Facilities and Capacity
Nyami Nyami River Lodge at The Brevard Zoo is an expansive event space. This beautifully appointed ballroom has windows on each side, providing exceptional views for guests. Up to 225 people can be seated for a reception, or 275 can enjoy a cocktail hour in this space. A large covered veranda overlooks the Expedition Africa area for remarkable experiences.
Services Offered
A couple booking Nyami Nyami River Lodge at The Brevard Zoo as an indoor facility for their celebration can look forward to 10 hours of rental time for their occasion. Audiovisual access and air conditioning will help attendees focus on celebrating, while a one-hour photo session in the Zoo will make precious memories. An on-site Lodge attendant will be on hand to assist the couple with event organization and execution, as well as ensuring setup and teardown of tables and chairs, with a choice of ivory or black floor-length linens. Reception and cocktail hour tables are available, along with dark wood ceremony chairs and gold Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions. If a couple books an outdoor facility, they can expect an audio-ready space, the services of an on-site attendants, and setup and teardown of tables and chairs. Add-on amenities are available, such as animal encounters, activities, Guest Zoo admission, hosted and cash bar service, a champagne toast, and lightning packages.

Flexible and a Pleasure to work with
Although we were unable to have our event there I would recommend them to anyone. Erin was a pleasure to work with. She was incredibly helpful in navigating any issue and very responsive.
