A2: Our versatile spaces can accommodate various guest capacities, from intimate gatherings in our smaller rooms to larger celebrations in our expansive areas. For complete buyouts of our entire venue we can host 550 people spread across the entire space. Please contact us with your guest count for a more detailed answer for one of our venues or a complete buyout of the entire space.

Q3: Can we customize the theme or visuals in the Visual Oasis?

A3: Absolutely! Our state-of-the-art technology allows us to tailor the themes and visuals in that space to align with your wedding theme or personal preferences.

Q4: Do you offer on-site catering or do we need to hire external caterers?

A4: We have a list of preferred caterers that we work with, who are familiar with our venue and can provide a range of culinary options. However, you are welcome to bring in an external caterer if you have specific requirements.

Q5: Is there a bridal suite or groom’s room available?

A5: Depending on your needs we can a private setting for wedding parties to prepare and relax before the ceremony.

Q6: What is the booking and cancellation policy?

A6: To book our venue, a deposit of 30% is required with the balance due 30 days before the event. Our cancellation policy allows for a partial refund if the cancellation occurs 120 days before the event. Please contact us for detailed terms and conditions.

Q7: Are there any restrictions on music or entertainment?

A7: We welcome a variety of music and entertainment options. However, we request that all entertainment plans be discussed with our team in advance to ensure compatibility with our venue’s facilities and policies.

A12: Outside food and beverages (including alcohol) that has not been provided by our venue and or the wedding party. Please note that all weapons are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, guns, knives, mace and tasers.
