Bridlewood Ranch

We held our wedding weekend at Bridlewood Ranch, and overall we would recommend it, especially for couples who want to keep costs manageable or plan a multi-day celebration.

The grounds are beautiful, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about them. The ceremony space was lovely (even when the rain arrived halfway through our vows), and the reception area was just as stunning. Elaine and her team did an incredible job with setup, and David did an amazing job with our monogram. We used a mix of the venue’s decor and our own, our table instructions were followed perfectly, and all of our personal decor was packed up and waiting for us to collect the next morning. The bridal suite was spacious and easily held our group, with plenty of room to get ready.

The package is a real strength. It allots funds toward a range of vendors, including catering, florals, photography, cake, DJ, and bartending, and having a list of preferred vendors meant we didn’t have to start from scratch for each one. In fact, we only went outside their preferred list for two of our vendors. The prices felt very fair for the services provided. The one drawback is that the billing structure can be a little confusing, so it’s worth asking questions up front.

We upgraded to full coordination. I felt somewhat under-supported during the planning stages, but Elaine more than made up for it over the wedding weekend. She knocked it out of the park with setup and support at our welcome dinner and farewell brunch, and she and David went above and beyond for us the entire weekend. The staff during our reception were amazing as well. They were wonderful to our guests and made sure those with mobility issues were brought food and drinks. Setup was completely handled on the wedding day and mostly handled on the other two days, and teardown was a breeze. Our cars were unloaded and reloaded in record time.

A few things could have gone more smoothly. While we stayed behind for photos after the ceremony, some guests told us they weren’t sure what they were supposed to be doing during cocktail hour, so clearer direction for guests at that point would help. Our custom koozies, which were meant to be handed out with drinks, ended up tucked away at the side of the bar, and many guests never knew they were there. We also didn’t get to do our planned sparkler exit. The rain threw off our timeline, which was no fault of the venue.

Bridlewood Ranch is a great fit for couples who want a beautiful setting at a reasonable price point. Hosting multiple events there also helps keep costs down for things like rehearsal dinners, and being able to drop off and pick up your decor on-site is a real convenience. We’re grateful to Elaine, David, and the whole team for helping make our wedding weekend special.

Bridlewood was the first and ONLY venue I looked at when on the hunt for my wedding but the second I stepped on the property and got to talk with the owner Elaine and her husband, I knew, this is it. From the beginning to the end of the planning process, from the venue tour to the big day, the team at Bridlewood was beyond anything I could have ever imagined or prayed for. The way that Elaine was so intentional with every detail and made me feel so special through every step of the process was the biggest blessing. I had numerous guests throughout the night come up to me and tell me how in awe they were of every detail of the wedding and it was all made possible because of the incredible team. The planning process was such a breeze as well! I wouldn’t change a single thing about the day. If you’re looking for a venue that is beautiful, thoughtfully run, and filled with people who genuinely care about making your day special, Bridlewood is the place. I cannot recommend it enough and would choose it a thousand times over!

The staff (everyone- Elaine and her team, the photographer, the catering service, the decorations, the setting, the area for getting ready) was wonderful!!! I wanted my daughter and her husband to have a a wonder reception and they did!!
The value was wonderful, I had multiple guest tell me how much they were enjoying themselves. The fact that they had a little playground - made the small children stay busy (the DJ kept them dancing)
The location was easy to find, parking was excellent - enough room for everyone.
Few little bugs, but it's Florida - so you can't complain.
I'm so happy for the wedding but the reception finished the day with a bang.

Both my fiancé (now husband 😁) and I work a lot, so we didn't want to do a whole lot of planning. Bridlewood Ranch had different packages to choose from and so we went with the package where they supply all the vendors (we did swap 2 vendors out for our own). People say planning a wedding is stressful, but with Bridlewood Ranch, everything was breeze! They host a decor day where a lot of the vendors come and that day really helped, as you get to do tastings, figure out the decor, meet the DJ and anyone else who may be part of your big day. After that, Bridlewood Ranch pretty much planned the whole things. They also send out emails to let you know when you should be doing something, like ordering Save the Dates & invitations, purchasing the dress, get your marriage license, ect.
Before we knew it, it was time to get married. & we are so grateful for their wedding planner. She really made everything easy, even day of the wedding. Our wedding got rained out, but she and the team got everything moved inside and neither of us had any stresses. She handled everything like a pro (as she is. lol). The venue was beautiful, the DJ got people dancing and participating, the caterer was amazing. So whether you bring your own vendors or have Bridlewood Ranch plan it all, you're wedding will be amazing here. & for the cost, it fit right in our budget. We felt everything was appropriately priced. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding!

We did the Secretariat package and by far it was such a great value money wise. We did our wedding by the lake, and it was so beautiful. Elaine was so outstanding! She made sure our wedding day was perfect and magical. The vendors that were recommended was also a 10/10. Everything was very well coordinated, and Elaine and her team made sure to create my vison of the perfect wedding. Elaine and her staff were so friendly and very flexible. I had such a great experience with Bridlewood Ranch and would totally recommend this venue to other couples.

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue than Bridlewood Ranch! Everything was seamless, affordable, and truly worth it. DJ David (DNR Sound Solutions) was incredible and kept the night unforgettable. Robert and Alejandro captured everything perfectly, and A Host Catering was delicious. Most importantly, Alaine is amazing, she made everything run smoothly and stress-free. Highly recommend to any couple!

The staff at Bridlewood Ranch was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire planning process! Their wedding packages, and vendors that they work closely with, all made the planning process so simple. The packages also made it very easy to make sure we were staying within budget. It is such a beautiful venue, and I highly recommend Bridlewood Ranch!!

Bridlewood Ranch was truly everything we hoped for and more. Elaine, the owner, and Hannah, the coordinator, were absolutely incredible. Their communication was amazing from start to finish, and they made everything feel so easy, beautiful, and perfectly seamless. Every detail was handled with so much care, and their calm, organized presence allowed us to just enjoy the day.

We also loved working with all of their recommended vendors—everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making our wedding special. We are so thankful for the entire team at Bridlewood Ranch for giving us such a flawless and unforgettable experience. Highly recommend! ❤️

My husband and I are still in awe over our wedding day! It was absolutely perfect and so much of that had to do with the foundation of our wedding - our venue! Bridlewood is an absolute unicorn! We are so incredibly blown away by the service and beautiful grounds at Bridlewood! The property is stunning with large Florida oak trees, winding paths, a lakefront ceremony view, and a rustic charm. We loved that the property was in nature, and felt refined. We wanted nature, but not a barn feel. We were very happy when we toured the property and could see our vision coming alive! Elaine and her team are fantastic! You can truly feel that they are in the wedding business because it brings them joy. They added in so many high level service details the day of our wedding that made us feel even more special (like serving us and our parents our dinner and bringing my husband and I our preferred drinks right after our gorgeous ceremony!). Bridlewood offers an all inclusive package (at a wonderful price point too!) with multiple vendor options and that made the planning process SO much less stressful. Their vendor options are incredible and their vendors go to Bridlewood consistently so they know where to go and what to do while they are there. The bridal site is also INCREDIBLE! It’s modern, spacious, has plenty of seating, many mirrors, many outlets, and A/C. It was awesome to be able to start our day there with my ladies! Due to all the planning we did with Elaine leading up to the wedding, I (as the bride) had 0 stress the day of our wedding. I knew in my gut that our day was going to be amazing and I was right! Everyone was on time, everything ran smoothly, and we had an absolutely perfect day!!! I also have to give a special shout out to DJ David - WOW! He is so much more than a DJ/MC. He is seriously so kind, patient, and once the dance floor opened up, he had so many ideas up his sleeve to keep the energy high and party going! He truly went above and beyond our expectations. We’ve been to several other weddings (other locations, in and out of FL) and I’ve never seen a DJ provide the level of service that David did. Thank you DJ David!!! I seriously felt so loved and special by the entire Bridlewood team - thank you Bridlewood!!!!

Our wedding at Bridlewood was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we booked, we knew we were in good hands, but the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the biggest reasons we chose this venue was the all-inclusive setup, and it truly made the planning process 1000000000% stress free. Having most of, if not all of our vendors (Florist, DJ, cake, etc.) and so many other details handled for us allowed us to actually enjoy our engagement instead of drowning in planning stress. The staff deserves the highest praise. Originally we had Hannah as our personal wedding planner, and she was amazing and super knowledgable and helpful, but sadly left the venue in June or July. After she left, Elaine and Dave were incredible. The entire staff is organized, supportive, and always a step ahead. They made the entire day run smoothly from start to finish. Robert and Chris, our photographers, captured every moment so beautifully and made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. Alejandro, our videographer, was amazing and so talented. With them, we can’t wait to relive our day through their work. And Eric, our bartender, kept the energy up all night and made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Every corner is picture perfect, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it all was. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces each had their own charm, and together they created the most magical atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a place that truly does it all (and does it flawlessly) this is the venue you want. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more!! If we could rate higher than 5 stars we absolutely would!!!
