Wedding Dreams Coming True
Perfect Wedding Venue in Clearwater, FL
The Bridal Suite was the perfect place for all the ladies to get ready. They were able to arrange an early arrival time to accommodate the hours we needed for hair and makeup.
The entire venue was beautiful. The grounds were stunning and gave us plenty of options as to where to have the outdoor ceremony. The Lodge house gave us the option to have tables for the dinner reception on one side of the kitchen and the dance floor on the other side, so that guests not dancing could still hold conversations without screaming over the music. It was perfect for both the young and the older guests.
Since the barn was not ready, The Estate arrange to have a tent which turns out we needed as it started to rain in the middle of the ceremony. However, the venue staff handled it professionally and had us all moved to the tent to finish the ceremony.
Once the rain cleared, it was a brief shower, we were able to have the cocktail hour outside on the brick patio where the bride and groom was introduced and had their first dance...it was just like my daughter wanted.
The caterer did a fabulous job with the buffet. Many guest raved about the food. We appreciated that The Estate had the DJ, the bar service and caterer vendors that were included, so it limited the vendors we had to look for, which is a huge plus when you're planning a wedding.
Set up crew was friendly and very helpful with the placement of all my daughter's decorations. Amy, our planner was great, we could not have had the perfect day without her. She gave us some great suggestions that we used to make the wedding a success. She was accommodating and supportive, even with last minute changes.

Charming Vintage Property
Dream garden wedding venue!
I was desperate to find a venue that had plenty of natural beauty to fill the area, and this was it. Amy knew exactly where to have our tables under a canopy of trees, and recommended some gorgeous market lights to go over the brick pathway. I really loved how intimate the space feels despite having so much garden space, and was able to rest easy knowing we had a rainy-day plan ready to go in the interior portion of the venue if needed.
There's no doubt in my mind this is going to be a huge venue for weddings, there's no other venues in the area that can offer this lavish garden style wedding with the amazing staff and flexibility to work with what you want. Huge thank you again to The Estate for making our dream wedding a reality!!
