gorgeous and Paola was always so responsive helping us coordinate vendors and answering my many questions. I'd recommend this location without hesitation to any of my friends.

The Orange County Regional History Center was the perfect venue for our ceremony and reception! Megan and Taylor helped us with all of the planning details. They were great in recommending vendors for us as well (Plus Catering and Elegant Entertainment were wonderful). Megan was great at meeting with us multiple times to go over table layout, table choices, chair choices, and our monogram. This venue is beautiful and close to many hotels and city activities as well. I wish we could host events here every weekend! We highly recommend The Orange County Regional History Center!

We worked with Brevard Zoo for our wedding venue on Aug 9 2025 and we could not have been happier. From the first meeting, they were responsive and attentive to us. On the wedding day, they showed up early, stayed organized, and kept everything stress-free. Our guests are still talking about how great our wedding was. We would 100% recommend to any couple looking to get married to have their wedding at Brevard Zoo. They truly made our big day unforgettable.

First and foremost, fellow brides, please be aware that the Garden Theatre and the Roper Garden Ballroom are operated by entirely different people. THE GARDEN THEATRE My reviews above are for the excellent and friendly staff of the Garden Theatre, a non-profit historical movie theatre. Brian Fallon, the events manager, and the entire technical theatre staff made our wedding day perfect! They were cordial with our vendors, flexible with our schedule, and have a great passion for service and events. Our ceremony was held at the theatre and we got rave reviews from our guests. ROPER GARDEN BALLROOM On the other hand, the Roper Garden Ballroom was a less-than-ideal place for our reception. Their events manager, Matt, was very hard to get in touch with throughout our 6 month planning process. Three days before the wedding, the owners of the Roper Garden Building, a brother and sister team, emailed me about a technicality in our contract about our bartender and caterer and asked me to speak to them in person. The Ropers accused me of not reading my contract and of not planning ahead. When I would try to interject or show them one of my emails to Matt, they promptly cut me off, threatening to not let me have food or beverage in their venue. At one point, Becky Roper said, “ We can’t keep having these cheap brides rent our venue, they all try to cut corners to save money.” I cried. They wouldn’t hear any of my objections or concerns about communicating with Matt, they said that this was my responsibility, despite the fact that I had repeatedly asked Matt for clarification and vendor approval. I would never wish any bride the stress and humiliation of dealing with the Ropers or their venue. (On the day of our wedding, the venue’s air conditioning couldn’t chill the room, so our reception was at 80 degrees the whole time and no one danced. I may be a "cheap bride," but I’m fairly certain that A/C is common courtesy.) Book the Garden Theatre, but avoid the RGB!

I love this space. Walking in is such a great surprise for guests. The venue staff helped us manage the space during different phases of the event, and we didn't have to worry about any of the details. Highly recommended!

Jozef and his team were absolutely amazing! They were very flexible and did everything they could to make our special day special. They even set up a cocktail hour outside in the museum for our guests using their own decor with no extra charge. We had a wonderful time because they made sure everything was perfect for us and that we, as well as our family, were accommodated. Jozef made himself available to answer all questions and concerns that we had. My husband and our family are following up with them to attend other events that they will be hosting. I would definitely plan another event with them here as well!

The heritage center was absolutely perfect for our wedding day! It is inexpensive and doesnt take much at all to dress up! We went with a more romanitc and simple look with light drapery across the beams, but it is not needed! The team was easy to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions.

We had the privilege of having our very private weeding ceremony. 💖 It was a great experience. A very special one. I have also assisted to many wonderful artistic event and two business events and I have a great time. The space it’s very stylish and well decorated. I absolutely loved it. Boris the Gallerist it’s a 5 star professional as well as a person. Thank you Boris 😊
