First, the man that owns the house is a convicted felon multiple times. Google Alex. Second, the house is a dump. Pavers outside are stained so don’t have a wedding there. The pool is dirty. Drains within portions of the house don’t work and neither does the hot water. He is also a liar. He charged us for leaving a bag of trash outside in a trash can. Side note if you don’t put the trash in the right spot in the ally you are fined $1,000. I can go on and on but I’ll end it here. Bottom line: DO NO RENT THIS HOUSE FROM ALEX who has multiple felonies and has been in jail.

We had our wedding here and it was PERFECT!!! Everyone loved it, and really there is no other venue in like The Luxury Waterfront Estate. The staff were fabulous and accommodating, and they recommend so many wonderful vendors. The guests were in awe of the place. Seriously consider using this place for your party, you will not regret it.

The most incredible venue. Absolutely magical. Words cannot express the feeling you get when you walk in. Everything about the place is stunning. Knew the second I walked in that I had to get married there. Planning was super easy (thanks to Alex) and the vendors that they work with/recommend are incredible.

This is a very delayed review for our wonderful wedding September 29, 2018 at the Luxury Waterfront Estate! The staff was so helpful during the many emails and site visits to make my dream wedding come to life! The history of this space is palpable, and the loving care and maintenance does not go unnoticed. There are countless options for configuration depending on which spaces you use for ceremony, reception, etc. Our guests were truly wowed by the venue and our wedding felt like a fairytale!

This was one of the coolest wedding venues we've been to! My husband was at a wedding here and because we were flying in from out of town on the day of the wedding, we came straight to the venue to get ready. It was stunning! If you are considering this venue for your wedding -- it's beautiful!!!

Had our wedding this year in April at Luxury Waterfront Estate. Worked with our planner and staff at Carondelet for about a year. The staff from the top down is top-notch. Everyone was extremely easy to work with. Additionally, they were very accommodating as well. Our wedding day was absolutely fantastic and went without a hitch. All possible due to hard work and dedication of management, staff and wedding planner. Everyone went out of the way to make sure everything went smoothly so that my wife and I can just enjoy our special day without any worries or headaches, which we absolutely did!

On the day of the wedding, the staff was professional and considerate, and as I moved about the venue, they would congratulate me on the happy event. It was genuinely quite sweet! The place and the people who work in it make the experience highly personal, despite the venue's popularity. The bride's path from the gorgeous bridal suite through the sunlit courtyard and down the aisle is both beautiful and intimate--exactly the kind of atmosphere that we had hoped to create. The meal itself was delicious, and served thoughtfully by attentive and impeccable staff. The guests felt well taken care of by the quality of service, and it really allowed our time to celebrate with each other shine. All in all, my husband and I agree that Luxury Waterfront Estate was vital to making what will always be the best day of our lives.

My wife and I got married there and it was delightful. They were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They were also professional and efficient, taking care of everything flawlessly. I actually thought it was an excellent venue for the price, especially because the decor means you don't need to spend much decorating. It looks great in photos and is so much better than a generic hotel conference-turned-ball room. We did have them cater appetizers and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Five stars for helping make my wedding the fantastic night it was.

Beautiful space, great management. Great location. Great atmosphere and amazing space! The host was really nice too. Price was reasonable. Will definitely recommend it.

Luxury Waterfront Estate made my daughters quinceneara dream come true. It was an unbelievable venue with great customer service and very professional. From the day we sealed the deal to the end of the night. My guests were very pleased with the beautiful decor and the food was amazing. The lighting, the chandeliers, and the table set up were breathtaking. They always answered my calls and my questions were always answered. I had shopped around and I am so grateful to have found this place. They had the set up so magical I felt as if My daughter was in a fairytale.
