Facilities and Capacity
Bending Branch Ranch offers a luxurious rustic ambiance with both indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings of any style, accommodating up to 200 guests. Couples can exchange vows beneath the grand mossy oak tree, under the elegant covered Pavilion, or inside the rustic barn with its beautiful fountain backdrop.
Guests can enjoy cocktail hour in the open courtyard or beneath the covered Pavilion featuring the unique Siloon Bar. The climate-controlled indoor reception space provides the perfect setting for dining and dancing.
Charming touches throughout the property, like garden waterfalls, outdoor chandeliers, a horse-drawn carriage, and a string-lit patio beneath the oaks, create endless photo opportunities.
For getting ready, the bridal cottage includes two bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom, while the groom’s house offers multiple rooms, a pool table, shuffleboard, and full amenities for relaxing before the celebration.

Holly and Joe are truly the heart and soul of this place. They are the kindest owners, so genuine and so invested in making every couple feel special. You can feel the love they’ve poured into this venue the moment you step on the property.
Haley, our coordinator, was nothing short of amazing. She handled every detail with grace, a little bit of sass (in the best way) and confidence and made the entire day run seamlessly. I never once felt stressed and I have her to thank for that. She had everything under control before I even knew I needed it.
And of course, Blue the donkey 🥹 the absolute star of the show and such a fun, unforgettable touch that our guests are still talking about.
This venue is truly something special. I cannot recommend Bending Branch Ranch enough. They don’t just host weddings, they create memories you’ll cherish forever.

A Wedding Our Guests Will Never Forget
Taylor and the team were helpful throughout the process and on the day of our wedding, keeping things organized and moving along so we could focus on enjoying the moment.
One of the highlights for our guests was the ability to interact with the animals. Guests loved visiting with and feeding the chickens and horses, and the donkeys — Dudley and Blue — were an absolute hit as bartenders, serving beer and seltzers from their saddlebags. It was such a fun, memorable touch that made our wedding stand out.
We received countless compliments from our guests about the venue, from the barn to the surrounding grounds. Overall, it was a beautiful place to celebrate such an important day, and we’re grateful for the experience.

If you’re looking for the perfect wedding venue—look no further than Bending Branch Ranch. From the moment we toured the property to the final sparkler send-off, every single moment exceeded our expectations in ways we never thought possible.
Planning a wedding with the help of family from out of state can be daunting, but Holly and Joe, the incredible owners, made it feel effortless. They were so warm, responsive, and accommodating—not just to us, but to our entire family who played a part in the planning process. Their communication was always timely and clear, and their flexibility made us feel supported every step of the way.
Our coordinator, Faith, deserves her own spotlight. She was an absolute godsend. From creating timelines and offering thoughtful design suggestions to troubleshooting last-minute details, Faith was there for everything—always calm, always kind, and somehow always one step ahead. We can confidently say our wedding would not have been as smooth, beautiful, or meaningful without her. She even helped with our toddler daughter (our flower girl!) and coached her through the ceremony and photos—something we will be forever grateful for.
The venue’s on-site accommodations for both the bridal party and groomsmen were another standout. The bridal cottage and groom’s house were not only beautiful but fully stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the day. It took all the stress out of getting ready and created such a peaceful, joyful start to the best day of our lives.
And let’s talk about the bar staff—Carie and her assistant Cae were phenomenal! With 175 guests (and an Irish family that knows how to celebrate), they kept the drinks flowing and the energy high all night long. Everyone raved about the service, and we never once saw a line at the bar—no small feat at a wedding of our size!
As a bride who has dreamt about this day since childhood, I can honestly say not a single detail was overlooked. Every flower, every moment, every smile—it was all seamless and stunning. The team at Bending Branch Ranch didn’t just host our wedding, they brought our vision to life and gave us the most magical, unforgettable day imaginable.
