If you are considering Bending Branch Ranch for your wedding venue, my advice is to book your tour now and let the venue and its staff speak for themselves. They will not disappoint!
My husband and I got married at BBR last month (May 2026).
From our first tour of the venue, we knew we wanted to get married there. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but the owners and staff were so down to earth and friendly which was very refreshing after touring other venues where the tour felt like a pushy timeshare sales pitch with a million “add on” costs.
The pricing bundles they offer were also a big plus for us. The package we went with included a coordinator, photographer and DJ of our choosing, as well as a bartender. (It’s worth noting that they had multiple options for each vendor, and plenty of reference material to help us choose each one. I will review each of the vendors we chose below!) They also provided an enormous selection of decor for literally every aspect of the big day which was another huge bonus.
The day of our wedding went SO incredibly smoothly which is all thanks to the BBR staff. They literally ran like a well oiled machine. Everyone was on the same page and knew all the details and timeline for the day, and each person knew what their role was, making the whole day come together beautifully and more importantly - SEAMLESSLY.
Our guests have been reaching out for a month now raving about how beautiful the venue was and how much they loved our coordinator and vendors. We have absolutely zero regrets and would not have changed a thing about our wedding day!
ON TO THE VENDORS:
The owners, Holly and Joe felt like old friends the moment we met. We left our initial tour joking that we might book the venue just because of how much we liked them! They stayed in touch after our initial tour without ever being pushy about making a decision. And they made us feel like they were genuinely excited for us when we finally booked our date. (They actually got married at BBR themselves, before they became the owners!) Joe also jumped in to officiate the ceremony when our planned officiant had to cancel a few days before the wedding, which was such a huge relief for us when we still had a million other things to finalize. He did a great job and took a ton of stress off of our shoulders!
Our coordinator, Taylor was absolutely amazing. From our first intro call, to our first and second design appointments, to the big day, she was so helpful and really took the time to get to know us and learn what our vision for the wedding was. I left our design appointments with literally ZERO doubt that if anything went wrong or any decisions needed to be made the day of the wedding, I could trust her 100% to handle it without me and knew it would turn out just how I would have wanted.
She was also really great at communicating in a way that added no stress and gave a sense of “we got this!” which was much needed in the midst of planning. Our entire wedding party loved her and is still talking about how great she was, even a month after the big day.
We went with Cona Studios for photography, and they were AMAZING! We really didn’t do a ton of planning with them besides deciding what level of coverage we wanted and giving them an idea of our vision (which was totally my husband and I’s choice as we were just not great planners) and they literally KILLED it! We were having so much fun with them during our sunset photos that we had to remind ourselves that the barn was full of friends and family waiting to celebrate with us. They also got our sneak peek photos to us super quickly and they all turned out so so beautiful! We are currently waiting on the full photo gallery and I CANNOT WAIT!!
Our bartender, Carie was so sweet and so quick. She gave us a list of all the bar supplies we would need which was super easy to follow and made shopping quick and painless. On the big day she was on top of it at all times, like before we even noticed our drinks starting to get low she was already making her way over with a fresh one and constantly making sure we had water to stay hydrated!
We went with Polkbros for our DJ, and they did a great job reading the vibe of our guests and matching the music to the moment during our reception. There was a hiccup BEFORE the ceremony where they were having an issue getting the speeds of our song choices slowed down to meet our expectations, but with a little help from the wedding party they were able to iron out the details and the music went perfectly smooth during the ceremony.
All in all, we are so happy we decided to book Bending Branch Ranch for our wedding day! I cannot think of a single reason why you wouldn’t consider them. They were just wonderful! -

I cannot express how much BBR and their staff went above and beyond for us on our wedding day!! Every little detail was truly a dream come true. Our coordinator, Taylor was seriously so amazing and my husband and I are still speechless to this day of how flawless her work is. With an event management degree and years of experience working weddings, I thought I was going to be a nightmare bride for her but she handled everything with so much grace and professionalism. She answered all of my calls and texts at all hours of the day and was so helpful throughout the entire process. The best part is, she LOVES what she gets to do and it shows!! I am so grateful to the BBR staff, including Joe and Holly for doing everything they could to make our special day perfect. Highly, highly recommend this venue for any couples looking. You can't beat the price, vibes, and staff!! -

Bending Branch was the best venue I could ask for - and gave us the best wedding! Even planning it from a whole different state, it was all so easy. I really wanted to thank our coordinator Taylor as she went above and beyond for us. Everything was so easy to plan & Taylor made sure to have everything set up and in order for the day of so I didn't have to worry about a thing! She really was my saving grace through the stress of wedding planning while also being 500+ miles away. I can't say enough good things about Taylor or Bending Branch, and all our guests had an absolute blast!!! -

Holly and Joe, the owners, were so helpful. Their experience truly made everything feel easy.
Our wedding coordinator, Taylor, was THE BEST. She was organized, attentive, and on top of every detail. She was genuinely invested in us and our day, and you can tell she loves what she does. She made the day run seamlessly and allowed us to be fully present without any stress. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her.
The venue itself was stunning, and everything came together beautifully. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how smooth the night was, and many have told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to.
We are so grateful to the entire team for making our wedding day unforgettable. Highly recommend to any couple looking for a beautiful wedding experience!

BBR will forever hold a special place in our hearts!! From beginning to end everyone at BBR made our wedding experience everything we could dream of. Holly and Joe were so welcoming and friendly. Holly made sure to keep in contact throughout the year, and even popped in to see me & give me the biggest hug on my wedding morning! The venue is always well kept, organized and always adding on new additions! Our wedding coordinator Taylor was nothing short of absolutely amazing! She truly brought my whole vision to life of everything I wanted from the smallest details to everything in between. From the late night & early phone calls/texts she was always an answer away. We built such an amazing friendship while planning and cried when we had to say see you later! To all of the staff at BBR, THANK YOU times a million for making our day SO SO special! Book. The. Venue. 🤭🤩
Bending Branch Ranch gave us the most magical wedding day we could have ever imagined. From start to finish, everything felt effortless, peaceful, and absolutely perfect, and that’s saying something considering they handled nearly 200 guests like it was nothing. They have the most AMAZING staff ever. The level of professionalism, calmness, and care was unreal.
Holly and Joe are truly the heart and soul of this place. They are the kindest owners, so genuine and so invested in making every couple feel special. You can feel the love they’ve poured into this venue the moment you step on the property.
Haley, our coordinator, was nothing short of amazing. She handled every detail with grace, a little bit of sass (in the best way) and confidence and made the entire day run seamlessly. I never once felt stressed and I have her to thank for that. She had everything under control before I even knew I needed it.
And of course, Blue the donkey 🥹 the absolute star of the show and such a fun, unforgettable touch that our guests are still talking about.
This venue is truly something special. I cannot recommend Bending Branch Ranch enough. They don’t just host weddings, they create memories you’ll cherish forever.

From the moment we toured Bending Branch Ranch, we knew it was a beautiful and unique venue. The setting offers the perfect mix of rustic charm and natural beauty, and it created a warm, intimate atmosphere for our wedding day.
Taylor and the team were helpful throughout the process and on the day of our wedding, keeping things organized and moving along so we could focus on enjoying the moment.
One of the highlights for our guests was the ability to interact with the animals. Guests loved visiting with and feeding the chickens and horses, and the donkeys — Dudley and Blue — were an absolute hit as bartenders, serving beer and seltzers from their saddlebags. It was such a fun, memorable touch that made our wedding stand out.

Bending branch is the best venue from all the staff to the prices. From the moment we stepped foot on the property we knew this was the place to be. I unknowingly scheduled a time to tour at 6:00 pm completely forgetting we were I daylight savings time and it was dark. Driving there we were so worried we would not be able to see all its beauty but little did we know owner Holly would have all the lights on making it absolutely breathtaking. Then after going back to tour in the day time we met with Taylor who became our wedding coordinator which came with our package. Taylor was so helpful and attentive to every question as If our wedding was going to be the next day even know it was 1 year and 8 months out. Every person on the bending branch team is so helpful but I am for ever thankful to Taylor who made the wedding planning process almost effortless and stress free. Also so thankful to Joe and Holly the owners who let us visit multiple times before our big day just to take a walk around. The bending branch family truly are amazing and have become a special part of our love story told us we could always come back to visit. Not to mention they allowed our sweet fur baby was allowed to be apart of our special day! -

We had a wonderful wedding thanks to Bending Branch Ranch & staff! The venue includes DJ, photographer, bartender, coordinator and decor! We had an easy payment plan and never went into debt planning our wedding. Taylor was our coordinator and she was simply amazing! I couldn’t have done it without her. Cona Studios captured our special day and they are beyond talented. Carie was head of the bar staff and also helped so much with catering. Polk Bros spun the best tunes and kept everyone entertained! We had Blue their resident donkey pass out beers and seltzers during cocktail hour which of course everyone loved! The owners are very nice and feel like friends when you meet them. So many of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to, it was awesome! Thank you all for memories that will last a lifetime 🖤 -

We cannot say enough good things about this venue and all of its people!! We were planning our wedding from out of state, but Holly, Joe, and our coordinator Faith made the process as stress free as it could be! From day 1, they guided us through the planning process, connecting us with amazing vendors and organizing the long list of "to-dos" that comes with wedding planning. Faith regularly checked in, coordinated with our vendors, and helped us bring our vision to life. They worked with our schedule, meeting virtually and in person as we were able since we were only in town a couple of times leading up to wedding day. Day of, my husband and I were able to fully enjoy the day and not worry about a thing - they took care of everything! You can tell how much the whole team at BBR pours their hearts into what they do. Planning a wedding with the help of family from out of state can be daunting, but Holly and Joe, the incredible owners, made it feel effortless. They were so warm, responsive, and accommodating—not just to us, but to our entire family who played a part in the planning process. Their communication was always timely and clear, and their flexibility made us feel supported every step of the way.
Our coordinator, Faith, deserves her own spotlight. She was an absolute godsend. From creating timelines and offering thoughtful design suggestions to troubleshooting last-minute details, Faith was there for everything—always calm, always kind, and somehow always one step ahead. We can confidently say our wedding would not have been as smooth, beautiful, or meaningful without her. She even helped with our toddler daughter (our flower girl!) and coached her through the ceremony and photos—something we will be forever grateful for.
The venue’s on-site accommodations for both the bridal party and groomsmen were another standout. The bridal cottage and groom’s house were not only beautiful but fully stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the day. It took all the stress out of getting ready and created such a peaceful, joyful start to the best day of our lives.
And let’s talk about the bar staff—Carie and her assistant Cae were phenomenal! With 175 guests (and an Irish family that knows how to celebrate), they kept the drinks flowing and the energy high all night long. Everyone raved about the service, and we never once saw a line at the bar—no small feat at a wedding of our size!
As a bride who has dreamt about this day since childhood, I can honestly say not a single detail was overlooked. Every flower, every moment, every smile—it was all seamless and stunning. The team at Bending Branch Ranch didn’t just host our wedding, they brought our vision to life and gave us the most magical, unforgettable day imaginable.

From the day we toured Bending Branch Ranch I knew it was a special place. Holly was so kind on our tour and made us feel so welcome. In visiting other venues, this is not always the case. Taylor our coordinator helped us through each step of the process with wonderful guidance and ease. She made our experience seamless, every step she had ready and everything went off just as planned. She was available for any and all of our needs. Carie was so helpful with our bar shopping list and all my questions! Carie and the girls did a fantastic job on the wedding day taking care of our guests. Bending Branch Ranch made my daughter’s wedding a truly magical day and night. You can tell that the owner’s take pride in their venue and their employees. The grounds are gorgeous, the space is open and inviting, each of the outdoor areas and indoor spots can’t be beat. I can’t say enough about this beautiful venue and all wonderful people who make the magic happen. I would not hesitate to recommend them or host any event I have there. Do it! You won’t regret it!
I am forever grateful for this incredible venue and team! This was the first venue we toured and instantly fell in love with the barn and Blue 🩵. We had about 85 guests attend, the setup was perfect everyone had plenty of room at their table and to hang around mingling. Faith was an absolute godsend! She was always so quick to answer my calls and questions, I could not have asked for better help throughout the whole planning process! Holly was also extremely helpful with everything! Carie helped us with everything bar related and she was able to keep up solo with our drinking crowd! Our guests had so much fun and they could not stop telling me how smooth everything went and how much they loved the venue! Wow! Bending Branch Ranch was everything and more for our wedding!
From pricing, the amazing staff and the incredible owners. Our coordinator Ashley was the best, from the moment we did our first consultation to being there for our design appointments. I don’t know what we would do without her.
Holly and Joe, the owners, are so sweet and helpful too. We used Carie as the venues bartender service and we appreciate everything she did for us at the bar.
Out of all the wedding venues we looked at, BBR is honestly the best wedding venue! They treat you like family and very supportive on everything we wanted for our vision.

Best Wedding Venue in Florida!
This is by far the best and most beautiful farm wedding venue in Florida! Our wedding was better than we could have ever imagined because of the staff and beautiful grounds! Faith, our wedding coordinator who is also included when booking the venue, was amazing. She ran everything so smoothly, was super organized and was able to help answer any questions during the planning process. We seriously could not have had a better day without her. We loved all the extra touches including the donkey at cocktail hour and the little touches the staff did to make it the best night!

Best Day of our lives!
The team at Bending Branch Ranch our responsive, professional, and just overall friendly. They have been supportive from day one of us planing our wedding and letting us know what we need or what we don't need. There offered decor that went beautifully with my center pieces my mother in law made. They were open to last minute changes and they never made you feel like a inconvenience. They were very attentive throughout the entire process. They asked what we wanted and then made sure they delivered. On my special day I felt and looked like a fairy princess, surrounded by lights that play in the nature in a natural way. Best wedding ever
Everyone, literally EVERYONE (including the animals) were amazing and absolutely wonderful to work with and to spend time with while planning our perfect day. We are so blessed to have found this venue. Holly, Joe, Ashley, Taylor, Carie, Samantha — all!! Just an absolute joy. If perfect was a thing, our wedding day was that — perfect and so memorable. We would like to start off by saying that this venue is extremely beautiful!! The owners, Holly and Joe, are absolutely incredible and a wonderful couple. Two years ago, I proposed to my now wife, and while searching for venues, I stumbled upon Bending Branch. My wife is from Kentucky and I am from Puerto Rico (yes, completely different cultures and places, I know but that is not the point of this review) and I figured that this venue would incorporate most of the things from where she is from. As she was looking at other venues, I casually slipped this venue in her list of places to go see. When we arrived, after touring other venues, this place really checked all our boxes and meeting Holly was an instant connection. She really has that true southern hospitality and when we met Joe, it was the same.
We made the decision extremely quickly to go with Bending Branch especially since Holly and Joe made it extremely easy for us with the package deal that they provided. We have worked with Holly and Joe for the two years of our engagement and on the day of our wedding, everything was perfect and Holly and Joe's team made the day go by so smoothly and wonderfully. Holly and Ashley and farmer Joe were the perfect team. We lived out of state and they were able to accommodate us with planning every step of the way. We ended up having bad weather on the day of and everything about the ceremony had to change and I felt comfortable that they would get the job done on the day of and l had no stress about it and it all worked out perfectly. The planning process was easy and seamless and the team went above and beyond down to the small details to ensure our day was exactly what we envisioned.

Take a tour you won’t regret it!
We got married here on 2/9/24 and was the best decision we could have made. We are so grateful for Holly and Joe (the owners) My husband and I did the packing deal to help take most of the work out of it. With working full time and a toddler it was perfect! Pictures do not do this place justice. As soon as you drive up and get out of the car you feel like you are in a different area. It is so peaceful and just plan beautiful. Holly and her amazing staff truly are there to make your day YOURS. Throughout the year from booking our date to our wedding date she was there to answer any questions we had or just to check in on us. She makes you feel like you’re the only bride she is working with. The day of our wedding couldn’t have gone any smoother! Our guest are still talking about how beautiful this venue is. BBR, what an incredible Wedding Venue! From the day we walked onto there property to do a tour of the venue we knew it was the place to bring our Wedding to life!!! Holly, Farmer Joe, and our coordinator Jessica were unbelievable from the beginning, to days after our wedding!!!
The 3 of them brought our Winter Wonderland Theme to life in Florida!!!

Holly and Joe bought the venue after getting married there themselves, and you can tell. They’re both so passionate about the wedding experience that the couple and their guests experience. Where do I start. From the moment I drove on to this property I fell in love. 10 acres of absolute beauty. 2 homes on the property- a bridal and groomsmen suite
Then there is the barn!!! This is simply the most beautiful part of the entire property.
We met with Holly and Joe (the owners) and immediately fell in love with them both. Holly is the sweetest, kindest, most thoughtful, super organized and the biggest and best BOSS LADY I know. Her energy and happiness is infectious.
After touring the property we immediately stopped our search for our venue and book with Holly at BBR. The entire 6 months of planning up to our event was supported by the BBR team and Holly.
The day of the event I woke up to a good morning text from Holly which just made me super excited and feeling super confident in how perfect my day was going to be. And perfect it was.
The entire event flowed according to plan and was absolutely perfect. The entire crew made every move look flawless and easy.

Let me just start by saying it has been one heck of a journey with Bending Branch Ranch… The old owners had no clue what they were doing to the point where I almost thought about finding another venue, but love the location and all that the venue had to offer. Once Holly and Joe bought the venue it was nothing but smooth sailing. They were super responsive and attentive. They were super willing to let me check out the venue on a couple of occasions and kept me posted on any progress of the barn. Even day of they were slinging drinks and cutting limes to help the bar move a little faster.
