We couldn’t have asked for a better venue than Bridlewood Ranch! Everything was seamless, affordable, and truly worth it. DJ David (DNR Sound Solutions) was incredible and kept the night unforgettable. Robert and Alejandro captured everything perfectly, and A Host Catering was delicious. The staff at Bridlewood Ranch was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire planning process! Their wedding packages, and vendors that they work closely with, all made the planning process so simple. The packages also made it very easy to make sure we were staying within budget. My husband and I are still in awe over our wedding day! It was absolutely perfect and so much of that had to do with the foundation of our wedding - our venue! Bridlewood is an absolute unicorn! We are so incredibly blown away by the service and beautiful grounds at Bridlewood! The property is stunning with large Florida oak trees, winding paths, a lakefront ceremony view, and a rustic charm. We loved that the property was in nature, and felt refined. We wanted nature, but not a barn feel. We were very happy when we toured the property and could see our vision coming alive! Elaine and her team are fantastic! You can truly feel that they are in the wedding business because it brings them joy. They added in so many high level service details the day of our wedding that made us feel even more special (like serving us and our parents our dinner and bringing my husband and I our preferred drinks right after our gorgeous ceremony!). Bridlewood offers an all inclusive package (at a wonderful price point too!) with multiple vendor options and that made the planning process SO much less stressful. Their vendor options are incredible and their vendors go to Bridlewood consistently so they know where to go and what to do while they are there. The bridal site is also INCREDIBLE! It’s modern, spacious, has plenty of seating, many mirrors, many outlets, and A/C. It was awesome to be able to start our day there with my ladies! Due to all the planning we did with Elaine leading up to the wedding, I (as the bride) had 0 stress the day of our wedding. I knew in my gut that our day was going to be amazing and I was right! Everyone was on time, everything ran smoothly, and we had an absolutely perfect day!!! I also have to give a special shout out to DJ David - WOW! He is so much more than a DJ/MC. He is seriously so kind, patient, and once the dance floor opened up, he had so many ideas up his sleeve to keep the energy high and party going! He truly went above and beyond our expectations. We’ve been to several other weddings (other locations, in and out of FL) and I’ve never seen a DJ provide the level of service that David did. Thank you DJ David!!! I seriously felt so loved and special by the entire Bridlewood team - thank you Bridlewood!!!!

Our wedding at Bridlewood was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we booked, we knew we were in good hands, but the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the biggest reasons we chose this venue was the all-inclusive setup, and it truly made the planning process 1000000000% stress free. Having most of, if not all of our vendors (Florist, DJ, cake, etc.) and so many other details handled for us allowed us to actually enjoy our engagement instead of drowning in planning stress. The staff deserves the highest praise. Originally we had Hannah as our personal wedding planner, and she was amazing and super knowledgable and helpful, but sadly left the venue in June or July. After she left, Elaine and Dave were incredible. The entire staff is organized, supportive, and always a step ahead. They made the entire day run smoothly from start to finish. Robert and Chris, our photographers, captured every moment so beautifully and made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. Alejandro, our videographer, was amazing and so talented. With them, we can’t wait to relive our day through their work. And Eric, our bartender, kept the energy up all night and made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Every corner is picture perfect, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it all was. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces each had their own charm, and together they created the most magical atmosphere.
If you’re looking for a place that truly does it all (and does it flawlessly) this is the venue you want. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more!! If we could rate higher than 5 stars we absolutely would!!!

We could not have chosen a better place to have our dream wedding! Bridlewood Ranch is absolutely beautiful with such kind staff, excellent transparency on their website of what their packages have to offer, a wide range of decor saved that you could use on your big day, and on top of that it was so much more affordable than even smaller venues around Orlando. The Bridal Suite was so spacious and cozy, and their connections with vendors were excellent! Especially their in-house DJ, David, who also helped with a lot of other wedding tasks on the day of, was an excellent MC, and had a perfect read of the crowd that he used to change music at the appropriate time and leave our dancefloor lively for the entire night. He even drove me back to the Bridal Suite in their golf cart at the end of the night when my shoes were absolutely killing me!
Elaine, our coordinator, was also a gem who was always on our side rooting for us, and doing her best to answer us as soon as possible with helpful information. The day of, she made sure things were in order and did everything she could to make our day special. We love and appreciate her so much. We will never forget this place, and we are so happy to keep these memories forever with the perfect pictures on their beautiful property. If you're in the Orlando area looking for the right venue to hold your beautiful wedding, even if it's fantasy-themed like ours was, this place is worth the drive and absolutely worth your time!Bridlewood Ranch's reply:

Best venue ever!
Hands down the best venue ever! Elaine is so helpful and truly made our dream wedding become reality. Wedding planning with her was the best! The venue is so beautiful and all the great modifications they have made to truly make this venue shine! Best service ever!
Elaine and her team at Bridlewood ranch were absolutely fantastic. She is very quick to respond, more than accommodating, and she’s very helpful with any questions you have. She handled the entire set up of the decor for my wedding and made the whole day as stress free as possible. She treats you like royalty and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue/ day of coordinator. DJ David was also fantastic. He was so helpful and more than accommodating to all of our wishes. He was a great hype man for the reception and got everyone excited to get out on the dance floor and get the party started. The bartender was also fantastic. He was quick and more than accommodating for all of the drink requests. I am forever grateful for how perfect my wedding was due to the amazing staff at Bridlewood Ranch and would be very quick to recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing venue for their wedding. Better than my dream wedding!
Our experience at Bridlewood Ranch was absolutely amazing! Our coordinator, Elaine, made everything so easy. She was kind, responsive, and always willing to walk us through the details.
The venue is stunning, and even though we had to move our ceremony indoors due to rain, it turned out more beautiful than we ever imagined. The included decor was gorgeous and made the space feel so magical.
Our wedding day was perfect. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the DJ, David, kept the energy high all night. Even at our dry wedding, everyone was on the dance floor!! He really understood our music taste and brought it to life.
We’re so grateful we got married at Bridlewood. The people, the space, and the whole experience were unforgettable. Our guests couldn't stop talking about it even days after the event. We can’t recommend it highly enough!Bridlewood Ranch's reply:

Bridlewood was amazing in every way. From the first time we went and looked at the venue it was always our first pick. Elaine, Hannah, DJ Dave and others all made a positive impact on our wedding. We enjoyed working with each of them every step of the way and they made everything so easy for us. Hannah made our dream a reality. Elaina was very responsive and friendly from the getgo! DJ Dave hands down was one of the best DJ's. We had so many compliments about him as our DJ. I will forever recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a ceremony/reception. The view is breathtaking. -

Made all of our wedding dreams come true!
The Bridlewood Ranch staff was professional, kind, and just overall amazing! They made mine and my fiancés wedding dreams come to life! They were so flexible and attentive to not only mine and my fiancés needs but also all of the guests! They put together the wedding I had always dreamed of and the tears didn’t stop flowing on that day! Hannah the coordinator was a blessing! She was there by my side for the day and she is someone that I will always cherish she was just spectacular! Not only is she an amazing coordinator she is so kind and thoughtful and was so patient with me. She is such a wonderful person! The venue itself was so beautiful and they had every decoration I chose to a tee. A lot of our guests said such great things about Bridlewood to myself and my fiancé. They mentioned how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the staff was, and just how overall beautiful the wedding was. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue, great staff, and a good time for a venue this is the place! -

Elaine, Hannah, and the entire Bridlewood staff is amazing. With Bridlewood being an all inclusive venue, they really were there for us every step of the way; from flowers, to catering, to decor. I cannot recommend Bridlewood enough. They really have a BEAUTIFUL venue, AMAZING staff and INCREDIBLE value!!! My wedding vision came to life and it was the best day ever! Bridlewood Ranch was the perfect venue for our wedding! We wanted to find a venue that was in a quiet area that would give us a private and remote feel. The venue is located so that it is not too far from Orlando so there are plenty of Airbnb and hotel options and close by airports. The ceremony location was everything we had dreamed of, right beside the lake and a gorgeous tree behind us. The stone walkway for the aisle and the benches for our guests gave it a perfect rustic feel. The reception barn gave a perfectly rustic and cozy vibe. Without decorations, the barn's beauty speaks for itself, and when decorated it is something out of a magazine. Working with Hannah, their wonderful coordinator was a breeze and she made the planning process and day of so streamlined and seamless. She was always able to answer our questions and give ideas, advice, and guidance, and managed everything so beautifully for the wedding day. The Bridlewood staff were able to recommend a long vendor list that they have worked with for many weddings which made our search so much easier. We used their suggested florist, dj, bartender, and caterer and they all provided us with 10/10 service. It was also so nice working with vendors who knew Hannah and the venue so well! It was so nice to not have to stress about decorating the day before or day off and not worry about leaving family with any clean up or packing up to do that night or the next day. I cannot sing Bridlewood's praises enough! They made our wedding an absolute dream! -

Dream come true
Bridalwood Ranch was absolutely amazing! I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. Our wedding was rained out from having the ceremony outside but they thought of everything to still make our dreams come true. Hannah was the perfect coordinator I could ever ask for, she was there for absolutely everything and even got soaked in the rain making sure I still had my special day♥️. I would recommend going with their vendors for your wedding. Help a host had delicious food and la sweet petit made the most beautiful cake, the florist they use did an amazing job on my bouquet and flowers, Dave the dj was great with the music and knew how to make us have a good time even taught us how to line dance🤣 and our bartender was great not so sure what her name was but all in all I would 100% recommend them if you’re planning a wedding and I don’t want to forget Robert our photographer who was very attentive and absolutely great the entire time!! -

Dream experience!
I cannot say enough good things about Bridlewood Ranch. The staff is AMAZING, they were professional, comforting, and they were on their game. The vendors recommended by Eleane and Hannah were spectacular it took so much stress of off my husband and I because Bridlewood did their research and only recommended the best. I’ll end with the venue itself is mind blowing the value of what you get is fantastic and my favorite part is they are always putting time back into their venue to make it better!! -

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding! From our appointment to view the venue to the day after our wedding, our experience was nothing short of amazing! Elaine and Hannah were both patient, kind and knowledgeable. They both made sure that the day of ran smoothly. I’m not kidding when I say that the day of our wedding was the least stressful day of all for me and that is all thanks to Elaine and Hannah!
The package we selected included their decor, the DJ and the bartender. They not only have a ton of beautiful decor to choose from but they also set it up for you. The venue itself feels almost magical with the winding path down to the lake with trees in each side and all the fairy lights
The DJ was very helpful in music selection and knew how to get people out in the dance floor! The bartenders did great with all the drinks and make sure that everything behind the bar went smoothly.
Bridlewood is a great team to work with and I am so glad that we chose them! I truly don’t think the day could not have gone any better. I highly recommend this venue! -

Best Wedding Day Ever
Elaine, Hannah and team at Bridlewood Ranch were INCREDIBLE. First off, the venue is amazing and beautiful. The ceremony location by the lake under the oak trees is such a picturesque sight for our big day. The newly enclosed barn (w/ AC woohoo) for the reception was stunning. Hanging lights everywhere plenty of space for a small or bigger wedding and that rustic but classy feel. Theres games including for guests to play outside like personalized cornhole and giant jenga (which our guests took advantage of!). There’s PLENTY of parking and clear directions to get to the ceremony area. The team was with us every step of the way and everything was included in our package and it was a FANTASTIC deal. Every vendor partner was incredible and super easy and sweet to work with and really embraced our unique Halloween theme. The Bridlewood team provided sooo much decor that came with our package and it really helped bring everything to life. During the wedding weekend the team decorated our ceremony and reception sites so we didn’t have to and they broke down everything afterward, which we were super grateful for after a long weekend. Hannah was a wonderful wedding planner who we had frequent FaceTime calls with to see progress and ask any questions we had. On the day of, she was by our side for every single one of our needs. She was so kind and really cared about making sure our day was flawless (which it was!). There wasn’t a single thing that went wrong the day of because the Bridlewood team was on top of every single thing. Even things we didn’t even think about. For the care and attention and beauty of Bridlewood and its team for the absolutely INCREDIBLE price we paid, we couldn’t have gotten more lucky with this venue experience (I call it an experience because it was all so encompassing like a cinematic adventure). Run don’t walk to book this venue, it fills up fast for good reason! Thank you so so so much Elaine, Hannah and the rest of the Bridlewood team. We thank you for making our best day ever truly the the most incredible, amazing and spectacular day of our lives! -

Fantastic Wedding at Bridlewood Ranch
My wife and I got married at Bridlewood Ranch last month and had the perfect wedding experience with Bridlewood.
Everything was perfect from the location and natural beauty of the ceremony spot, to the unique and charming barn and bride and groom suites, to the exceptional staff who go above and beyond to ensure the entire wedding weekend goes perfectly as planned.
I’d highly recommend this venue and it’s amazing team to any other couples, and can speak to my wife and I knowing right away this was the perfect venue for our big day.

Best wedding venue ever
Best place to have your wedding! Just had mine on June 24th it was amazing. These individuals are some of the most amazing on the planet. Everyone is attentive to detail, so sweet, responsive, and are here for all the right reasons. The team at bridlewood; elaine, david, dj dave, hannah, robert, mike, susie, and amanda and everyone else I havent mentioned made sure to make my day beautiful and perfect. -

There are truly not enough words to describe the amazing experience we had at Bridlewood for our venue. Elaine, Hannah, and the whole Bridlewood team were above and beyond amazing. We had the threat of rain during a week of severe weather. The team was so flexible in arranging things so we could maximize our best chances of our original vision. The service they provide, beginning with the tour we took all the way to the final clean up moments, they have truly been nothing but the sweetest. We recommend Bridlewood to anyone who is looking for a team that can truly do it all. Aside from the weather, I had virtually no stress for anything Wedding Planning when it came to the items with Bridlewood. We whole heartedly enjoyed and loved the people we got to work with on our wedding, which made it very bittersweet to say goodbye at the end. We will always keep Bridlewood and their team as a special place in our hearts forever. -

Amazing service!
Absolutely loved the venue and all the staff! Hannah made the day and planning process easy with no issues. All our family and friends said it was the best wedding they have attended. Simply Amazing!!!
There just aren't enough words in the dictionary to describe how amazing the wedding Colton & I had at Bridlewood Ranch. From the moment we toured the venue with Elaine until the day after the wedding when everything was packed and ready for our pickup was fabulous. Throughout the whole process we had zillions of questions that were answered quickly by Elaine or Hannah (our wedding coordinator) making the coordination of everything run smoothly. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was & how everything was just perfect. We totally agree! Bridlewood Ranch couldn’t have been anymore PERFECT!!! They helped my now husband and I achieve our DREAM WEDDING and I can’t stop crying till this day with how perfect everything looked/went. My favorite part was that this venue is family run and you can feel the love for what they do once you walk into the venue! When we were venue shopping, this was the second place we checked out and literally made our decision halfway through the tour. They are such kind, caring and loving individuals. Elaine, Hannah, Dave etc; you all are such amazing people and should be so proud of the business you’ve started. All of my guests kept talking about how beautiful everything was, how organized and seamless everything felt and how delicious the food was! January 2023 - Alex & Caleb Wedding
Naturally, our daughter’s wedding would be on the coldest weekend in January. Thank goodness, Alex & Caleb selected Bridlewood Ranch, a charming farmhouse wedding venue in Clermont, Florida with so many options and outdoor spaces. The owners, Elaine and James, are truly amazing and very attentive. They were able to pivot the day before to bring guests closer to the firepit by the barn for comfort’s sake following the lakeside ceremony. Hannah, their wedding coordinator, went above and beyond, from initial consult to scheduled appointments and all parts in between. She was a wizard the weekend of the wedding! The Ranch was updated from our initial visit, close to a year ago. Day of the wedding, the barn was beautiful and incredibly comfortable, the firepit area was inviting, the bride and groom cabins were well appointed, and the serving staff…simply outstanding! There was a continuous line for the photobooth, DJ Dave kept the party going, and Bartender Ashley was a delight. Can only say great things about the Bridlewood Team. Best day ever
I don't know where to even begin except for saying BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!!! From the moment we booked our date til we said our I DO's Elaine and her team were there to help in anyway they could. Amazing Venue
Elaine was amazing and took care of us so well! The vendors and wedding coordinator that she recommended were amazing! Our catering (Help a Host) made fantastic food! Hannah our wedding coordinator was absolutely phenomenal. Our DJ Dave was great and kept everyone on the dancefloor! Robert our photographer and Robert our videographer went above and beyond to catch the perfect shots! It was my dream day and I couldn't have imagined my wedding day being any more perfect. Happily Ever After at Bridlewood Ranch
Bridlewood Ranch brought our dream wedding to life! Not just one day, but the entire weekend. We hosted our rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and happily ever after brunch at the ranch in February 2022, and with every event this team went above and beyond.
If you’re looking for a rustic, homey, comfortable event venue where your guests will be immersed in the beauty of real Florida nature, THIS is it. We wanted our wedding weekend to feel like a relaxed family reunion, and Bridlewood created just that.
The lakeside ceremony location is incredible. The grand oak trees and sandy beach made for the perfect photo backdrop. The way the sunlight beamed through the woods was absolutely magical. Our guests were amazed that such a peaceful, quiet spot could be so close to Orlando. Our guests loved that the cocktail hour was just steps away, where they could still watch us taking bridal portraits under the trees.
As soon as we saw the reception barn, we knew this was the venue for us, as it already had the aesthetic we wanted. The farmhouse tables, mason jar chandeliers, and hanging window panes made for a charming and cozy space. One of the biggest benefits of booking at Bridlewood was that they had TONS of decor included in our package. Signs, seating charts, lanterns, table numbers, floral, and more were available for use. The fact that I didn’t have to buy 20 lanterns that I’d never use again was a lifesaver! Our 70 guests had plenty of room at their tables, on the dance floor, at the bar and buffet lines. The team set up our guest book table and wedding favors beautifully. Alyssa even added greenery, lanterns, and candles around the reception and along the ceremony aisle that were the perfect touches!
The location of Bridlewood Ranch could not be more perfect. Tucked away in the quiet hills of Clermont, it feels like a different world than the hustle and bustle of Orlando. It’s extremely close to hotels in Clermont, and a short drive from the theme park resort area and airport. Some of our guests stayed locally in Clermont, while others made a vacation out of the weekend and stayed at the theme parks. It really offered the best of both worlds for our guests!
Hands down, the best part of this experience was working with the Bridlewood team. From day one, Alyssa, Elaine, and their staff made us feel welcomed, excited, and at ease. They took the time to listen to our vision, while offering their recommendations and expertise. Being able to text Alyssa quick questions throughout the planning process made each step stress-free. During the wedding weekend, they kept everything on time and in line, with clear communication throughout.
Our package included the bartender and DJ, both of which were fantastic. The audio and music during the ceremony was perfect, and he kept the party going after dinner on the dance floor. The bartender listened to our vision for signature drinks and gave her recommendations. She even included a blueberry syrup in our signature mojito, made from blueberries grown right next to the barn! It’s those small details that set this venue apart.
My family was extremely impressed with the team’s professionalism and caring nature. You can tell this isn’t “just a job” to them, this is their livelihood!
We cannot recommend Bridlewood Ranch enough! Their team will create the wedding of your dreams with clear communication, stress-free planning, and creative options, all while keeping it affordable. From the moment my husband (Eeeee!) and I arrived at Bridlewood Ranch to see if it could be our potential wedding venue, we were in love. The drive through the rolling hills gave us the perfect preview of the tranquility of the area. When Elaine took us on a tour, she immediately felt like family to us-so warm, so kind and also filled with suggestions and options for us to create the day of our dreams. We were smitten!
From that day forward, the staff at Bridlewood went above and beyond to customize the day just for us. Hannah, our day-of coordinator, was instrumental to our day. Planning a wedding is stressful but throughout it all Hannah’s calm, steady presence made the ride smooth. Her warmth made me feel seen and heard and her execution on the day was truly top-notch. She went above and beyond what the job required and we couldn’t have done it without her.
Also, it HAS to be mentioned that Bridlewood has the cutest selection of decor to rent! When we came to the Ranch for “Decor Day” we were overwhelmed by all the options. Every little detail adds up for weddings but being able to rent some of the essentials for our big day made life so much easier.
If this review sounds too good to be true, I get it. But all my husband and I kept saying after the day was through was: what a dream. The lights sweeping through the trees at night, the dock all lit up with the most gorgeous view of the water, personalized cornhole and a staff that made us feel truly taken care of. Makes you feel so so special
Elaine and her family/team at Bridlewood really made every little detail so easy and so amazing. From the little treats in the suites for while we got ready, to holding my dress so I could walk through the grass. Every detail was beautifully executed by the whole team. Bridlewood Ranch exceeded my expectations in every way! Planning a Florida wedding from Boston was a bit stressful, but when I went home for a visit I found this beautiful ranch that wasn't far from where I grew up. I knew I wanted a romantic and natural feel for our wedding ceremony and reception, and Bridlewood delivered. I mean, once I learned there was a horse I could get a photo with on my wedding day it was a done deal :)
In all seriousness, we went with Bridlewood after meeting with Elaine and David. They were both so incredibly kind and made me and my husband feel so comfortable. You could tell they cared about their business and making couples happy. Elaine was so responsive and helpful at all stages of the process, and David was the absolute best DJ!
The package we selected was wonderful (catering, cake, photography, DJ, flowers, and more), and made planning so easy. It was also pretty incredible that we had the venue from Friday - Sunday, which made prepping and clean-up so easy. Our whimsical Beauty and the Beast wedding, with plenty of salsa dancing and fun, really was the best day ever. I cannot thank you enough for everything you did to make us feel special and taken care of on our big day. Can't wait to see our professional photos because the property alone is so beautiful.

Absolutely spectacular barn wedding venue.
Bridlewood Ranch was absolutely perfect for us. I was looking for a barn/rustic venue and I really wanted to get married in front of a beautiful oak tree and they were exactly what I was looking for from an aesthetic standpoint. The property is gorgeous, boasts a beautiful view of a lake, gorgeous photo locations and exceptional package options. Anyone planning a wedding knows budget is a big deal and Bridlewood has fantastically priced, totally customizable package options, which were perfect for my needs and budget. The service and staff were both great, and I have to give a special shout out to Elaine for being so awesome. They took great care of us all weekend, made sure my husband and I had everything we needed and also took great care of our parents. The groomsmen suite and bridal cottage were really cute, comfortable to get changed in, and had some really nice touches to personalize our experience. They have a great stock of decor available to use and I really loved the vendors they work with for their packages. I'll share more on a few of them below but our wedding went on without a hitch, we received so many compliments on the venue, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding. HIGHLY recommend! P.s. photos are cell phone photos until we get the photographer photos in a few days.
DJ: David from DNR was phenomenal. He was so easy and fun to work and really made it a priority to make sure that we were all on the same page with what we envisioned for music. David helped me keep the ceremony music a secret from my husband, did a great job with keeping the vibe going during the reception, gauging the crowd and even had a couple extra tricks to help get people up on the dance floor that I haven't seen before. David was both super friendly and very professional. His experience and flexibility made for a perfect flow during the reception and we truly had an absolute blast. I honestly can't recommend him enough.
Coordinator:Alyssa and Wild Weddings were PHENOMENAL! We had an amazing wedding and rehearsal dinner at Bridlewood Ranch and, with Alyssa as our day of coordinator, everything went so smoothly and everyone had an amazing time. Alyssa is organized, excellent at communicating, experienced, kind, flexible and good at wrangling our wedding party members to make sure everyone knew where they should be during the rehearsal. The venue was decorated gorgeously under her guidance and perfectly aligned with our style. I had a couple of quick changes during the wedding, like the small flowers on the cake, and they were addressed immediately and discreetly. There were also a couple of times that I needed help or needed Alyssa for something and she seemed to be so intuitive and just appeared instantly for whatever I needed. I would highly recommend Wild Weddings for anyone and cannot say enough how grateful I am for their service.
Photographer: Robert is AWESOME! He included engagement photos with our wedding package and was so flexible with date changes/cancelations we had to make since we were from out of town. He is amazing to work with, especially on the day of the wedding. Robert has a phenomenal attitude, is fun, creative, open to try out some ideas (the groomsmen had way too much fun running around in a blow up dinosaur costume before the ceremony and Rob was here for it) and takes gorgeous photos. We're really happy with his service, he was easy to communicate with and we feel that the value he provided for the cost of services was fantastic. First off, let me just say that this venue is absolutely beautiful. It definitely brought me that rustic feel that I was looking for. There was a walkway through the trees that led to a lake, which is where the ceremony took place. The reception was back up in the barn. I honestly could not have picked a better location!
Elaine is super sweet and responded to my messages quickly. Alyssa was also super helpful and responded quickly.
I will say though, I don't think I asked enough questions in the beginning as to what was included, which was completely an error on my end. There were so many things included in different packages, that I didn't even think about other things. In the end, everything worked out perfectly.
Their DJ was also amazing!!! He was so down to Earth and had so much energy! We loved him!
And the price, for THREE DAYS, is amazing!!! You get the venue Friday through Sunday, which was perfect considering it gave me time to clean up Sunday.

Bridlewood was everything we could have dreamed of and more. They have multiple packages for you to chose from and my husband and I picked their all inclusive price which includes: venue, ceremony site, access to their on site decorations, floral, cake, catering, DJ, tables, chairs, photographer, videographer, planner and on site rooms for getting ready in. The entire venue is so cute and perfect for the style of wedding we wanted. This was our first and only tour while searching for our venue .The staff was amazing from start to finish and I couldn’t have imagined having our day anywhere else! The best!!!
When we first visited Bridlewood Ranch, I instantly fell in love with the venue. Then we saw the prices and it got even better!! For everything they have to offer, their prices are great! Elaine and her team are amazing and will work with you to make sure you have your dream day! The communication was on point. No questions left unanswered. With Covid, they did everything they could to work with those affected. On the day of our wedding, everything was perfect and exactly how we imagined. Everything went smoothly because of them. I will recommend this place for everyone and not just for weddings, but for any event! There are not enough good words that can be said about my experience at Bridlewood. From the day we toured the property, to the day of the wedding, everything was seamless and professional from beginning to end. We met with Elaine for a tour and she was an absolute delight. She answered every single question on my obsessively long list, and she did it with a smile. Alyssa, the wedding planner, was a positive and upbeat ray of sunshine from the moment we entered her office to meet her for the first time.
Planning a wedding is an exciting time, but we can all admit it’s a stressful one, too. Sprinkle a little COVID in the mix and you’ve got the perfect recipe for never-ending anxiety when it comes to planning your nuptials. Alyssa and Elaine worked tirelessly to ensure that I stayed calm, that CDC guidelines were upheld (without being overbearing in the slightest), and to provide my husband (!!!!) and I with the most beautiful day of our lives thus far. The property was STUNNING; not one single detail was overlooked and you could tell how much love and care went into each and every square inch of the venue. The list of vendors they provided all gave impeccable service, too. The DJ was incredible, and guests throughout the night were telling me, “that man knows how to get a wedding going!”
Seriously, brides. It would be a mistake to not take a tour and book here. I do not have a single complaint when it comes to my wedding day and the months leading up to it. Elaine and Alyssa made sure every moving part came together in a way I never would’ve be able to even imagine. They are a hardworking group and they are such genuine, lovely human beings.

Bridlewood Ranch could not be more perfect of a place to have your special day. The venue is gorgeous the staff is so wonderful. Elaine is completely awesome! From our first tour at Bridlewood we knew we had found the place. They were so flexible and available to answer any questions we had they let us tour again with my family and then again when we signed our contract. They had package pricing with preferred vendors that made wedding planning a dream. I can not say more good things about this place. Any one who wants a rustic beautiful wedding go check them out!!!
The day of the wedding me and my bridesmaids spent the day getting glammed up in the cottage with enough room for two glam teams and a photographer, Elaine and her team were out working hard decorating the venue making everything perfect the guys had their own cottage that Bridlewood stocked with booze and drinks has well. The whole day ran smooth they took care of every detail.

Our Perfect Day
Where do I even begin. This past Saturday was one of the best moments of our lives.
Let me start with Elaine and the venue, Bridlewood Ranch. Elaine is one of the sweetest women I’ve ever met. She took care of us and our family throughout the entire process planning this wedding from beginning to end.
Alyssa Cannizzo with Cannizzo Events was a life savor! She was my go-to through out what should have been a stressful process, but it was not with her! She answered every late night text from not only me but also my mother and mother-in-law. She took my vision and made it a reality!
Julio with Help-a-Host was phenomenal! I can’t tell you how many compliments we have gotten on the food served!
David! With DNR Sound Solutions. You. Were. A. Rock. Star. You took our musical vision and choreographed it into our favorite playlist. You added your own flare that complimented our style and got everyone involved!
Malala Glam! Wow! I am so impressed with the out come of everyone’s hair and make up! You guys are an amazing team and worked with such professionalism. You made me feel like a queen on one of the best days of my life.
Dana with DR Photography, you were so fun and imaginative. We had a blast sneaking away for our moonlight picture. You did a phenomenal job capturing our vision and moment. Looking forward to working with you in the future!
Gina with The Sugared Oven, once again you blew everyone’s taste buds away! I can’t put into words how grateful I am for you making our wedding cake. I will continue using you for every party that requires cake! P. S. I’ve received numerous phone calls and texts inquiring who made the cake so I’ll be sending them your way!
Denise with Southern Style Floral Design, our floral design was a dream come true! We had a vision and she hit the nail on the head.
Cocktail Crafters, I never looked over and saw a line at the bar. That is a wonderful thing at a wedding. They were very professional, attentive and did an amazing job crafting specialty cocktail drinks.
Needless to say, every little thing when off without a hitch. Bridlewood Ranch, and the packages they offer, get a 10/10 in our book. -

Every girls dream is to have that magical wedding from every romance movie you've ever seen. I got married this past weekend, Jan 4th, 2020, and Bridlewood Ranch blew every expectation out of the water. The venue listened to my vision and pulled together that fairy tale wedding. Not only was the venue top notch, the staff was impeccable. All my guest are raving about Eric. He kept the bar flowing!! Elaine was amazing in making sure everything ran smoothly in connection with my wedding coordinator. My husband and I got home that night and were ready to plan a 2nd wedding with them just to relive it! I could not have asked for a better venue and staff!!Bridlewood Ranch's reply:

I can't say enough good things about this venue and the people that make their magic happen! The venue setting is beyond perfect, from the peaceful lake front setting to the elegently rustic barn. Elaine, Alyssa, David and everyone involved went out of their way to make sure that everything turned out perfect! My dream come true
If your looking for a beautiful venue to hold your outdoor wedding or event, look no further. This venue provides a gorgeous view, with Lakeside with the pine trees, plenty of space and the availability to make your event your own. I had a vision for my wedding... I wanted this Pinterest perfect, Rustic Country wedding with beautiful outdoor lighting and that's exactly what I got. This place is amazing
The best venue someone would ask for. Has a bit of everything. Can have ceremony in a few different locations there and still have it be amazing! For price of what you are getting it is worth every penny. Both families enjoyed the venue and were surprised by the place we picked for our wedding/reception. They make you feel like your only person when booking and the planning process and answer any questions that come to mine or come up later. Where do I begin? This venue is the place to have your wedding! My husband and I can't thank Elaine and her team at Bridlewood enough. They went above and beyond for our wedding. We couldn't be happier! From start to finish the process of booking them was so easy. They have vendors that you can use at unbeatable prices or you can use your own. You even have the venue for three days, which makes things so much easier and not rushed. Everyone was professional and did a phenomenal job. Mother nature decided to shower us with her love, but the rain did not stop us from having a great wedding. It started raining during the ceremony. Elaine and her team did a fantastic job rearranging how the events would proceed there after. We were their first rain ceremony and they handled it beautifully and were prepared for anything that could happen. Even our photographer is letting us go back out to Bridlewood to get pictures we missed because of the rain. Even though we won't be able to get all the wedding party back there it is so amazing that we will be able to do that. We did get some get after rain pictures that day by the field, the rain made all the colors of the grass and sky pop. In one of the ceremony pictures the rain looks like snow. My daughters wedding 10/12/19 WOW! Where do we begin? Elaine, owner, had a vision to make many weddings happy&memorable through the Tranquility of her Venue. Her staff, who makes her vision come true are: David-DJ, Jack of all trades, master of perfect music, keeps the party going and his infectious smile; Alyssa-Bridal Coordinator,keeps the Wedding Party focused (especially the Bride), organizer, decorator and always with a delightful smile; Ashley-BarTender, comforter to the Brides Mother for keeping her updated on the “spirits”,making the guests comfortable and her irresistible smile. Absolutely magical!
Everyone was so sweet and professional. They made out day absolutely amazing. Elaine goes above and beyond and I couldn't be happier in choice of venue. From DJ, to caterer, to bar tender they had recommendations for all! It was wonderful and exactly what we wanted!

Wonderfully Unique Award Winning Venue – you exceeded our expectations! From the day that we first visited Bridlewood Ranch we feel in love with EVERYTHING! The owner Elaine is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. She has created the most amazing “stress free” experience for a wedding! From the moment that our contract was signed to the day after the wedding this team makes you feel like family, feel like you are the most important family they’ve ever had and truly make the process extremely easy. They have essentially all-inclusive options or a la carte options to make your dream wedding not only affordable but a one stop shopping experience. Their preferred vendors made this a “Stress FREE” experience from their bartenders, the DJ, the photographer (who was GREAT), the florist (again WONDERFUL) and cake company! Bridlewood Ranch is beautiful… the lakefront ceremony was the perfect backdrop for a laid back style or an elegant ceremony. The “cocktail” area also lakefront is the perfect distraction for your guest while you wait for picture taking. The barn is truly magical for the ceremony or reception of every brides dream. The Bride and Groom Cottages are the perfect place to relax and prepare for all the hard work and planning and Bridlewood puts lots of special touches into those cottages. What also makes this venue so appealing is the option they give to use any of their décor items for your event; this is many times a huge additional cost in your budget and they have things you can use – awesome perk and savings! The day of wedding coordinator Alyssa was such a delight to work with and the work that she and Elaine put into making our day special was so appreciative (not enough thanks could be given). Elaine has surrounded herself with the most amazing “Dream Team” there was not a member of their team that wasn’t an absolute pleasure to work with. By the end of the event it’s kind of sad because they felt like family at that point. There were COUNTLESS ways that they made our beautiful day special, very memorable and the many things that they did for us simply as kind gestures will forever be remembered! Almost every little girls dream growing up is to get married. I can't say I had that fairy tale. I almost believed it would be impossible due to all the bad choices I had made throughout my years growing up.
A few years ago I made some big changes with my life, December of 2018 I got engaged to my now wonderful husband. Thoughts of getting married started to become more and more of a reality.
I looked at a bunch of different venues and Bridlewood was the one that stood out the most to me. It was so beautiful. Rustic barn, beautiful lake view, bridal and groom's cabins. The price for everything was very reasonable, and it was so simple because everything was included.
Elaine and Alyssa were complete blessings to me throughout the whole six months of planning. They answered every question I had and made the planning of the wedding super easy and fun.
The day of I will give props to all the staff at Bridlewood, everyone had a part, and every single person that was there made sure that this day would be as perfect as it could be. The Dj was great, the food was to die for, and Elaine and Alyssa were angels. There was one point of the day where Alyssa was texting me, make sure you eat! What a sweetheart.
Bridlewood Ranch is definitely a wonderful place to have a wedding, it was everything that I could have dreamed of I finally got my fairy tale wedding, June 1st, 2019 and we lived happily ever afterBridlewood Ranch's reply:

Amazing Venue, Amazing People!
Elaine and her team at Bridlewood made our day SO perfect. Every detail was exactly how we had envisioned it! They even saved the cork from our special champagne bottle, which really meant a lot to us! Everything about this venue is PERFECTION and treats you like royalty on your big day - they don't leave anything out! They spray the lawn for bugs before your wedding, the bridal suite, and grooms saloon are personalized with details like pictures of you and your sweetie, and both have A.C! They even offer A.C. in the barn now. Our families loved the venue, and the kids especially enjoyed the games and bonfire. We both agree, Bridlewood made it the best day of our lives. Bridlewood was an amazing venue!!! So beautiful and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the place! Elaine is wonderful. She is so sweet and professional ! Alyssa did a great job and had everything set up as I had requested. She is so sweet and helpful! Everything was amazing and our big day went off without a hitch.
