We couldn’t have asked for a better venue than Bridlewood Ranch! Everything was seamless, affordable, and truly worth it. DJ David (DNR Sound Solutions) was incredible and kept the night unforgettable. Robert and Alejandro captured everything perfectly, and A Host Catering was delicious. Most importantly, Alaine is amazing, she made everything run smoothly and stress-free. Highly recommend to any couple!

The staff at Bridlewood Ranch was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire planning process! Their wedding packages, and vendors that they work closely with, all made the planning process so simple. The packages also made it very easy to make sure we were staying within budget. It is such a beautiful venue, and I highly recommend Bridlewood Ranch!!

Bridlewood Ranch was truly everything we hoped for and more. Elaine, the owner, and Hannah, the coordinator, were absolutely incredible. Their communication was amazing from start to finish, and they made everything feel so easy, beautiful, and perfectly seamless. Every detail was handled with so much care, and their calm, organized presence allowed us to just enjoy the day.

We also loved working with all of their recommended vendors—everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making our wedding special. We are so thankful for the entire team at Bridlewood Ranch for giving us such a flawless and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend! ❤️

My husband and I are still in awe over our wedding day! It was absolutely perfect and so much of that had to do with the foundation of our wedding - our venue! Bridlewood is an absolute unicorn! We are so incredibly blown away by the service and beautiful grounds at Bridlewood! The property is stunning with large Florida oak trees, winding paths, a lakefront ceremony view, and a rustic charm. We loved that the property was in nature, and felt refined. We wanted nature, but not a barn feel. We were very happy when we toured the property and could see our vision coming alive! Elaine and her team are fantastic! You can truly feel that they are in the wedding business because it brings them joy. They added in so many high level service details the day of our wedding that made us feel even more special (like serving us and our parents our dinner and bringing my husband and I our preferred drinks right after our gorgeous ceremony!). Bridlewood offers an all inclusive package (at a wonderful price point too!) with multiple vendor options and that made the planning process SO much less stressful. Their vendor options are incredible and their vendors go to Bridlewood consistently so they know where to go and what to do while they are there. The bridal site is also INCREDIBLE! It’s modern, spacious, has plenty of seating, many mirrors, many outlets, and A/C. It was awesome to be able to start our day there with my ladies! Due to all the planning we did with Elaine leading up to the wedding, I (as the bride) had 0 stress the day of our wedding. I knew in my gut that our day was going to be amazing and I was right! Everyone was on time, everything ran smoothly, and we had an absolutely perfect day!!! I also have to give a special shout out to DJ David - WOW! He is so much more than a DJ/MC. He is seriously so kind, patient, and once the dance floor opened up, he had so many ideas up his sleeve to keep the energy high and party going! He truly went above and beyond our expectations. We’ve been to several other weddings (other locations, in and out of FL) and I’ve never seen a DJ provide the level of service that David did. Thank you DJ David!!! I seriously felt so loved and special by the entire Bridlewood team - thank you Bridlewood!!!!

Our wedding at Bridlewood was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we booked, we knew we were in good hands, but the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the biggest reasons we chose this venue was the all-inclusive setup, and it truly made the planning process 1000000000% stress free. Having most of, if not all of our vendors (Florist, DJ, cake, etc.) and so many other details handled for us allowed us to actually enjoy our engagement instead of drowning in planning stress. The staff deserves the highest praise. Originally we had Hannah as our personal wedding planner, and she was amazing and super knowledgable and helpful, but sadly left the venue in June or July. After she left, Elaine and Dave were incredible. The entire staff is organized, supportive, and always a step ahead. They made the entire day run smoothly from start to finish. Robert and Chris, our photographers, captured every moment so beautifully and made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. Alejandro, our videographer, was amazing and so talented. With them, we can’t wait to relive our day through their work. And Eric, our bartender, kept the energy up all night and made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Every corner is picture perfect, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it all was. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces each had their own charm, and together they created the most magical atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a place that truly does it all (and does it flawlessly) this is the venue you want. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more!! If we could rate higher than 5 stars we absolutely would!!!

We could not have chosen a better place to have our dream wedding! Bridlewood Ranch is absolutely beautiful with such kind staff, excellent transparency on their website of what their packages have to offer, a wide range of decor saved that you could use on your big day, and on top of that it was so much more affordable than even smaller venues around Orlando. The Bridal Suite was so spacious and cozy, and their connections with vendors were excellent! Especially their in-house DJ, David, who also helped with a lot of other wedding tasks on the day of, was an excellent MC, and had a perfect read of the crowd that he used to change music at the appropriate time and leave our dancefloor lively for the entire night. He even drove me back to the Bridal Suite in their golf cart at the end of the night when my shoes were absolutely killing me!

Elaine, our coordinator, was also a gem who was always on our side rooting for us, and doing her best to answer us as soon as possible with helpful information. The day of, she made sure things were in order and did everything she could to make our day special. We love and appreciate her so much. We will never forget this place, and we are so happy to keep these memories forever with the perfect pictures on their beautiful property. If you're in the Orlando area looking for the right venue to hold your beautiful wedding, even if it's fantasy-themed like ours was, this place is worth the drive and absolutely worth your time!

Hands down the best venue ever! Elaine is so helpful and truly made our dream wedding become reality. Wedding planning with her was the best! The venue is so beautiful and all the great modifications they have made to truly make this venue shine! The Triple Crown Package was well worth every penny for it being a one stop shop for every vendor you could imagine!

Elaine and her team at Bridlewood ranch were absolutely fantastic. She is very quick to respond, more than accommodating, and she’s very helpful with any questions you have. She handled the entire set up of the decor for my wedding and made the whole day as stress free as possible. She treats you like royalty and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue/ day of coordinator. DJ David was also fantastic. He was so helpful and more than accommodating to all of our wishes. He was a great hype man for the reception and got everyone excited to get out on the dance floor and get the party started. The bartender was also fantastic. He was quick and more than accommodating for all of the drink requests. I am forever grateful for how perfect my wedding was due to the amazing staff at Bridlewood Ranch and would be very quick to recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing venue for their wedding. It is very reasonably priced and well worth every penny spent.
